Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and competence of high school teachers in one of the 3T areas in compiling classroom action research (CAR) reports. This service method used training with stages, namely assistance in making proposals, choosing the right model in implementing classroom action research and designing learning activities and tools. These service partners were junior and senior high school teachers in Nangapanda Ende District, NTT. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a pretest, and the posttest was analyzed descriptively. This service showed that the teachers' insight increased in preparing class action research reports, and they better understood the stages in the CAR implementation process. These namely teachers were able to understand knowledge about CAR from the four indicators that were the focus of this training, including the steps for implementing CAR, the systematics of writing/composing CAR, success indicators, data analysis, and CAR implementation instruments. Implementing this training activity provides a good understanding of teachers' understanding and professional competence regarding the importance of carrying out CAR.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of lifestyle on consumer behavior of the Economic Education Study Program of Flores University in hair rebonding. The research types used in this study was an explanation to explain whether there is an influence of independent variables namely lifestyle consumptive behavior of hair rebonding. The data were collected by using questionnaires for primary data and secondary data using documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that lifestyle had a significant effect by contributing 52.8 percent in influencing female students Economic Education Study Program in hair rebonding.   Keywords: Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior, Rebonding AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswi Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Flores dalam merebonding rambut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi untuk menjelaskan ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel bebas yakni gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif merebonding rambut. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket untuk data primer dan data sekunder menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan dengan menyumbang 52,8 persen dalam mempengaruhi mahasiswi Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dalam merebonding rambut. Kata Kunci: Gaya hidup, Perilaku konsumtif, Rebonding

Abstract

This article explains the activities carried out in Watumanu village, Ngada district; the activities of utilising household materials to be processed into soap are carried out with the village community as partners. The geographical conditions of the land are fertile, and people who use their yards to grow household materials routinely use them for daily consumption. This training assistance aims to provide breakthroughs, knowledge for innovation, and the creation of new products for village communities that make soap from lemongrass. The soap products can become a mainstay for Bumdes and can be used daily to save on household expenses. By using household materials, apart from saving expenses, they can also be sold to increase people's income.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of providing training in making soap and candlenut oil by lecturers and students of the economic education study program were conducted in Gero village, Nagekeo district. Commodity products processed into soap and candlenut oil were utilised with the village community as partners. The geographical conditions of fertile land, supported by a community aware of the importance of using natural resources around it, allow the Gero village community to live with an adequate economy. This training assistance aims to provide breakthroughs, knowledge for innovation, and the creation of new products to the village community in making soap from candlenut oil. The soap and candlenut oil products made can become the mainstay products of Bumdes and can be used daily to save household expenses. Utilising household materials and saving expenses can also be sold to increase community income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of scholarships on student motivation for the Economic Education Study Program at the University of Flores. The type of research used in this study is an explanation to explain whether there is an influence of the independent variable, namely scholarship, on the dependent variable, namely learning motivation—data collection techniques using questionnaires for primary data and secondary data using documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear analysis. The study results show that scholarships have a significant effect by contributing 24.8 percent to influencing learning motivation in economic education study programs. Therefore, the government and the foundation suggested opening more chances for students to get the scholarship.

Abstract

Salah satu klausul penting dalam perjanjian kredit adalah terkait jaminan kredit. Berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 8 ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan, diketahui bahwa bank wajib mempunyai keyakinan bahwa debitur akan mengembalikan hutangnya sesuai dengan yang diperjanjikan. Keyakinan tersebut didasarkan atas hasil analisa kreditur terhadap watak, kemampuan, modal, agunan dan prospek usaha debitur. Terkait dengan jaminan kredit, agunan merupakan salah satu bentuk dari jaminan kebendaan. perlindungan hukum terhadap debitur apabila terjadi kredit macet, terutama terhadap debitur yang mengalami musibah sehingga tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk membayar kredit, dapat teratasi dengan jalan Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructuring atau kombinasi ketiganya dan jalan yang terakhir yaitu Eksekusi. Artinya, perlindungan hukum terhadap debitur tetap dilakukan oleh kreditur sepanjang pihak debitur mempunyai itikad baik dan peristiwa yang menyebabkan terjadinya kredit macet tidak dilakukan secara sengaja oleh debitur. Dan pihak kreditur juga tidak boleh secara sepihak ingin merampas atau mengambil barang jaminan atau mengambil barang (kendaraan) yang beli secara kredit apabila pihak debitur mengalami macet kredit.

Abstract

Ende Lio ikat weaving is a cultural heritage of East Nusa Tenggara that is rich in philosophical values and creative economic potential. Yet, the younger generation's knowledge of this local wisdom is increasingly fading. This activity aims to integrate the local wisdom of Ende Lio ikat weaving into creative economy learning media at Tri Dharma Ende Junior High School, thereby enhancing students' understanding of creative economic potential based on local culture, while preserving the ikat weaving cultural heritage that serves as the identity of the Ende community in East Nusa Tenggara. The implementation methods include: 1) Field observation, conducted to carry out initial coordination with Tri Dharma Private Junior High School to discuss the technical implementation of the activity. 2) Development of learning media on ikat weaving economic activities covering production, distribution, and consumption. 3) Classroom implementation, which involves conducting lessons in grade VII using the prepared media. Through a contextual learning approach, students are introduced to local wisdom values, the production process, and strategies for developing ikat weaving products as creative economy commodities. The results of the activity demonstrate an increase in students' understanding of the cultural values of Ende Lio ikat weaving and broaden their entrepreneurial insights based on local potential that can be applied in the future.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengarahkan guru dan memberikan pendampingan saat guru melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan merampungkannya dalam artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan tahapan yakni pendampingan dalam pembuatan proposal, membantu merancang kegiatan serta perangkat pembelajaran, pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK, hingga mempublikasikannya sebagai publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional Ber ISSN. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya wawasan dan motivasi para guru dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas serta lebih memahami tahapan-tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan PTK. Guru juga mampu menghasilkan Karya ilmiah hasil PTK serta publikasi pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN yang dapat digunakan sebagai syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK dan penulisan publikasi ilmiah mampu menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing passive income through renting land to other parties and its economic impact on land owners. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research involved 5 respondents who were land owners who rented out their land in various areas in Ende Regency for the 2015-2025 period. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that renting land can increase passive income by an average of 15-30% of the total assets owned. Factors that influence success include strategic location, type of land use, contract duration, and relationship management with tenants. The main challenges faced are fluctuations in rental prices, risk of property damage, and legal aspects. This research recommends the importance of strategic planning, diversifying land portfolios, and strengthening legal aspects in rental contracts to maximize passive income potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Village Original Revenue and Capital Expenditure on the Financial Performance of Turaloa Timur Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. The data used in this study are the APBDes data of Turaloa Timur, Ngada Regency, for the years 2024 and 2025, obtained from Turaloa Timur Village. The results of the study indicate that PADes has a positive impact on village financial performance, indicating that an increase in PADes can reduce the village’s dependence on central government assistance and enhance fiscal autonomy. Conversely, capital expenditure has a significant negative impact on village financial performance, where large capital expenditure is not balanced by improved financial performance, possibly due to improper allocation of funds, inefficiency in planning and management, and failure to generate significant multiplier effects for the village economy. Therefore, an effective village financial management strategy is needed by optimizing PADes and prioritizing thorough planning in allocating capital expenditure to enhance village autonomy and community well-being.
