Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) sebuah metode untuk membangun arsitektur enterprise. EAP pada umumnya digunakan dengan beberapa jenis framework. Salah satu framework tersebut adalah Zachman Framework. Framework ini merupakan struktur dalam menggambarkan arsitektur detail dari enterprise. Penelitan ini membahas pemanfaatan zachman framework dalam pengembangan blueprint sistem informasi Lembaga Sertifikasi Usaha Pariwisata (LSUP). LSUP merupakan perpanjangan tangan dari Komite akreditasi Nasional (KAN) dan Kementerian Pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif dalam memastikan standarisasi usaha pariwisata di Indoensia. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya LSUP memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mengelola data sertifikasi usaha pariwisata yang distandarisasi. Pengembangan Blueprint Sistem Informasi LSUP menggunakan 7 komponen dari 36 Komponen yang disusun dari 6 Abstraksi dan 6 Perspektif. Komponen yang digunakan adalah 2 komponen dari perspektif Planner, 2 komponen dari perspektif owner dan 3 komponen dari perspektif designer. Blueprintt ini menggambarkan Identifikasi kebutuhan data, analisis value chain, bagan alir sistem, identifikasi teknologi pendukung, entity Relationship diagram, Data flow diagram, dan rancangan interface untuk sistem informasi LSUP.

Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu is a tourist destination in Bali. The temple is located in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar Regency. However, unlike most tourist destinations in general, Gunung Kawi Temple is infrequently visited by both foreign and domestic tourists, especially when compared with similar destinations, such as Pura Tirta Empul Tampaksiring. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy of “Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu” and the impact of tourist visits on the welfare of community in Sebatu Village. This study used qualitative descriptive approach which aims to describe, record, analyze, and interpret current conditions of Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu. The results from this study is the development strategies of Pura Gunung Kawi relies on some factors such as: the stability of various levels, such as security, comfort, support facilities and infrastructure; the quality and quantity of human resources; partnerships with funding agencies; the linkage function development of tourism activities; increased community participation in tourism development; and programs implementation for effective promotion on an ongoing basis. These stabilities help increase the number of tourist visits, which leads to community’s welfare in the area surrounding Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu.

This study examines the economic impact of eco-gastronomy in Bangli Regency, focusing on tourism revenue, job creation, and infrastructure investment through Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) and stakeholder interviews. Findings reveal that tourism revenue is the dominant factor driving local economic growth, influencing job opportunities and investment in infrastructure. However, challenges such as economic inequality, the dominance of large asset holders, and mismanagement of infrastructure hinder the sector’s full potential. While eco-gastronomy offers significant opportunities for enhancing local economic welfare, there is a need for improved governance, equitable benefit distribution, and sustainable management practices. Recommendations for future development emphasize fair, transparent policies, and targeted investments to ensure eco-gastronomy contributes to long-term sustainable growth and local community prosperity. Future research should adopt a multidisciplinary approach, involving marginalized communities, and focus on long-term socioeconomic and environmental impacts.

The waiter’s role is of great importance in the smooth operation of a restaurant business within the tourism industry. Thus, it is necessary to critically examine the waiter’s performance concerning guest satisfaction in a tourism organization. In the case of this study, a waiter not only performs the role of a waitress but is also tasked to become an ambassador within the sector. Taking Warung Mesari in the context of this study, waiters must display good hospitality in welcoming visitors and introducing and preserving the restaurant’s image. Based on this view, the present study looks at the performance of waiters as a way to contribute to the increament in the number of guests satisfied with the services provided by warung Mesari. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. This study revealed that: the waiters were able to provide good service and establish good relationships with guests who visited the restaurant; the waiters have done their job successfully; the restaurant has received many positive guest comments from guests; the restaurant also gets repeater guests; and guests who have visited again invite their friends to visit the Warung Mesari restaurant.

This study aims to analyze the impact of fiscal policy changes on Indonesia's economy from a macroeconomic perspective. Fiscal policy, which includes government expenditure and tax rates, significantly affects macroeconomic indicators such as economic growth (GDP), inflation, and unemployment. Using secondary data obtained from official sources such as Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and Bank Indonesia, the study applies regression analysis to examine the relationship between fiscal policy and Indonesia's economic performance. The findings show that expansionary fiscal policy can stimulate economic growth in the short term but poses risks of increasing inflation and national debt. Conversely, contractionary fiscal policy, although effective in controlling inflation and budget deficits, may slow down economic growth and increase unemployment if applied at the wrong time. Therefore, fiscal policy must be tailored to the prevailing economic conditions to achieve optimal results. This study contributes to understanding how fiscal policy impacts Indonesia's economy and emphasizes the importance of careful planning in implementing sustainable fiscal policies.

The study examined the perception of tourists on “Mepantigan” as alternative tourism in Pondok Mepantigan in Gianyar Bali. The background of this research is the emergence of “Mepantigan” attraction that is developing. Obviously, “Mepantigan” is a unique and first tourist attraction in Gianyar Bali by elevating traditional martial arts and combined with the art of dance and music with the game set in the mud. The purpose of this study is to identify the perception of tourists to “Mepantigan” as alternative tourism in Pondok Mepantigan in Gianyar Bali. In essence research method using the qualitative and quantitative method. Data analysis techniques used descriptive-qualitative, where data obtained from observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire to tourism components such as attraction, accessibility, amenities, available packages, activities, and ancillary services. Sustainable tourism paradigm and can be applied to alternative tourism is tourism activity. The research results showed that Pondok Mepantigan is an attractive tourist attraction because it has a natural tourist attraction, culture and artificial but need to increase the availability of supporting facilities for tourists. In essence, Pondok Mepantigan has met the parameters as alternative tourism but need to improve in empowering communities around Pondok Mepantigan.

The tourism business in Bali is growing rapidly, and Bali has been known as one of the most popular tourist destinations, especially among foreign tourists. The combination of beauty and a balanced lifestyle strongly attracts foreign tourists to Bali. In anticipating the growth of tourists to Bali, human resources must be by the needs of the tourism industry. This article aims to determine Bali tourism human resources competency standards in the Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. The data collection and analysis in this paper use literature studies, interviews, and observations of stakeholder activities related to implementing the competency certification process. The role of the government in preparing various regulations for improving human tourism resources through the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards, the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework, and Competency-Based Training, which are the main instruments in the competency certification process, are indispensable. In addition, it is also important to work with Professional Certification Institutions that have been certified nationally and internationally to strengthen the human resources of Bali tourism. Applying the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) health protocol is a new practice that initially received a light rejection from the community, including when visiting tourist attractions during the pandemic Covid-19. This article aims to identify the application of CHSE, identify the effect of its application on tourist loyalty and identify local cultural interventions through the involvement of customary village security guard of ‘pecalang’ on the effect of the application of CHSE on tourist loyalty. This article used a quantitative approach, with data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that the implementation of CHSE was carried out well, with an average rating of 4.09 (good), and had a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. The involvement of ‘pecalang’ certainly contributes to the implementation of CHSE in tourist attractions, but the uncontrolled involvement of ‘pecalang’ can reduce tourist loyalty.
