Abstract

ABSTRACT This research based on the problems faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency, including a decrease in the results of the Performance Assessment in 2019 compared to the results of the Performance Assessment in 2014. From the results of the assessment, it is believed that there are still many factors that need to be improved, including human resources that must be improved to optimize the performance. There are some employees that do not support each other between their education with the training they have attended. The employee’s distribution is not suitable to the existing crew and the crew itselves. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional quotient and employee competence to their performance with motivation as an intervening variable.The population of this study were 200 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. Instrument data collection used questionaire which is multiple linear regression analysis and uses Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with an approach based on variance or component-based structural equation modeling.This study proves that emotional quotient, competence and motivation have impacted to the employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The results of this study also prove that motivation also has an important role in increasing value or strengthening the effect of emotional quotient and competence on employee performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang di hadapi Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara diantaranya adanya penurunan hasil Audit Kinerja tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan hasil audit kinerja Tahun 2014. Dari hasil penilaian audit kinerja tersebut diyakini bahwa masih banyak faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan diantaranya tentang sumber daya manusia yang harus ditingkatkan demi kinerja yang maksimal. Masih ada pegawai dengan kompetensi yang tidak saling mendukung antara pendidikan yang dimiliki maupun pelatihan yang pernah diikuti. Distribusi pegawai belum dilakukan secara proporsional sesuai anjab dan ABK yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh emotional quetent dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara sebanyak 200 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data kuisioner. yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS merupakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan berdasarkan variance atau component- based structural equation modeling.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa emotional quotient, kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi juga memiliki peran yang penting memberikan nilai tambah atau memperkuat pengaruh emotional quotient dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets,  current ratio on stock retur. The objects chosen in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample selection using purposive sampling which yielded 58 samples. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) price earning ratio does not affect the stock return, (2) debt-to-equity ratio ratio does not affect the stock return, (3) return on assets does positive and significant influence the stock return, (4) current ratio does negative and significant influence the stock return, (5) price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio simultaneously positive and significant affect the Stock Return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, positive emotion, promosi dan diskon terhadap impulse buying. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan membagikan kuesioner 120 responden pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2019. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling dengan jenis Sampling Purposive. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial shopping lifestyle, positive emotion, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, tetapi fashion involvement dan diskon berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Sedangkan secara simultan shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement,positive emotion,promosi dan diskon berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of financial compensation and workload on turnover intention, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The variables examined include financial compensation, workload, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed to empirically test the relationships and causal effects among these variables. The population consisted of all employees of PT Samwon Busana Indonesia Jepara. A total of 210 respondents were selected as the research sample using the Isaac and Michael formula at a 5% margin of error and were chosen through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0. The findings indicate that financial compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, whereas workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, financial compensation positively and significantly influences job satisfaction, while workload negatively and significantly affects job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also demonstrates a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, confirming its role in reducing employees’ intention to leave the organization.

Abstract

Purpose: In the era of increasingly competitive globalization, entrepreneurship is not only an alternative career option but also a strategic solution in reducing unemployment among graduates. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students' sharia entrepreneurial intentions in the Kudus and Jepara Regencies. Methodology: This study used Path analysis and was conducted with PLS. The sample of this study was 200 students in Kudus and Jepara. Result: Analysis at Kudus shows that only supportive environmental variables significantly affect students' entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, in Jepara, cultural values, a supportive environment, and belief in Islamic values significantly affect business potential. Education, beliefs, and business awareness also positively affect students' Islamic entrepreneurial intentions and development. Overall, the variables in the Kudus model explain 51.8% of the variation in Islamic entrepreneurial intentions, whereas the Jepara model explains 61.1%. Conclusion: Results of this study contribute to the development of an Islamic value-based entrepreneurial intention model through awareness of Islamic business potential as a mediating variable. The factors that form awareness of the potential of Islamic entrepreneurship are more dominant in Jepara. Implications: The research can inform educational institutions and governments in developing programs and policies. However, this study has limitations in describing the change in Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. Follow-up research is recommended using a longitudinal design and expanding area coverage. Originality:This study integrates the variable of Islamic business potential awareness as a mediator between factors that affect Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. Enriching the application of planned behavior theory to Islamic entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This community service aims to support creative economy programs and open employment opportunities through food products in UMKM /MSME. This PKM collaborates with the Rahayu Mandiri Tempe Chips Business Partner Group as partner 1 and Winong Pati Tempe Craftsmen as partner 2. Management and sustainability issues are still not optimal so they require TQM (total quality management) and Applied Technology (teknologi terapan). This service method involves interviewing and providing the necessary training so that PKM products increase their long-term profits and are able to compete with national souvenir food products. Output Results: meet Production Standards for MSME level that have been registered in Pati Regency; Meet the Wage Standards for employees according to the UMR of Pati Regency. Meet licensing standards related to PIRT (pangan industri rumah tangga), or home industrial food, where products are tested in the laboratory for nutritional content. Meet business environmental standards with minimal waste.

Abstract

This article aims to provide practical education on basic cost accounting and financial management for tempeh home industries in Winong and Langse Villages, Pati Regency. The methodology includes SWOT surveys, production cost recording exercises, and basic financial management training using simple report simulations to establish organized accounting habits. Results indicate an improvement in participants' ability to calculate production costs accurately to determine a reasonable Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Furthermore, participants have begun separating business and household finances while maintaining simple records of cash flow, assets, liabilities, and profit. Conclusions, limitations, and suggestions are also discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation and work stress on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The data of this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 149 respondents. The data analysis used in this study was the structural equation model. The results of this study stated that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress had a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, financial compensation did not affect turnover intention, work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job rotation and employee training on the performance of field agricultural extension workers with the competence of field agricultural extension workers as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 105 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on the competence of agricultural extension workers, employee training has a positive and significant effect on the competence of agricultural extension workers, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension workers, employee training has no significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension workers, and agricultural extension competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension workers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of destination image and tourist attractions on revisit intention with visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is a structural equation model used software AMOS. The results of this study state that destination image and tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, destination image does not affect revisit intention, tourist attractions do not affect revisit intention, visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The results of the mediation analysis state that visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of destination image on revisit intention and visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of tourist attractions on revisit intention
