Abstract

This study aims to determine the thought of Islamic education and the contribution of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. The research method used in this research is the Library Research method, which is a series of activities related to library information collection methods, reading and writing, and processing research material. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this research is content analysis or what is often called content analysis. This content analysis is used to compare one research with other research that is in accordance with this article. It is a research that uses literature sources from articles and journals to obtain research information. This article also discusses the challenges and opportunities in applying K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari's educational thought in the context of modern education. The challenges include the different views and interests in the current education system, while the opportunities lie in the community's need for value-based and character development-oriented education. The results of the study explain that K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari introduced the impact of his appearance on various sides of life, especially in the field of religion, considering the reflection for the field of schooling. The idea of schooling applied by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari relies on the Qur'an as a worldview that combines three points of view because it depends on God's revelation that a total schooling system with instructive purposes is given, as well as the type of information according to its capabilities. It also incorporates his outstanding works. His considerations on schooling, not through progressive but rather by advancing, in light of the fact that he is hostile to evil who loves harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Upaya Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Meningkatkan Kontrol Diri Siswa di MAN 5 Madina. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya siswa yang kurang baik dalam pengendalian diri atau pengkontrolan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri siswa dan untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja hambatan-hambatan yang di alami guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling dan beberapa orang siswa, metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kontrol diri yang banyak terjadi misalnya siswa kurang mengontrol sikap saat proses belajar, siswa sering berbicara dengan teman di sampingnya yang membuat guru mengeluh dengan sikap siswa, sehingga melibatkan guru bimbingan dan konseling membantu siswa agar mengontrol sikap saat belajar dan diluar proses belajar, seperti ikut dengan temannya membolos, dan ikut dengan temannya tawuran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri siswa adalah memberikan bimbingan, arahan, layanan kepada siswa, apabila bimbingan, arahan, dan layanan yang diberikan guru bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa belum juga bisa mengubah siswa jadi lebih baik, maka guru bimbingan dan konseling akan melakukan kunjungan rumah, mengirim surat untuk orang tua siswa, agar datang ke sekolah, dan guru bimbingan dan konseling akan bertanya dahulu bagaimana perilaku siswa di rumah.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu prosedur penelitian yang mengahasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan atau tulisan dari perilaku yang dapat diamati dari orang-orang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi stress akdemik siswa selama pembelajaran di mts swasta al ittihad aek nabara kabupaten labuhanbatu. Untuk mengetahui gambaran stress akademik siswa selama pembelajaran di mts swasta al ittihad aek nabara kabupaten labuhanbatu. Untuk mengetahui implikasi pelayanan guru bimbingan konseling dalam menangani stress akademik siswa selama pembelajaran mts swasta al ittihad aek nabara kabupaten labuhanbatu. Upaya merupakan bagian dari peranan yang harus dilakukan oleh seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Kontrol diri merupakan suatu sikap tentang bagaimana seorang individu dapat mengendalikan emosi yang ada pada diri mereka serta dorongan-dorongan yang menyertainya. Pembentukan kontrol diri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal baik karena faktor genetik maupun faktor lainnya. Usia juga mempengaruhi kondisi kontrol diri pada individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Upaya yang dilakukan guru BK ialah menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, terdapat program Pelatihan penanggulangan stress, dan mengembangkan resilensi pendidikan. Macam-macam stress yang didapatkan Siswa ialah tuntutan tugas, tuntutan peran, tuntutan interpersonal. Implementasi dalam bimbingan layanan sekolah ialah layanan informasi, layanan konseling individu, layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan konseling kelompok.

Abstract

In the learning process is not only related to knowledge but communication in the world of education is also very important. Every learning activity is synonymous with communicating, therefore a teacher has an important role in developing students' communication skills in learning. So there needs to be an effort made by PAI teachers at SD Negeri No. 104274 Pematang Kasih to improve students' communication skills to make it easier for students to understand the learning material delivered. The efforts made are in the form of providing good communication examples, guiding students when asking questions, making presentations in discussion activities, using question and answer methods, using active learning strategies and doing habituation. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of the efforts made is to create effective communication and a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the methods, the inhibiting factors  in the process of forming students'  Islamic character and the solutions used as a reference  in the formation of students'  Islamic character  in private junior high schools  in Binjai City. The method of this research s to use qualitative research methods  in order to reveal  in depth data and facts about the formation of the  Islamic character of students  in private junior high schools throughout the City of Binjai. Data collection techniques using  interviews, observation, and document review. Then the data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are that the formation of the  Islamic character of students s taken from two schools,  inamely Al Kaffah Binjai  integrated  Islamic Middle School and Binjai PABA Middle School, each school has a method of forming students'  Islamic character. However,  in essence the methods used by each school are closely related to the formation of the  Islamic character of students. The methods used are giving advice, getting used to good morals, exemplary, Targhib and Tarhib, stories, and parables. in carrying out these methods,  inhibiting factors were also found  in the formation of  Islamic character of students.  inhibiting factors that occur due to the lack of religious education  in the family, unfavorable environment, lack of awareness of students to carry out conditions related to religion and rampant  information from social media. The solution to these  inhibiting factors s to prepare professional educators, create a good environment, complete  infrastructure, and create  intra-curricular and extra-curricular programs as supports  in the formation of  Islamic character of students at Al Kaffah Binjai  integrated  Islamic Middle School and Binjai PABA Middle School.

Abstract

In the context of concerns about teacher behaviour that does not motivate students, such as shouting at students, frequent teacher tardiness, or coldness in interactions with students, this study focuses on the impact of teacher exemplary behaviour on student character building at Mts Swasta Darul Ulum Budi Agung Medan. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach, including Pearson product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression test. The results confirmed that teachers' exemplary behaviour in the aspects of creed and morals has a significant influence on students' character development, with a strong correlation level. The simple linear regression test shows that the exemplary behaviour of teachers in this case makes a positive contribution of 37.81% to student character. The validity and reliability of the research instruments have been well tested. These findings, reinforced by data analysis using SPSS version 20 software, emphasise the important role of teacher exemplarity in shaping student character in this educational institution, and encourage efforts to improve teacher exemplarity as a positive step to effectively shape student character.

Abstract

Muslim minority students often face challenges in getting adequate Islamic religious education in a non-Muslim majority school environment. Sometimes, the majority does not recognise or respect the existence of minorities, which is not in line with the spirit of the nation that values diversity, especially in terms of religion and belief. This can lead to conflict. This research aims to examine how Islamic religious education is strengthened in minority areas through a qualitative approach. Data were collected through structured interviews, field observations and documentation collection. The results showed that the strengthening of Islamic religious education for Muslim minority students at SMP Negeri 1 Biru-Biru is done through religious activities such as worship practices, flash pesantren, Ramadhan Centre, and Halal Bi Halal events. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers choose these activities to strengthen brotherhood and relationships between Muslim students, so that they can support each other in goodness despite being a minority. Tolerance is one of the main pillars in creating a peaceful environment between minority and majority

Abstract

Pharmacy Vocational High School is one of the educational institutions involved in the form of health services. Interdisciplinary knowledge is not enough. Pharmacy majors also emphasize developing potential in the technology for manufacturing, storing and supplying medicines. In the daily context, it also requires interaction in a multicultural environment and adheres to Islamic values. In general, Islamic teachings with a multicultural paradigm have been manifested in Islamic religious education which is explicitly expected to be implemented by all students in their professional world. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research managed to find that; Islamic religious education with a multicultural paradigm has been successfully internalized through good interrelationships in the school environment, internalized values include tolerance (tasamuh), mutual assistance (ta'awun) and social harmony (tawazun), and moderation in religion (tawasuth). Furthermore, this study also found that the internalization of multicultural values goes through the stages of value transformation, value transactions, and trans-internalization of values that are manifested through teaching and cultivating by upholding tolerance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the purpose of Islamic education in the book Al-Uṣûl aṡ-Ṡalâṡah by Shaîkh Muhammad At-Tamîmiy. The research method uses qualitative methods that are descriptive with the type of library research. The main source of this research is a scholarly book entitled Al-Uṣûl aṡ-Ṡalâṡah wa Adillatuhâ. Based on the results of research shows that the main purpose of Islamic education formulated by Shaîkh Muhammad At-Tamîmiy in his book is inseparable from three basic things, namely that Islamic education aims to make students know Allah Almighty (ma'rifatullâh), know the Prophet (ma'rifatu nabiyyihî), and know Islam and its postulates (ma'rifatu dîn al-islâm bi al-adillah). These three goals are the foundation for all the goals of Islamic education built upon it. Through the knowledge of Allah Almighty, learners will know the consequences of the creed lâ ilâha illallâh and the purpose of its creation, as well as know Allah's rights over His servant and the servant's duty to His Rabb. Through the introduction of His Prophet, learners will know the consequences of the creed of Muhammad rasulullâh. Through the introduction of Islam and its postulates, students will know the nature of their religious teachings which are built on scientific divine values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Hinai Sub-District Junior High School program in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education, to analyze the application of Hinai Sub-District Middle School activities in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education, and to analyze the obstacles and supporters in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education in Middle Schools throughout the Sub-District. humiliate. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The sources of information for this research were Islamic and Christian religious education teachers, civics teachers, school principals, and students. Data collection techniques were collected through interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The findings in this study indicate that there are school programs that internalize the values of multicultural Islamic education, including learning process programs, extracurricular programs, school environments, and school rules and regulations. Internalization of the values of multicultural Islamic education is applied in various activities in schools such as teacher activities in teaching, habituation activities, exemplary teachers, activities to read the Koran and pray before learning, prayer, infaq, Ramadan activities, the celebration of Islamic holidays, and mutual cooperation and social service activities.
