Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat memiliki tujuan dalam memberikan pembekalan-pembakalan wawasan dan sosial budaya masyarakat dalam upaya menghadapi perkembangan teknologi melalui penggunaan website yang semakin dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat luas dalam memperoleh berbagai jenis informasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari pengelola objek wisata, tokoh masyarakat serta aparat desa. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan tata kelola manejemen objek wisata berbasis smart tourism. Rancangan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian ialah dapat tercapainya pemahaman pengelola wisata dalam mengembangkan potensi objek wisata, membangun jejaring dengan mitra, mengelola keterampilan pembuatan konten digital dan website berbasis open access. Tujuan yang dicapai melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup terhadap bertambahnya kecepatan proses peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan laju pertumbuhan pembangunan. Hasil kegiatan ini ialah para peserta dapat memahami pengelolaan objek wisata dalam memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap lingkungan sosial dan industri sektor wisata.

Abstract

Communication is an activity that cannot be separated from human life. Based on its form, there is interpersonal communication, small group communication, public communication, organizational communication and mass communication. Based on the context, there are several types of communication, such as business communication, health communication, intercultural communication, family communication and also political communication. Basically communication is a relationship between humans in order to achieve mutual understanding (mutual understanding). To explain about ganjar pranowo's political communication through Instagram social media, the author uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With this method the researcher tries to describe, analyze, and build meaning about political communication in the current era. Ganjar Pranowo is a political figure who is very active on social media and often uses social media to communicate with his people. Ganjar Pranowo is well-known on social media for his accomplishments in advancing Central Java, and he also enjoys being involved in society both virtually and in person. The image of a politician must be effective and channeled to be effective. Social media is a popular media used and followed by many people. This has the potential to change public opinion in a number of ways. Ganjar Pranowo is a political figure who is very active on social media and often uses social media to communicate with his people.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low participation of new voters in the Village Head Election in Bentarsari, Salem District, Brebes Regency. Although new voters have the potential to have a significant impact on the local democratic process, in reality they are often not actively involved. This can be caused by various factors, including a lack of understanding of the election process, dissatisfaction with candidates, and minimal socialization carried out by related parties. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which aims to dig up in-depth information about the participation of new voters. Through interviews and focus group discussions, this study seeks to understand the perspectives and experiences of new voters in the context of the village head election. The main focus of the study is to identify the factors that influence their participation, as well as how efforts can be made to increase their involvement in the election process. The results of this study are expected to provide a clearer picture of the challenges faced by new voters and possible solutions. By understanding the reasons behind the low participation, stakeholders, including village governments and community organizations, can design more effective strategies to increase awareness and involvement of new voters. Overall, this study is expected to contribute to the literature on political participation, especially among first-time voters, as well as provide practical recommendations to increase participation in future village head elections. Thus, this study is not only relevant for academics, but also for practitioners involved in the election process and community development

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Desa Tanjungsari, Kecamatan Sadananya, Kabupaten Ciamis, yang memiliki potensi wisata alam seperti Curug Panganten. Meskipun memiliki kekayaan alam yang menjanjikan, desa ini menghadapi tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola wisata, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam promosi dan manajemen objek wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali secara mendalam strategi pengembangan pariwisata yang efektif dengan fokus pada penerapan konsep smart tourism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dan pelatihan tata kelola dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan objek wisata, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Dukungan infrastruktur digital, pelatihan SDM, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat lokal menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan ekosistem pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Dengan strategi yang holistik dan integratif, Desa Tanjungsari berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan pariwisata desa yang sukses di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterbukaan panitia seleksi dalam proses seleksi perangkat Desa Bojongkapol Tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Bojonggambir, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak sepuluh orang. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan proses pengumpulan data. Selanjutnya, data diperiksa dengan menggunakan teknik interaktif seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan memeriksa ketidakkonsistenan dalam data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi untuk memperkuat validitas hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini sedikit anggota masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pemilihan pejabat desa, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa masih ada kurangnya transparansi dalam proses ini. Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana informasi resmi yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah desa, sehingga menyulitkan panitia dalam menyampaikan informasi seleksi kepada masyarakat secara efektif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan sarana komunikasi dan transparansi dalam pelaksanaan seleksi perangkat desa guna meningkatkan partisipasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki peran, tantangan, dan strategi Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Golkar dalam pengkaderisasian anggota di Kabupaten Ciamis. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif . Selanjutnya, data diperiksa dengan menggunakan teknik interaktif seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Proses ini termasuk dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan lima informan penting, termasuk Ketua DPD dan pengurus terkait. Berlangsung dari Januari hingga Juli 2025 di Kantor Sekretariat DPD Partai Golkar Kabupaten Ciamis, Dengan memeriksa ketidakkonsistenan dalam data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi untuk memperkuat validitas hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan masalah seperti kurangnya komitmen jangka panjang, pemahaman ideologi yang buruk, dan partisipasi kader muda yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari peran strategis DPD dalam pembentukan kader berkualitas, menemukan tantangan, dan mengevaluasi metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan partai di tingkat daerah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari peran strategis DPD dalam pembentukan kader berkualitas, menemukan tantangan, dan mengevaluasi metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan partai di tingkat daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPD sangat penting dalam tahapan kaderisasi terstruktur dari kader pratama hingga menggala, tetapi terhambat oleh pragmatisme, kesetiaan semu, dan kurangnya dedikasi. Meskipun belum dilaksanakan secara merata, metode seperti pendampingan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan koalisi politik telah digunakan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kader dan relevansi partai di masa depan, pengembangan kaderisasi yang sistematis, berbasis nilai, dan inklusif sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several factors that cause voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City. The purpose of this study is to determine voter behavior in the Regional Head Election in Banjar City. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. There are 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: voter behavior in Banjar City is still dominated by the tendency of traditional voters and skeptical voters. This is evidenced by the problem of many voters who determine their choices based on following suit if most of their environment chooses a candidate pair, in addition, voters in determining their political choices are based on information obtained from their parents or from their environment, there are voters who are reluctant and lazy to pay attention to political contestation. There are obstacles to voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City, including unequal access to information so that people only get political information from unverified social media. In addition, the practice of money politics is still a reality that is difficult to avoid, where direct assistance or certain promises are the main considerations in choosing candidate pairs as well as past experiences. To overcome various obstacles, a number of efforts have been made, including the Banjar City General Election Commission (KPU) implementing a voter education program through direct outreach to the community, especially in villages and densely populated areas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of synergy between the village government and the community in supporting local potential-based development. Kampung Nusantara, as one of the innovative programs in Cintakarya Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency, requires solid cooperation between both parties for effective and sustainable village development. However, in its implementation, collaboration between the village government and the community still faces various challenges that hinder the optimization of Kampung Nusantara development. The problem raised in this research is the suboptimal collaboration between the village government and the community in Kampung Nusantara development. This study aims to explore and analyze the factors that influence this collaboration, as well as to provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of this collaboration. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of related documents. The findings of this study reveal that collaboration between the village government and the community in Cintakarya Village is still not running systematically and structured. Obstacles faced include a lack of coordination between the government and the community, the absence of regulations that clearly regulate the roles of each party, and limited human resource capacity in implementing the program. Nevertheless, there have been positive efforts, including the establishment of joint communication forums, capacity-building training, and support from external programs implemented by supporting institutions. This study recommends increasing the intensity of communication between village governments and communities, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each party, and strengthening village institutions to achieve more effective collaboration. Furthermore, improving human resource capacity and establishing clear regulations are crucial to supporting the sustainability of the Kampung Nusantara program in the future.

Abstract

This study focuses on the importance of synergy between village government and communities in supporting local potential-based development. However, in practice, collaboration between the two parties has not been optimal. The main problem identified in this study is the lack of coordination between the village government and the community. This is due to the absence of regulations that clearly define the roles of each party and the limited capacity of existing human resources. As a result, the existing collaboration has not been systematic and has not fully supported the achievement of Kampung Nusantara's development goals. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study approach in Cintakarya Village. The findings of this study indicate that despite several obstacles, there are still positive efforts to improve collaboration between the village government and the community. Some of these efforts include the establishment of a joint communication forum, capacity building training, and program support from external partner institutions that play a role in supporting village development. This study recommends several steps to improve this collaboration, including increasing communication between the village government and the community, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each party, and strengthening village institutions. This is expected to foster more effective collaboration, which in turn will support the achievement of sustainable development goals in Kampung Nusantara, Cintakarya Village. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening human resource capacity at both the village government and community levels.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal role of the Village Government in preserving culture in Bagolo Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The data sources of this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data of this research is the result of interviews with 7 informants. The secondary data of this research are important documents relevant to the research. The data collection techniques of this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis of this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Bagolo Village Government in preserving culture has not been optimal, as seen from five dimensions. 1). In the stabilizer dimension, cultural preservation planning is not optimal and there is minimal community involvement in the planning process. 2). In the innovator dimension, there is low technology-based innovation and limited resources to develop creative preservation methods. 3). In the modernizer dimension, there is a lack of use of modern technology for cultural promotion and documentation in order to attract the interest of the younger generation. 4). In the pioneer dimension, there is a lack of consistent community mobilization programs and arts groups to preserve culture. 5). In the implementation dimension, there are budget limitations, facilities and infrastructure, and lack of access to capital for artists. The results of this study indicate that efforts to preserve culture in Bagolo Village require strengthening collaboration between the village government and the community, optimizing the use of technology, adequate funding support, and planned and sustainable preservation strategies so that local culture remains sustainable amidst the flow of modernization.
