Abstract

Praktek Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Yufie merupakan salah satu tempat pelayanan di bidang kebidanan yang mengalami persaingan yang ketat. PMB Yufie menjalankan praktiknya memberikan jasa pelayanan kesehatan ibu, jasa pelayanan kesehatan anak serta jasa pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi dan sangat banyak pasiennya. Namun, banyaknya kunjungan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan di PMB Yufie tidak diikuti oleh ramainya jumlah pengunjung untuk pelayanan reproduksi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap keputusan pemilihan PMB. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini pengunjung atau pasien yang datang menjalani pemeriksaan terkait pelayanan reproduksi di PMB Yufie pada Bulan Oktober 2024 sebanyak 280. Teknik atau proses pengambilan sampel di penelitian ini menerapkan purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dari populasi dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu pada pelayanan reproduksi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yakni akseptor KB Suntik satu bulan di PMB Yufie yakni sebesar 93 orang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih PMB Yufie dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5,35 dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih PMB Yufie dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,50 sedangkan budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih PMB Yufie dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,13.

Abstract

Coloring activities in early childhood as a basic foundation for improving fine motor skills. The purpose and objective of this coloring service is to stimulate the creativity of early childhood which has a positive effect as a vehicle for children's expression, color recognition, use of fingers, wrist skills and coordination between eyes and hands. The method approach used is through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage of the activity. This service is located at the early childhood school RA AL HIKMAH Doroampel, Sumber Gempol, Tulungagung. The results of coloring activities in early childhood are obtained that students are able to express their art creations with various color combinations used, activities take place enthusiastically and conducively and improve fine motor skills of early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the historical side of the Modjopanggoong Sugar Factory, the development of productivity as indicated by the yield produced and the contribution of economic activity. The Modjopanggoong Sugar Factory located in the village of Kauman Tulungagung was established since the Dutch East Indies Government has experienced the dynamics of historical ups and downs. The research methods used by literature study are collected through documents, books, magazines and historical stories. The existence of this sugar factory has remained strong until now and operates a steady milling with an installed capacity of 2800 tons of sugar cane per day. Throughout the long history of revitalization activities in order to get the effectiveness and efficient operations. Of course, full support from sugar cane farmers as partners is an important asset that is continuously intertwined in the long run. The presence of a sugar factory also contributes to employment which is not only economic but also a sugar product as a renewable energy source.Keywords: Sugar Plant History, Cane Farmer, Rendemen.

Abstract

Business competitiveness today is influenced by factors both internally and externally. For this reason, an effective and efficient operation and production strategy is required. These activities require demand estimation to be one of the keys in production planning and control. This means that forecasting will drive business decisions on the importance of quickly and accurately capturing information about demand. The output of the forecasting value can be the basis of production, capacity, and scheduling systems, financial planning, marketing and labor. Thus, the implementation of a forecasting method that is suitable for the data pattern and the level of accuracy or accuracy becomes an important instrument.

Abstract

Teknik penilian kinerja yang dilaksanakan oleh CV. MJ menggunakan absensi dan subjektifitas pimpinan terhadap attitude dari karyawan. Teknik penilaian kinerja tersebut menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan ketidakharmonisan antar karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan prestasi tidak menjadi tolak ukur dari penilaian kinerja karyawan. Padahal penilian kinerja selama ini mempunyai implikasi pada pemberian reward karyawan. Penilain kinerja berbasis KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dan kompetensi (perilaku) dirancang untuk membuat dan meningkatkan objektifitas penilaian kinerja serta dirancang untuk program pengembangan dari kompetensi karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dan menggunakan survey serta FGD (Focus Group Discuss) dengan melakukan simulasi di departemen produksi. Berdasarkan hasil survey terhadap karyawan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada penelitian ini di dapatkan 95% karyawan lebih memilih dengan sistem penilaian yang berbasis KPI yang dibuat oleh peneliti dengan beragam alasan yakni lebih obyektif untuk mendapatkan reward dari perusahaan.

Abstract

The peer teaching method is a strategic learning tool for creating a conducive learning environment, allowing students to play an active role and fostering connectivity between students. This method can be used as an alternative in classroom learning activities where students with the ability can act as tutors. This activity was carried out at AL Munawar Kindergarten in Tulungagung, with stages ranging from planning, training implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the community service activities were an increase in student abilities, learning outcomes, active and critical thinking skills, and communication skills. To achieve these results, strategic efforts are needed, starting from curriculum development, improving teacher competence, and providing learning facilities. Although it still has a number of weaknesses, including the difficulty of finding the right tutor who is confident and capable of mastering the material, the peer teaching method can be used as a reference for effective learning media in nurturing and developing students.
