Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing strategies on consumer decisions in purchasing octopus cracker products produced by Kuritos Home Business in Linau Village, Kaur Regency. Methodology: The method used is a quantitative approach with a nonprobability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: The results show that the variables price (t = 7.106), place (2.455), promotion (3.918), process (4.386), and physical evidence (2.492) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the product (-0.269) and people/employees (-0.189) variables do not show a significant effect. The calculated F value of 59.906 and R² of 0.806 indicate a high predictive power of the model. Findings: The main findings indicate that of the seven marketing mix elements, five have a significant effect, with price as the most dominant factor. This study presents novelty by highlighting local products based on marine products in the context of marketing in household businesses in coastal areas. Originality: The uniqueness of this study lies in its focus on micro-businesses based on regional specialties that are still rarely studied and a comprehensive approach in examining marketing elements towards consumer decisions. Conclusion: Marketing strategy is very important in influencing purchasing decisions. Kuritos is advised to focus on elements that have been proven to have an effect on increasing sales. Abstract

The development of various industries, especially small and medium enterprises, provide business opportunities for the community. However, the emergence of many new businesses has made competition fiercer. Therefore, a good strategy is needed to compete in the market. This research aims to 1) determine the level of consumer satisfaction towards typical souvenirs of Bengkulu, 2) identify the attributes that consumers consider when buying typical souvenirs at the Anggut Atas souvenir center in Bengkulu city. The method used in this research is a survey method involving 100 respondents who purchased souvenirs at the Anggut Atas souvenir  center in Bengkulu city by using accidental sampling. The analysis used a combination of Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) And Importance Performance Analisis (IPA). The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with souvenir products was 77.87, which falls into the category of consumers feeling satisfied whit the service provided. The IPA testing results identified attributes falling into Quadrant I (Priority) for development, including affordability, discounts, security, visitor parking, employee tidiness, store decoration, payment process, and adequate transportation.

Abstract

The development of the fashion world makes women who wear hijabs can appear fashionable and trendy. It is not surprising that hijab entrepreneurs compete to make hijabs with product designs and product quality that are in accordance with fashion trends and competitive prices. Currently, there are many entrepreneurs who sell hijab products with various brands, one of which is Rabbani. Rabbani is one of the first instant headscarf companies in Indonesia to release flagship products in the form of instant headscarves and various other Muslim products. This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, product quality, and product innovation on repurchase intention in women who use Rabbani hijab products. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The primary data collection technique by distributing questionnaires developed based on research variable indicators to a sample of 385 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive and verification methods. The results of the study above indicate that respondents' assessments of customer experience, product quality, product innovation, and repurchase intention are in the high category, meaning that respondents agree with the positive statements on each indicator in each variable. The results of the verification analysis indicate that the variables of customer experience, product quality, and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in women who use Rabbani hijab products, both partially and simultaneously. The magnitude of the influence of the variables of customer experience, product quality, and product innovation on repurchase intention is 61% and the remaining 39% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Sabut kelapa sudah lama dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk kerajinan tangan seperti keset, tali, sikat, sapu dan alat rumah tangga lainnya.  Akan tetapi produk dari sabut tersebut sudah kurang diminati mayarakat karena ada produk sejenis yang terbuat dari plastik yang lebih tahan dan ekonomis.  Oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan peningkatan nilai tambah sabut menjadi produk yang lebih menguntungkan Salah satu produk sabut kelapa yang sekarang ini prospektif dan menguntungkan untuk diusahakan adalah cocopeat. Cocopeat sering pula disebut coco fiber (serat sabut) atau coco coir (serbuk sabut).  Cocopeat dapat dimanfaatkan di sektor pertanian sebagai kompos atau media tanam untuk tanaman hortikultura seperti sayur, bunga atau buah-buahan dalam pot atau sebagai media tanam hidroponik sebagai pengganti media tanah.  Di bidang industri, cocopeat dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai absorben (Wiryanta, 2007., Dianawati, 2014. dan Pratiwi dkk., 2017).  Harga cocopeat berkisar Rp. 2.000 sampai dengan 4.000/kg tergantung kualitasnya. Untuk membuat cocopeat adalah dengan mendekortasikan atau memisahkan sabut menjadi serat dan cocopeat.  Untuk itu diperlukan mesin decorticating, akan tetapi harga mesin tersebut cukup mahal.  Untuk itu diperlukan metode dekortasi yang lebih murah, ekonomis, praktis dan menguntungkan.Dengan melihat sumber bahan baku yang melimpah dan belum termanfaatkan secara optimal tersebut, hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi diadakannya pelatihan dan sosialisasi pada Kelompok Wanita Tani “Rafflesia” di Desa Kungkai Baru Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma. Pelatihan dan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung, sehingga peserta dapat menerima dan memahami tentang materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyrakat.

Abstract

Metode pemupukan kelapa sawit salah satunya adalah menggunakan media lewat batang.kelapa sawit. Metode pupuk injeksi ini dirancang lewat batang khusus tanaman kelapa sawit, cara ini digunakan untuk penghematan biaya, yaitu biaya pemupukan dan biaya perawatan tanaman, serta dimaksudkan peningkatan hasil panen agar optimal. Sasaran dan tempat sosialiasi ini pada Kelompok Wanita Tani “Segara Tani” di Desa Kungkai.Baru Kecamatan,Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara atau metode ceramah dan praktek langsung, dengan harapan peserta dapat dengan mudah menerima materi dan memahaminya temtang apa yang disampaikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Semua kegiatan, yang telah dilaksanakan mempunyai  manfaat yang diperoleh, para peserta yaitu, peserta dalam hal ini kelompok wanita tani memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemupukan batang dan menggantikan metode manual dengan metode injeksi yang efektif dan efisien. Abstract

Usaha penggilingan padi membutuhkan biaya produksi yang tinggi untuk bisa beroperasi. Biaya produksi yang tinggi inilah menyebabkan usaha penggilingan padi perlu untuk dianalisis kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Pino Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Penelitian mengunakan metode survei dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposive. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah administrasi Kecamatan Pino Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Data diperoleh dari mewawancarai 5 orang responden. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis keuntungan, efisiensi, dan kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keuntungan usaha penggilingan padi sebesar Rp3.790.858/Bulan, rasio R/C 2,05, dan rasio B/C 1,05. Usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Pino Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan perlu melakukan efisiensi biaya produksi, diversifikasi layanan, pembelian gabah, dan pemanfaatan limbah sekam untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the interaction and effect of various kinds of manure with stale rice bioactivator and red onion extract. This study was conducted in Tanjung Perdana Village, Pondok Kubang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The design used was Completely Randomized Design (RAK) treatment 1, which was manure with stale rice bioactivator A0 (Control), A1 (Chicken Manure), A2 (Goat Manure), A3 (Cow Manure). The second treatment was red onion extract B0 (Control), B1 (0.75 ml/l), B2 (1.5 ml/l), B3 (2.25 ml/l). Each treatment was repeated 3 times in order to obtain 48 experimental units with 3 plants in each experimental unit so that 144 plants were obtained. The result indicated that various types of manure treatment with stale rice bioactivator had no significant effect of all abserved parameters. The treatment red onion extract had a very significant effect on cob length and significantly effected stem diameter 56 DAP, plant wet weight, and plant dry weight. Meanwhile, in this study, there was no interaction between various types of manure treatment with stale rice bioactivator and red onion extract on all observed parameters.

Abstract

Burung Murai Batu (Copsychus malabaricus) banyak dipelihara orang, memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi, usaha penangkarannya menguntungkan, dan modalnya cepat kembali. Penurunan harga anakan hasil tangkaran menyebabkan usaha penangkarannya perlu dianalisis kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan, pendapatan keluarga, efisiensi dan kelayakan usaha penangkaran burung Murai Batu di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan dengan teknik sampling snowball. Data diperoleh dari mewawancarai 15 orang responden. Pendapatan usaha penangkaran burung Murai Batu adalah sebesar Rp1.141.977,57/indukan betina/tahun, dan pendapatan keluarga Rp3,883,992.75/indukan betina/tahun. Usaha tersebut telah efisien dengan rasio R/C 1,17 tetapi dalam jangka panjang tidak layak diusahakan dengan rasio R/C 0,17, sehingga usaha penangkaran burung Murai Batu di Kota Bengkulu perlu ditinjau ulang. Kata Kunci: Keuntungan, family income, efisiensi, kelayakan, penangkaran burung Murai Batu.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide counseling and training for housewives and home-based business actors in Bukit Peninjauan I Village, Seluma District, on the utilization of digital marketing for home-based enterprises. The main issue faced by the partners is the limited knowledge and skills in applying digital marketing technologies, particularly social media, to promote their products. The program was implemented through counseling sessions on the benefits of digital marketing and hands-on training on creating digital marketing content for product promotion. The participants consisted of housewives and owners of home-based businesses. The results indicate a high level of partner satisfaction, ranging from 90% to 100%. Specifically, 90% of participants stated that the program met their needs and enhanced their knowledge, 95% expressed satisfaction with the responsiveness of the presenters and the supporting facilities, and 100% showed interest in marketing their products through social media.
