This study aims to reveal how coaching in order to get a boxing athlete who has a winning mentality. My research uses a qualitative approach, which uses information gathering methods through observation, interviews. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Cadre training and Talent Direction, have been running according to what the gym administrators wanted, (2) The training program is determined by the coaches of the Sario boxing boxing gym in accordance with the situation and conditions (3) each trainer is very Playing a role in increasing the performance of a boxing athlete in the gym, even though there are only two coaches who are certified coaches and the rest do not have trainer certificates, and they are former boxing athletes, (4) the facilities and infrastructure in the gym and sario boxing are very adequate ( 5), Community support for the Sario Boxing gym is mostly very very supportive, (6), the achievements of the athletes in the Sario Boxing gym are very good because it can be proven by the achievements they have achieved

Tujuanllpenelitian adalahlluntuk mengetahuillpengaruh penundaanllpemberian umpan balikll10 detikllsetelahlllmelakukan gerak terhadap teknik drop shot dalam permainan bulutangkis di SMP PGRI Pangolombian. Metode yang digunakan\llpada penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan eksperimen dengan menggunakan “randomized control group pre-test and posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP PGRI Pangolombian selama 2 Bulan dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik uji – t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian diperoleh thitung senilai 2,916. Berdasarkan tabel distribusi t pada = 0,05 dengan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 = 15 + 15 – 2 = 28, maka diperoleh nilai t tabel = 2,048. Jadi t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu t hitung = 2,916 > t tabel = 2,048. Sesuai kriteria pengujian jika t hitung > t tabel maka Ho ditolak yang berarti Ha diterima, sehingga dapat dikatakan rata-rata skor peningkatan kemampuan melakukan teknik dropshot dalam permainan bulu tangkislkelompok eksperimenllyang diberikanllperlakuan dengan umpan balikllsetelah 10 detikllmelakukan gerakanlllebih tinggi darillpada rata-rata skor peningkatanllkemampuan melakukanllteknik dropshotlldalam permainanllbulu tangkis kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan dengan umpan balik setelah 10 detik melakukan gerakan. Sepak bola merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran dalam kurikulum sekolah SMP Kristen Tomohon yang wajib diajarkan oleh guru mata pelajaran PJOK. Di sekolah ini sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang banyak diminati oleh peserta didik. Tetapi, jika melihat dari kemampuan dari peserta didik di SMP Kristen Tomohon, dalam proses belajar mengajar masih banyak siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menguasai keterampilan dan gerakan dasar untuk menendang bola dengan tepat dan benar selama proses belajar mengajar, khususnya dalam permainan sepak bola. Penyebab utamanya adalah waktu pembelajaran sepak bola yang singkat serta penggunaan metode pengajaran yang kurang inovatif, seperti gaya komando, saat mengajarkan siswa cara menendang bola dengan kaki bagian dalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-test and post-test randomized control group design. Dari perhitungan pengujian hipotesa penelitian diperoleh thitung senilai 13,6. Berdasarkan tabel distribusi t pada α = 0,05 dengan derajat kebebasan n1 + n2 – 2 = 15 + 15 – 2 = 28 maka diperoleh ttabel senilai 2,048. Jadi thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu thitung =13,6 > ttabel = 2,048. Dengan demikian kesimpulan pengujian adalah rata-rata kemampuan gerak dasar pada menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan berupa gaya mengajar komando lebih baik dari rata-rata kemampuan gerak dasar pada menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi perlakuan.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengecek apakah gaya mengajar resiprokal bisa meningkatkan keterampilan servis bawah dalam sepak takraw. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur dampak gaya mengajar resiprokal pada keterampilan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan 30 siswa SMP Kristen Tomohon, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: satu kelompok menerima pelatihan dengan gaya mengajar resiprokal, dan kelompok lainnya tidak. Latihan dilakukan selama satu bulan, tiga kali seminggu, dengan desain "Randomized Control Group Pre-test and Post-test Design." Data dikumpulkan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir keterampilan servis bawah. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji-t setelah memeriksa normalitas dan homogenitas varians. Hasil menunjukkan t-hitung sebesar 10,47, sedangkan t-tabel adalah 2,048. Karena t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang menggunakan gaya mengajar resiprokal mengalami peningkatan keterampilan servis bawah yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Jadi, gaya mengajar resiprokal efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan servis bawah pada siswa SMP Kristen Tomohon.

Education is the process of forming and developing individual character through learning activities. Education can also be considered a provision given to someone that will be useful in the future or when they are adults. Volleyball is one of the most popular sports in the community because it is affordable and can be played anywhere. after making observations in the field, it turns out that there are many students who do not understand and understand the lessons with this method. this is evident from the report card grades of physical education students, many of whom still do not reach the standard score or KKN (75) and it is also evident when researchers make observations when teachers teach many students who do not understand and have difficulty doing a movement. The method used in this research is the experimental method and the sample used in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon totaling 34 students and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 17 students and the control group of 17 students. The research design used was Randomized Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Desing. The instrument used is the Basic Gear Mastery Test on Spike in Volleyball Games. Physical fitness in the school environment requires special attention because it will support optimal teaching and learning outcomes. Physical fitness or good physical ability for students serves to maximize the ability of learning comfort. From the results of observations at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano school, PJOK practicum learning activities experienced a few obstacles due to the lack of willingness of students in carrying out PJOK practical learning activities, even though high school age children must be active in carrying out physical activity activities. However, there are still some students who do not participate in PJOK learning practice activities. This is because students do not know the importance of maintaining physical fitness through PJOK learning activities at school. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach with a percentage using a survey method with test and measurement data collection techniques. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano as many as 557 students and a sample of 56 students. From the results of the 2.4 KM running test using descriptive statistical data calculation of a sample of 56 people taken from SMA Negeri 1 Tondano students and combined with frequency distribution tables, averages, and percentages, the results obtained state that the level of physical fitness of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano students is in the very poor category.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The difference in the effect of plyometric training methods between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability, (2) The difference in the effect between high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability, (3) Interaction between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability. The instruments used to collect data were: (1) Balance test (Modified Bass Test of Dynamic Balance), (2) 100-meter running ability test with time test, (3) Training program as a guideline that will be used in providing treatment . The data analysis technique used was Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the hypothesis testing proved that: (1) There is no difference in the influence between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability. By looking at the similarity of the movements that both jump use both legs, it seems that these two exercises are variations in training, as a result the two plyometric training methods are not significantly different. (2) There is a difference in the influence between high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability. The results of the data analysis showed that high balance has a significant difference in influence with low balance. (3) There is no interaction of influence between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability. Related to the interaction hypothesis, it turns out that the results of the hypothesis testing have proven that there is no interaction between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability where the calculated F value = 0.006 < than the F table value = 2.82 at a significance level of α = 0.05. Conclusion of the study: 1) There is no significant difference in influence between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability. 2) There is a significant difference in the influence of high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability. 3) There is no interaction between plyometric training methods and balance on 100-meter running ability.

This research aims to test the application of the command teaching style in improving the basic movement ability of kicking the ball with the inside of the foot in the game of soccer. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The samples used were 2023/2024 GPDI Berea Tondano Ajaran Middle School students, totaling 20 samples. The results of this study show that the average increase in the basic movement ability of kicking the ball with the inside of the foot in the experimental group's soccer game using the command teaching style was better than the average increase in the basic movement ability in kicking the ball with the inside of the foot in the control group's soccer game. who did not receive treatment. Based on preliminary observations made in the field at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, especially in class XI students, it appears that there is still room for improvement in terms of student mastery of the basic techniques of the backhand serve. This can be seen in badminton games by looking at students' readiness to hit a backhand serve, and how calm they are when serving backhand. After identifying the sources of the problem above, one of the most influential is the use of teaching techniques in the learning process that are less relevant to the sport being taught, in this case badminton. Based on the facts given above, the use of relevant, effective, and efficient teaching techniques is very important to increase student interest in learning and improve the ability to smash backhand serves in badminton games. The research instrument used is a short serve test in badminton games. The findings of this study indicate that there is an influence between the use of command teaching techniques and the improvement of backhand service skills in badminton games of SMKN 2 Tondano students, based on the results of hypothesis testing using t test statistics.

The problem in this research is whether the provision of a reciprocal teaching style has an effect on basic motor skills in passing down in volleyball in students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. This study aims to test the average basic movement ability in lower passing in volleyball. The research method used is an experimental research method. The population in this study was all students of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano class XI, totaling 100 students. The sample in this study was taken from 30% of the total population, namely, 30 class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. The research instrument used was a test of basic lower passing movement abilities according to the Ministry of National Education. The results of statistical analysis using the t test statistic, obtained a tcount of 6.35. Based on the t distribution table at ∝ 0.05 with degrees of freedom n1 + n2 – 2 =15 +15 – 2 = 28, we get a t table of 2,048. So tcount is greater than ttable, namely tcount = 6.35 > ttable = 2.048. Based on the test criteria, if tcount is greater than ttable (tcount>ttable) then Ho is rejected, which means HA is accepted. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test statistic, the results of this research can be concluded that there is an influence of the reciprocal teaching style on the ability of basic lower passing movements in volleyball among students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano.
