Neurotracker is a 3D technology with Multiple Object Tracking (MOT). This technology has not been developed in Indonesia. Meanwhile, developed countries have implemented this technology in sport training, including in archery sport. In archery sport, the athletes are required to concentrate every time they perform a technique and to be fast and accurate in making a decision when aiming and releasing the arrows.  The problem usually occurs during shooting is that the athlete doubts in aiming and releasing the arrows, thus the shooting result does not hit the target. It is caused by the athlete’s doubt and the lack of concentration. To overcome the problem, a neurotracker training is important to be conducted in every training process to improve the athletes’ concentration. The method used in this study was an experimental method. The samples were 20 persons chosen in a non-random sampling. The subjects were divided into two groups through a random assignment, thus the number of subject in each group was ten persons. The instrument to measure the concentration was the Concentration Grid Test. The design of the study was pretest-posttest control group design. To analyze the data, t-test was used. The result of the study showed that (1) there was a significant effect of the NeuroTracker training on the improvement of the archery athlete’s concentration, (2) there was a significant effect of conventional training on the improvement of archery athlete’s concentration, (3) there was a significant difference of effect between the NeuroTracker training and conventional training in the improvement of the archery athlete’s concentration. The NeuroTracker training was better than a conventional training in increasing the archery athlete’s concentration. It is suggested that the archery trainers implement the NeuroTracker technology in the training process as it could improve the concentration of the archery athletes.

Shooting skills are very complex, and often athletes have to be faced with situations that require one shot to get a perfect score and need to maintain concentration and the pull of the trigger. This study aimed to analyze the difference in progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) exercise on increasing concentration and performance scores of 10-meter shooting. A total of 12 athletes (seven female dan five males) in Purwakarta were recruited for this study. They were randomly assigned to the two groups, the PMR group (n = 6) and the control (n = 6). The instruments used were the Concentration Grid Test to measure concentration while the 60 shots of both men and women of 10-meter shooting scores for a performance test. Data analysis using MANCOVA was performed using shooting scores and concentration as the dependent variable and covariates to determine their performance. They can be differentiated based on conventional training methods, progressive muscle relaxation, and the interaction of these factors. The results of the MANCOVA indicated a significant main effect for exercise methods, and it was revealed that differences in exercise methods had a significant effect on concentration and shooting scores. When athletes are faced with the demands of top performance, PMR training is a very economical but efficient and effective strategy for dealing with several problems. This helps athletes self-control and focus their attention during stressful situations and can be used to maintain physical, technical, and mental balance.Â

Decision-making is one of the basic skills needed by athletes to determine actions in a situation. Especially in the open-skill category of sports, where a player must be able to determine the action to be taken quickly and precisely, accompanied by unpredictable environmental conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of multimodel cognitive training on the decision-making of athletes in the open-skill category of sports. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample used in this study was 28 athletes in open-skill sports. Sampling was done by random selection, then divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with multimodel cognitive training and the control group with physical activity games. In measuring the level of decision-making athletes use the research instrument The Decision Style Questionnaire at the time of pre-test and post-test. Multimodel cognitive training and physical activity games have a significant effect on improving the decision-making of athletes in the open-skill category. However, Multimodel cognitive training shows better results in improving the decision-making of athletes in open-skill sports. This study concludes that multi-model cognitive training and physical activity games can improve the decision-making of athletes in the open-skill category, but multi-model cognitive training has a more significant effect.
