Abstract

education in schools, including the learning process in the classroom. This has been seen in Indonesia's national education goals that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence assessment in a proportional position. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to see how far strengthening national character is applied to students, especially at Galudra Elementary School. This type of research approach uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. The value of the nation's educational character is referred to in research data., and the data source is class II MI. Thematic books that employ data collection techniques are documentation, and data analysis is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strengthening of national character in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is contained in thematic books, especially on the learning theme of PPKn MI/SD class II, semester 1 of the 2013 curriculum. That is done through 1) starting a discussion of knowledge material, 2) after discussing knowledge material, 3) on pictures/stories specifically for attitude development, and on attitude assessment. Then the national character contained in the class 2 thematic book of MIS Galudra includes the characters: Religious, respect and appreciation, discipline, independence, democracy, social care, love for the motherland, defending the country, responsibility, friendship, and tolerance.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara multikultural, yang tergambar dari semboyan negara, “bhinneka tunggal ika”. Kebhinnekaan tersebut potensial menimbulkan  konflik jika tidak disikapi dengan bijak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pancasila di Persekolahan untuk memperkokoh rasa kebangsaan anak. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dalam menganalisis masalah dan mencarikan solusinya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian literatur berupa teori-teori dan hasil penelitian mengenai permasalahan terkait. Temuan penelitian menelusuri bahwa Negara majemuk seperti indonesia (negara kebangsaan) hanya bisa bertahan kalau kemajemukan itu dihormati. Perbedaan hendaknya tidak dijadikan kelemahan dalam membangun persatuan Indonesia justru merupakan modal sosial yang menjadikan negara Indonesia bersifat khas dan unik di mata dunia jika dikelola dengan baik. Di Indonesia, kebersamaan nilai terungkap dalam pancasila sehingga pancasila sebagai dasar dan ideologi negara merupakan perekat yang menyatukan perbedaan dalam realitas sosial yang ada. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn) merupakan solusi dalam mencegah terjadinya konflik yang dilatarbelakangi oleh keberagamaan. PKn sebagai pendidikan multikultural berperan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila, yang dikenal sebagai dasar dan ideologi negara. Pancasila merupakan bagian integral dalam Pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang berfungsi membentuk warga negara yang baik, cerdas, toleran, pluralis dan humanis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kegiatan Rumah Pintar Pemilu (RPP) sebagai sumber belajar kepemiluan dan demokrasi sejak dini serta identifikasi dan kendala untuk membenahinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan penelitian melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun informan penelitian yakni komisioner KPU serta sekolah sasaran sosialiasi RPP yang terdiri dari beberapa TK dan sekolah dasar di kota pekanbaru. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan RPP sebagai sarana belajar kepemiluan, yakni (1) keterbatasan ruang; (2) minimnya sosialisasi RPP kepada prapemilih; (3) kendala waktu, sebab sekolah memiliki kalender akademik yang kadang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal sosialisasi RPP KPU; (4) ketiadaan kerjasama pengembangan RPP dengan pihak terkait seperti guru di sekolah. Adapun Upaya kedepan yang dapat dilakukan adalah permintaan fasilitasi gedung kepada pemerintah daerah mengingat umumnya gedung-gedung KPU berada pada asset pemerintah daerah, menjalin kerjasama dengan sekolah sehingga guru-guru dapat melakukan kunjungan berkala ke RPP maupun pengelola RPP yang melakukan kunjungan ke sekolah guna sosialisasi RPP.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan AMI atau Audit Mutu Internal merupakan bagian dari siklus penjaminan mutu di perguruan tinggi atau dikenal sebagai tahapan evaluasi penjaminan mutu sesuai ketetapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi atau SN Dikti yang ditetapkan pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Kemendikbud Ristek RI. Namun klien dikarenakan belum memiliki Auditor AMI maka sangat dibutuhkan pelatihan audior AMI supaya dapat menjalankan evaluasi penjaminan mutu. Adapun pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop secara luring di kota sorong papua selama 2 hari. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan merupakan para dosen maupun tenaga struktural kampus sejumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan seluruh peserta dapat menyelesaikan assessment dan mendapatkan sertifikat sebagai auditor AMI.Kata Kunci:  penjaminan mutu; AMI; SPMI; Audit Mutu Internal.Abstract:  The implementation of Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is part of the quality assurance cycle in higher education, known as the quality assurance evaluation phase, in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek RI). However, since the client does not yet have AMI Auditors, it is essential to conduct AMI auditor training to carry out quality assurance evaluations. The training was conducted in the form of an offline workshop in Sorong, Papua, for 2 days. The participants in the training included 25 lecturers and campus structural staff. The event proceeded smoothly, and all participants were able to complete the assessment and obtain certification as AMI auditors.Keywords: Quality assurance; AMI; SPMI; Internal Quality Audit

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan PKM ini penting dilakukan karena mitra membutuhkan penguatan pada sisi literasi. Saat pelaksanaan observasi ditemukan beberapa masalah seputar literasi seperti adanya peserta didik kelas tinggi yang belum lancar membaca serta minimnya kunjungan peserta didik ke perpustakaan. Mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah kepala sekolah, majelis guru, peserta didik SDN 011 Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai dan 5 orang mahasiswa kampus mengajar Angkatan 6, serta dilaksanakan dari bulan Agustus-November 2023. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim sebagai berikut: (1) private membaca bagi peserta didik kelas rendah maupun kelas tinggi yang belum lancar membaca; (2) pembuatan poster, dengan beragam tema mengunakan bahan yang didaur ulang; (3) mengaktifkan madding sekolah untuk memancing kreatifitas peserta didik; (4) rutinitas membaca buku di perpustakaan; (5) membuat pojok literasi di perpustakaan dan di setiap ruang kelas; (6) pembiasaan kata Ajaib; (7)private belajar di rumah; (8) mengadakan festival literasi di sekolah. Untuk mengukur keefektifan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan posttest dan pretest literasi pada kelas 5, Dimana hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan literasi peserta didik meningkat dari angka 69% menjadi 76%.Abstract: This PKM activity is important because partners need strengthening on the literacy side. During the observation, several problems related to literacy were found, such as the presence of high class students who were not yet fluent in reading and the lack of student visits to the library. The partners for this service are the principal, teacher council, students of SDN 011 Bukit Kapur, Dumai City and 5 students from the 6th teaching campus, and will be held from August-November 2023. The service activities carried out by the team are as follows: (1) private reading for low class and high class students who are not yet fluent in reading; (2) making posters, with various themes using recycled materials; (3) activating school madding to stimulate students' creativity; (4) routine reading books in the library; (5) create a literacy corner in the library and in every classroom; (6) Magic word familiarization; (7) private study at home; (8) holding a literacy festival at school. To measure the effectiveness of service activities, a literacy posttest and pretest were carried out in class 5, where the results showed that students' literacy knowledge increased from 69% to 76%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the activities, roles, challenges, and opportunities of Batch 3 of the campus teaching program. This research was qualitative and employed descriptive methods. The study was conducted in SDN 08 Lubuk Dalam, Siak Regency, Riau. This study's informants were field supervisors and students of the campus teaching program, as well as the principal, teachers, and a number of students of SDN 08 Lubuk Dalam. Observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation research were employed to collect data. Moreover, source triangulation was utilized for the technical testing of data validity. According to the study's result, the activities and duties of the campus teaching program included literacy, numeracy, administration, and technology adaptation. These programs all contribute to improving student literacy and numeracy, learning motivation, and implementing the school's Minimum Competency Assessment. In addition, there are also challenges and opportunities in the campus teaching program at the school, including the location of the school, which is in a remote area. Access to the school is very challenging because it has to go through the oil palm plantation road; internet access at the school location and the non-existent electricity network are challenging, so school activities rely on generators. In contrast, the opportunities analyzed include the high tolerance at SDN 08 Lubuk Dalam among the diverse ethnicities, cultures, and religions that are strong in the school environment and the high teaching and learning spirit of the students and teachers amid challenges and limitations.This research contributes as evaluation material for schools.

Abstract

This article aims to describe How the roles, challenges, and opportunities of students who participate in campus programs teaching batches 3,4 and 6. Research conducted in Riau Province on 15 participants students, 4 Supervisors Field (DPL) head schools, and several teachers' councils school the basis on which school target. Research was done on a range time February 2022 to December 2023. Research data was collected through interviews and study documentation. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data verification and reduction, and data extraction conclusion. As for the triangulation technique use a triangulation data source. Research results find that there are a number of roles students as participants in campus teaching, namely; (1) planners, students discuss with DPL and supervising teachers For designing programs and strategies that will done at school target during the period of service; (2) implementer, during less than 4 months serve, then the program is about literacy numeracy, adaptation technology, and arrangement administration carried out by participants by creating a timeline so that all programs can be implemented effectively and appropriately​ time; (3) evaluator, participant do evaluation through pre-test and post-test AKM class for see condition beginning condition literacy numeracy in schools and conditions end after given assistance through implementation of campus programs teaching. The challenges faced by students are; (1) the location of the school's distant and remote targets; and (2) the Semester Credit System conversion system which is ambiguous. The chances include (1) campus teaching is a national program so that Power the recipient is more-big; (2) giving experience and expanding connection to students outside​ life campus; (3) getting incentives and assistance.

Abstract

The article's purpose is to describe the idea of ​​actualizing Pancasila values ​​through extracurricular activities to build students' ideological intelligence in school. Data was collected through literature studies using theories relevant to the research theme. In Indonesia, shared values ​​are expressed in Pancasila, which can unite society amidst differences in culture, race, language, religion and political beliefs. Pancasila, as a state ideology, provides orientation, insight, and normative guidelines in all areas of life. Ideological intelligence is needed to appreciate, internalize and apply Pancasila values ​​in life. Ideological intelligence through education is realized in Pancasila, and citizenship education (PPKn) is realized in schools. The revitalization of PPKn as ideological education can be realized in extracurricular activities under the coordination of PPKn teachers, with the advantages of: 1) It provides an ideological learning experience that is fun and easy to digest for students. 2) I am avoiding elements of indoctrination in learning. 3) The entire school community is involved in an open place because ideological intelligence cannot be developed through rhetoric and symbols.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penanganan dokumen serta hambatan dalam proses bongkar muat barang di Kapal KM Ciremai milik PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia Cabang Sorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi langsung selama kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen seperti Cargo Manifest, Tally Sheet, Outturn Report, dan Delivery Order telah dikelola sesuai prosedur standar. Namun, beberapa kendala masih ditemukan, seperti keterlambatan input data akibat terbatasnya jumlah petugas, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap prosedur dokumentasi, serta minimnya pelatihan teknis. Selain itu, keterbatasan alat bongkar muat, pengaruh cuaca buruk, dan koordinasi antarpihak yang belum optimal turut menyebabkan keterlambatan operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun sistem dokumentasi telah berjalan dengan baik, perbaikan dalam aspek sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan koordinasi lintas instansi masih sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan menurunkan waktu tunggu kapal di pelabuhan.
