Abstract

This is study to determine the finansial feasibility and sensitivity value of the oil palm nursery business at CV. Rembaka Agri, Bukit Makmur Village, Pinang Raya District, Bengkulu Utara Regency. The method used in this research is the csa study method. A case study is a detailed examination of one setting, one object, one document repository, or one particular event. The respondent in this research is one respondent. This research was carriet out from November to desember 2022 at CV. Rembaka Agri in Bukit Makmur Village, Piang Raya District, Bengkulu Utara Regency is profitable. Under circumstances positive NPV of Rp 150.189.792. Net B/C = 1,12 and Internal rate of return = 22,60%. In the analysis of the sensitivity of cost solar up 5% positif NPV of Rp 151.701.207, Net B/C = 1,12 it means >1 and Internal rate of return = 22,68% then the business is worth pursuing. If in a state of rising seed prices 5% NPV positif Rp 345.562.679, Net B/C = 1,31 and Internal rate of return = 34,46%. Keywords : Financial feacibility of Oil Palm Nurser

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan teluk sepang kota Bengkulu pada usaha peternakan mandiri yang bergerak dalam dalam usaha ayam petelur pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April tahun 2022. Data primer diperoleh dari peternakan dan petugas lapangan, sedangkan data skunder didapatkan dari Dinas Peternakan dan instansi lainnya yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan yang dikenal dengan perbandingan antara penerimaan dan biaya. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah diperoleh besarnya Pendapatan rata – rata usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur untuk satu periode adalah Rp. 1.194.245,- sedangkan total penerimaan yang diterima sebesar Rp 3.129.960.000,- dan biaya rata rata yang digunakan usaha peternakan ayam ras adalah sebasar Rp 1.935.540.755,-. Abstract

Fly ash and bottom ash are the remains of coal combustion whose production is abundant, but its processing is not maximum. Therefore, FABA should be optimally utilized as a mixture of vegetable growing media. The study aims to test the use of FABA as a mixture of plant media against vegetable growth, yield, and nitrate content. The research was conducted at …. The research were arrennged in RCBD with two factors, the first factor is the composition of the planting media consisting of 4 levels, i.e. (K0) = 0 kg FABA + land 16,0 kg, (K1) = Fly ash 0,4 kg + bottom ash 0,1 kg + land 15,50 kg; (K2) = Fly Ash 0,8 kg + lower ash 0,2 kg + ground 15,0 kg (K3) = Fly ash 1,2 kg + bottom ash 0,3 kg + tanah 14,50 kg. The results showed The composition of the planting medium 0.8 kg FA + 0.2 kg BA + 16 kg soil gave the best response to the variable number of fruit, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter and fruit hardness. The highest nitrate content was obtained from the composition of the planting medium 0 kg FABA + 16 kg soil, while the lowest nitrate content was 1.2 kg FA + 0.3 BA + 14.5 kg soil. Abstract

Marketing of palm oil in the form of FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) to palm oil companies (PKS) is carried out by independent oil palm smallholders through existing marketing institutions, both collecting businesses, which will affect the income that farmers will receive. Weighing Business is a FFB marketing agency in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency which already has a permit to sell farmer's FFB to companies and has fruit transportation facilities and has means of transportation in the form of trucks and pick-up cars. The purpose of this study was to examine the prospects for the leading sector of the palm oil weighing (RAM) business in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research location was carried out in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively, with the consideration that the research location was a center for palm oil production with a lot of digital scales or RAM with a capacity of ± 30 tons and already had an operating permit. The results showed that the average income from the palm oil Ram business in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency was Rp. 26,188,188.89 with an average production cost of Rp. 21,832,892.59 so that they earned an income of Rp. 4,361,218.52, in one month.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine marketing channels and analyze farmer's share of natural rubber in Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The research location was chosen deliberately in Talang Empat District to obtain a representative picture of rubber marketing practices in the area. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula for farmers and the snowball sampling method for trader collectors. The research results show that there are three main marketing channels for smallholder natural rubber in Talang Empat District: The first channel consists of Farmers - Village Collecting Traders - District Collecting Traders - Wholesalers - Factories. The second channel consists of Farmers – Village Collectors – Wholesalers – Factories and the third channel consists of Farmers – District Collectors – Wholesalers – Factories. The marketing pattern of community rubber in Talang Empat District, if seen from the operational approach including margin, farmer's share and profit and cost ratio, means that the second channel is relatively more efficient compared to other channels. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu kelompok tani di Desa Tanjung Agung Kabupaten Seluma Propinsi Bengkulu tentang budidaya tanaman sayuran secara vertikultur dengan memanfaatkan botol bekas sebagai wadah media tanam. Berlatar belakang dari kurang minatnya masyarakat desa terhadap pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan rumahnya untuk ditanamai tanaman baik bunga maupun sayuran. Dengan sistem penanaman sayuran secara vertikultur selain dapat memperindah pekarangan rumah juga dapat dgunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumsi sayuran sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa penyuluhan tentang budidaya tanaman sayuran secara vertikultur di pekarangan rumah serta mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan wadah media tanam dari botol bekas kepada ibu-ibu kelompok tani mitra pengabdian. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang budidaya tanaman sayuran secara vertikal dan pengetahuan tentang manfaat botol bekas yang tadinya dianggap sampah dapat dimanfaatkan kembali sebagai wadah media tanam.

Abstract

Saving is one of the way to take control of financial, fulfill daily needs, train to live frugally, train to live independently and smartly control financial from early age and hopefully will be carried away until adult. This service aims to expand the knowledge on the importance of saving and to teach how to make piggy bank to save money. Target for this service are the kids from LKSA ‘Aisyiyah Kasih Ibu. LKSA is a children social welfare program from ‘Asyiyah Kasih Ibu orphanage in Bengkulu city. This service method include 1). Socialization about the function and method of saving and how to make piggy bank from used materials 2). A demonstration on how to make a piggy bank from used card box and bottle. The result of this service shows enthusiasm of participants. This service is also expand the knowledge and skill of the participants. This activity not only gives motivation, but also a new skill to apply saving habit in daily life.

Abstract

Website sangat dibutuhkan baik untuk promosi, berkomunikasi maupun sebagai sumber  informasi karena terhubung dengan internet dan dapat dengan mudah diakses orang banyak . Tujuan dari pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah agar peserta dapat membuat website tanpa harus  mempelajari pemprograman yang sulit. Sasaran dari pengabdian yaitu anak-anak SMA dan Pengurus di LKSA  ‘Aisyiyah Kasih Ibu. LKSA  ‘Aisyiyah Kasih Ibu Bengkulu yang berada di Kelurahan Kampung Bali menyadari pentingnya penggunaan website, namun terhambat karena minimnya pengetahuan di bidang IT. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang  meliputi persiapan  materi pelatihan, tahapan pengenalan aplikasi canva, tahapan  praktek  langsung pembuatan website dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui google form untuk mengetahui hasil dari pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwasannya peserta sudah mampu menggunakan aplikasi canva secara umum dan mampu membuat website. Selain itu peserta mendapat kemampuan baru dan dapat mengembangkan diri salah satunya dapat membuat website portofolio.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the amount of revenue and income of mungkus fish finders in Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency. Method: The research method used in this research is the census method and questionnaires as data collection tools. The respondents in this study were 33 people looking for mungkus fish. Result: The results of the research show that the income of mungkus fish finders in Padang Guci Hulu District is IDR 530,652 per month, with an average income reaching IDR 869,394 per month and an average total cost of IDR 338,742 per month. With an average income of IDR 869,394 per month and an average total cost of IDR 338,742 per month, the income of mungkus fish finders is profitable, This research shows that the subject has not been widely researched and is cost efficient. Findings: This study also highlights a subject that is still under-researched as well as cost-efficient. Novelty: This research provides new insights into the natural resource potential associated with mungkus fish. Originality: This study offers an analysis of the revenue and income of mungkus fish seekers in Kaur Regency. Conclusion: The income earned by mungkus fish seekers is not only profitable, but also serves as an additional source of income to meet family needs. Type of paper : Empirical Research Article

Abstract

In the context of agro-sociology, butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea) is studied as one of the plants with high economic, health, and environmental value. Flower can be used as a raw material of herbal medicines that can improve human health, primarily in terms of immunity. The processing of secondary metabolites can help increase the added value of the pond farm itself. Some of the secondary metabolite compounds in strawberries that potentially boost the immune system among others are flavonoids, alkaloids and polyphenols. Flavonoid compounds including anthocyanins can help protect body cells from free radical damage and increase the production of white blood cells. Gulf flowers also contain alkaloids such as clitorine and cyanidine that have antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, thus helping inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses that cause infections and diseases. Gulf flowers also contain polyphenols such as caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid that have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. With the potential of this secondary metabolite, the sustainable farming of strawflower continues to float in Indonesia, along with the awareness of a healthy lifestyle and back to nature of society.
