Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara asupan zink, tembaga, dan vitamin B₆ dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik. Anemia lebih beresiko terjadi pada remaja putri yang disebabkan karena kekurangan zat gizi yang berperan dalam pembentukan hemoglobin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner food recards, kuesioner FFQ, dan pemeriksaan kadar hb. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara asupan zink, dan vitamin B₆ dengan kadar hemoglobin, sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tembaga dan kadar hemoglobin.

Abstract

Prevalensi obesitas saat ini terbukti meningkat sangat tajam di seluruh dunia. Faktor utama penyebab obesitas yakni kebiasaan hidup sehari-hari, seperti kebiasaan konsumsi jajanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan kebiasaan konsumsi jajanan dengan status gizi anak sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan jumlah 113 siswa SD Muhammadiyah se-Kecamatan Gresik sebagai responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner food recall 2x24 jam dan pengukuran antropometri. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi kendall’s tau-b. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan energi (signifikan = 0,000), asupan protein (signifikan = 0,000), asupan lemak (signifikan = 0,000), dan asupan karbohidrat (signifikan = 0,000) dengan dengan status gizi anak Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah se-Kecamatan Gresik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi dan zat gizi makro dengan status gizi. Sebaiknya responden dapat lebih memperhatikan jenis dan jumlah jajanan yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi setiap hari.

Abstract

Obesitas merupakan masalah kesehatan umum di seluruh dunia, bahkan di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Hal ini mempengaruhi negara-negara kaya dan berkembang. Di antara populasi yang kurang aktif, sebanyak 80% penduduk Indonesia termasuk dalam kategori tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan fast food dosen perempuan, tingkat aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan prosedur basic random sampling dilakukan dengan sampel delapan puluh empat siswi. Formulir FFQ, formulir penarikan kembali makanan (diisi satu kali setiap 24 jam), formulir aktivitas fisik, dan pengukuran status gizi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. salah satu metode untuk mengevaluasi prosedur adalah tes spearman. Berdasarkan data yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi dengan gizi marco, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya korelasi antara asupan protein pada α=0,000, asupan lemak pada α=0,000, dan perilaku rutin makan pada α=0,000, serta konsumsi makanan cepat saji.

Abstract

Anak usia pra sekolah membutuhkan asupan gizi yang adekuat untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Dengan adanya Media flash card digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mengingat dan menghafal informasi lebih cepat bagi anak-anak. Menggunakan media flashcard dalam proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik dan memotivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard terhadap pengetahuan dan konsumsi buah dan sayur pada anak pra sekolah dengan flashcard. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy eksperimental yang menggunakan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi dengan nilai ∆ sebesar 17. Hal ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan anak pra sekolah sesudah diberikan edukasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengetahuan ada perubahan tetapi tidak terlalu besar dengan hasil analisis menggunakan uji paired t-test diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Penggunaan media flashcard sangat efektif untuk membantu proses belajar dan mudah untuk dingat dan media flashcard juga meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang buah dan sayur.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the blood pressure based on physical activity and fast food eating behavior among female students level II at the Faculty of Health, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. This research was conducted through quantitative descriptive observational methods in March and July 2023. The subjects in this research were level II female students who were selected using a cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study show that (1) the frequency of eating fast food for pre-hypertension and normal blood pressure is mostly rare, namely 90.9% and 68.8%. (2) Most types of fast food eating at normal blood pressure and pre-hypertension are in the high sugar category, namely 68.8% and 84.5%. (3) The energy intake of those with normal blood pressure was mostly normal (27.3%), the energy intake of those with pre- hypertensive blood pressure was mostly a severe deficit and normal (36.4%). (4) Protein intake for those with normal blood pressure is mostly excessive (32.5%). Protein intake for those with pre-hypertensive blood pressure is mostly a severe deficit (36.4%) (5) Fat intake for those with normal blood pressure is mostly excessive (44.2%), fat intake for those with pre-hypertensive blood pressure is mostly severe and mild deficits (36.4%). (6) Carbohydrate intake for those with normal blood pressure was mostly normal (39.0%), carbohydrate intake for those with pre-hypertensive blood pressure was mostly normal (36.4%).

Abstract

The use of electronic commerce (e-commerce) has penetrated various fields, one of which is the culinary industry. Improper food selection through e-commerce can impact a person's nutritional status. This study aims to analyze the relationship between e-commerce use, food choices, and nutritional status. Simple random sampling with proportional random sampling was chosen as the method for this research, with a subject size of 88 students from the Faculty of Health at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. Data collection was carried out using e-commerce usage questionnaires, FFQ questionnaires, and anthropometric measurements. The Spearman correlation test was chosen to analyze the collected data. The results show no significant relationship between the use of e-commerce and food choices, with a p-value of 0.865 for the main food category, 0.700 for the snack category, and 0.305 for the beverage category. There is no significant relationship between the use of e-commerce and nutritional status, with a p-value of 0.709. The conclusion of this research is that there is no significant relationship between the use of e-commerce, food selection, and nutritional status. Suggestions for future research include conducting a recall to determine the intake consumed by students and conducting similar research on various community characteristics.

Abstract

This study found that when a person experiences stress, it will cause a response in the form of emotional eating. Emotional eating is an eating urge that arises in response to negative emotions. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels, emotional eating and nutritional status in students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik Faculty of Health. This research was conducted on 81 students of level I, II and III. The measuring instruments used in this study used the Perceived Sources Academy of Stress, the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ) scale, anthropometric data and 2x24 hour Recall. Bivariate analysis was performed using the Spearman Rank test and multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression. Results: 93.8% of respondents experienced severe stress levels, 45.7% of respondents experienced moderate emotional eating and 61.7% of respondents had normal nutritional status. There is a significant relationship between stress levels and emotional eating (Sig. of 0.001 (0.001 <0.05) and there is no significant relationship between stress levels, emotional eating and nutritional status (p = 0.700; p = 0.876). So, it can be concluded that respondents should be able to manage stress well and maintain the intake of food to be consumed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between total iron intake and folic acid to hemoglobin (Hb) levels of adolescent girls at Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Senior High School. This research method used quantitative research with an analytic observational approach. The population was 224 female students at Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Senior High School who were taken using purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected using FFQ questionnaire, 3x24 hour estimated food records questionnaire, food photo book, Digital Hemoglobinometer, and Hb level measurement result form. Data analysis used Pearson Correlation test. The results showed a significant relationship between iron intake (Sig = 0.042), folic acid (Sig = 0.035) with hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Senior High School. The conclusion in this study is that interventions need to be carried out including iron tablet supplementation, education, and efforts related to increasing iron and folic acid intake through food.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kadar hemoglobin merupakan salah satu parameter anemia, dikatakan anemia jika jumlah kadar hemoglobin kurang dari batas normal. Anemia sering terjadi pada usia remaja, terutama remaja putri. Maksud penulisan tersebut yaitu untuk diketahuinya kaitan konsumsi albium juga vitamin A pada kandungan Hb di pelajar Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah 10 GKB. Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik. Sampel sebanyak 86 remaja putri di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB yang diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan form food record, buku foto makanan, formulir FFQ, Hb digital, dan formulir pengukuran kadar hemoglobin. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan protein dengan kadar hemoglobin (p = 0,014) dan vitamin A dengan kadar hemoglobin (p = 0,045). Simpulan: Pada penelitian terdapat hubungan asupan protein dan vitamin A dengan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri. Sehingga penting adanya edukasi konsumsi sumber protein dan vitamin A untuk mencegah anemia.

Abstract

Background: GERD is a pathological condition caused by the reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus. Diet is a factor in the occurrence of GERD in adults, including students and workers. Factors that cause GERD recurrence include stress and diet.Objectives: To determine the intake of micronutrients, fiber, frequency of tea consumption, and nutritional status during the fasting month on the occurrence of GERD in students.Methods: Observational quantitative research method with a cross-sectional research design, purposive sampling data collection. Respondents numbers were 81 people fasting and students at the Faculty of Health, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. This Research in Health Faculty, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Data collection through interviews with 2x24 hour food recall questionnaires, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI) and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire (GERD-Q). Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk test and Spearman test.Results: Respondents were aged between 18 years and 24 years. The statistic test with spearman test showed a relationship between tea-drinking habits (p=0,010) and noodle consumption habits (p=0,001) with GERD. Analysis of the relationship between intake of fiber (p=0,472), micronutrient intake of vitamin A (p=0,228), vitamin C (p=0,964), calcium (p=0,471), iron (p=0,647),  zinc (p=0,757), and nutritional status (p=0,594) with GERD.Conclusion: There is a relationship between tea-drinking habits and the habit of consuming noodles and GERD. There was no relationship between intake of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, zinc, and nutritional status with GERD.
