Abstract

Para pekerja perempuan memutuskan untuk menjadi penjahit karena keinginannya untuk membantu keadaan ekonomi keluarga karena pendapatan suami yang rendah dan banyaknya kebutuhan primer yang harus diprioritaskan. Mereka menyumbang sebagai bukti kepedulian keluarga untuk membantu dan memberikan manfaat pikiran, tenaga, dan materil untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan alasan perempuan di Desa Kaliprau Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang untuk bekerja sebagai penjahit dan bagaimana peran penjahit dipengaruhi oleh ekonomi Islam dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan sepuluh informan. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan keuangan memengaruhi pekerjaan penjahit wanita. Analisis ekonomi syariah tentang peran pekerja perempuan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga tingkat dharuriyyah menunjukkan lima indikator kesejahteraan ekonomi syariah yaitu hafidz ad-din (menjaga agama), hafidz an-nafs (melindungi jiwa), hafidz al-aql (melindungi akal), hafidz an-nasl (melindungi keturunan), dan hafidz al-mal (menjaga harta).

Abstract

The digital transformation offers significant opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand market reach through e-commerce, enabling broader consumer access and enhancing competitiveness. The success of e-commerce implementation in SMEs is often influenced by the uniqueness of products that can attract consumer interest. Messi Shop, an online store based in Pekalongan, utilizes e-commerce to market local specialty products such as daster dresses, chino shorts, chino pants, and children's clothing. This study aims to identify Messi Shop's use of Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms to enhance product marketing through a qualitative case study approach, employing observation and interview techniques.The findings indicate that Messi Shop leverages engaging visual content, innovative promotional strategies, and active customer interaction to increase product visibility on e-commerce platforms. However, several challenges are encountered, including intense competition, consumer behavior dynamics, and the need for continuous technological adaptation. This study concludes that e-commerce utilization positively impacts Messi Shop's product marketing and offers practical recommendations for other SMEs seeking to develop digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs carried out by the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KITB) in empowering the local community economy in three sub-districts around the industrial area. The main focus of this study is to analyze the impact of CSR programs such as competency-based work skills training, Mandarin language training, and support for MSMEs on local economic development. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which involves collecting primary data through interviews with informants from various related parties and secondary data from literature studies and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the KITB CSR program has succeeded in improving the competence of the local workforce and expanding economic opportunities through various initiatives, such as skills training and MSME empowerment. The Mandarin language training program has also proven effective in improving the competitiveness of local communities in communicating with investors from China. However, challenges related to low community participation, cross-sector coordination, and program sustainability still need to be addressed. In conclusion, the KITB CSR program has made a significant contribution to the economic empowerment of local communities, but it needs improvement in terms of coordination and sustainability to achieve more optimal results.
