Abstract

This research aims to explain the interests of Indonesia in cooperation with Japan in the field of defense in 2015. The agreement is set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and exchange in the field of defense on March 23, 2015 in Japan. The agreement was signed by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia Ryamizard Ryacudu and Japanese Defense Minister Gen Nakatani.In this research, the author used national interest concept and the theory of foreign policy strategic model / rational model and the theory of international cooperation by Kalevi Jaako Holsti. This research used qualitative research that attempt to express an essence of social phenomena by analyzing the phenomenon based on existing theories and data. Data collection techniques from this research is library research where the data comes from books, newspapers, journals, official documents, internet and other data that support in writing this research.The result of this research is the cooperation between Indonesia and Japan in the field of defense in 2015 aims to meet the needs of Indonesia in improving its defense in terms of quality and quantity through modernization of Indonesia’s defense equipment, Transfer of Technology, information exchange on defense matters, exchanges and training of personnel, And experts, and other forms and the fulfillment of Minimum Essential Force Phase II can be met maximally. Indonesia's desire to become a maritime axis of the world is also increasingly realized and make Indonesia's defense industry more independent with the cooperation.Keywords: Jakarta Declaration, International Relations, National Interest, Defense Cooperation, Modernization of Defense Equipments.

Abstract

This research describes the economy politics interest of Tiongkok to cooperate with Rusia in Artic Seas in 2012-2015. Artic sea are one of high seas in world that have big potenciall in oil, fuel and fauna flora. Artic seas have deacleared by five country as a Council Institution likes United States America. Norwegia, Swedia, Canada and Rusia. Tiongkok use a Rusia to get the exploration rights in Artic Seas.The writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the economy politics interest of Tiongkok to cooperate with Rusia in Artic Seas. The theories applied in this research are neoliberalisme perspective with the international cooperation theory.The conclusion of this research are the economy politics interest of Tiongkok to cooperate with Rusia in Artic Seas cause economic factors are to opened the trade sea ways from Tiongkok to Eropa countries, needed of Tiongkok oil‟s, Tiongkok get a rexploration right in Artic Seas. And the political interest of Tiongkok in Artic Seas likes security region interest, increase of hegemony Tiongkok in Artic Seas, to protect hegemony in United States in Artic Seas and Tiongkok do a research in Artic about environmental issues.Key words: economy, politics, interes and artic.

Abstract

This study deals with the impact of UEFA EURO 2012 toward politic and economy of UEFA EURO 2012. The perspective applied in this study is liberalism with theory of national interest and globalization. The design of the study is analytical descriptive qualitative. The data is taken by using library research method.Nowadays, football is made as a multi – impact commodity. It also happens in Ukraine. Globalization leads Ukraine as one of UEFA EURO host in 2012. Ukraine gets big development both directly and indirectly through that event. The income of the country increases through the investment comes as the preparation of UEFA EURO 2012 and the availability of job vacancy which develop the growth of economy in Ukraine.Moreover, the economy of Ukraine grows and that mega event also impact the situation of politic in Ukraine. Abstract

This Research aimed to explain Indonesian Diplomacy pevention to Rohingya conflict in 2013-2017. The pronolonged etnicity conflict in Rohingya made Indonesian Government and Inonesian Society took a step to handle this conflict. With various powerful news about this conflict where ethnic Rohingya were tortured in daily basis caused international would gave more respons to this conflict. Indonesian as an ASEAN country uphold world justice certainly performed some efforts to overcome this conflict. Indonesian as a neighboring country of Myanmar and has some closeness of several things tried hard to do approach in order to perfomed prevention of this conflict.This research used Neorealism prespective. Neorealism assumes that all world problematic can be solved by working together. If it connected to neorealism, Indonesian entered the Myanmar International Anarchy System. Furthermore, Indonesian, Myanmar and International NGO pulled together to give human aids to Rohingya society. In addition, this research was support by diplomacy theory in which the writer used Multi Track Diplomacy and choose three tracks for this research, there are : Track 1 Goverment, track 2 NGO, and track 9 media. level of analysis that was being used was Analysis of nation state. Abstract

This paper is a bilateral trade study that provides an analysis of the Cooperation of two countries in the fulfillment of needs and achieve their national interests. The researcher focused on Indonesia's Importance of Importing orange fruits from China. For Indonesia's local orange production is less, the production of crude in Indonesia in 2014 is only 1.93 million tons. While Indonesia imports from China as much as 3.5 million tons in 2015, so not much national production of orange Indonesia and not yet meet the national needs. And this is the main reason why Indonesia keeps importing orange fruits from China.This paper uses theory of International Trade, in this case the theory of trade/ comparative because there is competition in this orange fruit in the Indonesian market originating from China with local oranges, so it takes a significant Indonesian government policy in the process of buying and selling Chinese orange fruit and fruits Local oranges. Supported by National Nation's analysis level and Liberalism Perspective. The concept leads to qualitative methods and field studies and is assisted by literature studies as a source of information.Indonesia's bilateral relationship with China is definitely China's largest trading partner in Indonesia. Seen from the trade value of 47 billion dollars in 2016. The number of exports is smaller than the amount of imports indicates that for citrus commodities, the state of Indonesia for its domestic consumption is still dependent on imports from other countries. Abstract

This study aims to examine the form of Indonesia-France cooperation in advancing the national film industry through Bekraf-CnC memorandum of understanding (MoU) that has been signed by the two countries. In the agreed MoU, they agreed to cooperate each other in the fields of production, distribution and exhibition so they can advance the national film industry.      This research method use a qualitative research and data collection techniques in the form of document studies or secondary data that author get through the books, journals, and websites which has been reviewed by the author and then summarized into this research, so it will be easier for readers to understand.Indonesian film industry needs to be developed in order to be more advanced, therefore Bekraf and CnC held a cooperation program in the fields of production, distribution and exhibition to support the film industry.Keywords : Bekraf, CNC, MoU, Production, Distribution, Exhibiton

Abstract

This research will explain about program implementation from an international organization named Fauna and Flora International (FFI) in forest conservation at Ulu Masen, Mane area Aceh province. Illegal logging, woods areal conversion into plantations and farms, and the conflicts between humans and wild animals have been threatening the forests and could trigger disasters and declining the number of rare wild animal species at wood areal, especially Gajah Sumatera and Harimau Sumatera. As an international organization of conservation based in England who works in environmental issues, biological diversity, and climate change, FFI works together with the Aceh government, local institutions, and society to carry out conservation programs such as CRU (Conservation Response Unit), Pride Campaign, and agro-forestry training at Mane area’s forest which is part of Ulu Masen’s region.Sources were obtained through literature review from journals, books, mini thesis, reports, and internet to explain FFI’s planned programs. Writer also did an interview and observation by observing and taking notes of the indications systematically. The theories used in this research are pluralism, green politic theory, and forest reservation concept.This research indicates that implemented programs by FFI influencing the declining of illegal logging and increasing society’s awareness of the importance to keep the forests and preserve the biological diversity found in the forest.Keywords: Fauna and Flora International, Forest Threat, Conservation Program, Biological Diversity

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of WFP (World Food Program) in addressing the case of famine in North Korea from 2006 to 2012. This study uses the framework of the theory of international organizations and the concept of food security. This research uses qualitative method by conducting library study. The role of WFP as an initiator is done by raising the issue of hunger and food security in North Korea to international forums to further determine what steps to take next. WFP serves as a determinator to determine how North Korea's famine problems are described using the concept of food security. The role of WFP as a facilitator is done by facilitating the needs of the North Korean people through the implementation of aid programs. WFP establishes assistance programs within the framework of urgent operations and recovery operations as well as project assistance such as food aid programs for workers and infrastructure development programs and agricultural support. Abstract

This research explains about the growth of the Information Technlology in India after merged into SAFTA, a free trade area organization for South Asia, since 2006. India exceeded Information Technology want to bring excellence to the global world market.The data sources that is used on this research is which was collected from books, journals, magazines, reports mass media and internet websites. To analyze the case, researcher used the theory of economic integration by Ernest B. Haas the concept on this research is a process where political actors in several national territory compelled different for loyalty, hope and their political activity to a new state center the institute.This research shows that, India became a member of SAFTA, make India is growing rapidly, generating up more than 2,5 million peoples sent to the Information Technology Companies to several America and Europe, than works on India Software Companies in America and Asia.Keywords : India, Technology Information, SAFTA, Economic Integration, National Interest

Abstract

This study describes the cooperation of World Health Organization (WHO) - Indonesia in dealing with polio in Indonesia through the program free of the disease. Health is one of the issues of international relations that are low politics that drew the world's attention, for example a health problem that is considered very important is the problem of polio. Indonesia is a country with endemic polio that makes WHO as an international health organization trying to solve this problem. The study was obtained by reviewing the literature either from books, journals, theses, reports, and internet. In this paper, the author uses pluralist perspective with international organizations theory. Author uses the analysis unit group as one actor in international relations. In the writings found that the cooperation of WHO - Indonesia in dealing with polio virus in Indonesia is to implement the program ERAPO. The program of ERAPO is to implemented National Immunization Week (PIN) and Polio Surveillance which includes Wild Polio Surveillance (SPL) and surveillance of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (SAFP).
