Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CRM and product innovation on customer loyalty SMeS Bordir. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, with a research sample of 100 respondents and the analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that CRM and Product Innovation have a significant simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty in SMeS Bordir. CRM and Product Innovation have a significant partial effect on Customer Loyalty to SMeS Bordir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of controlling raw material inventory and production processes on product quality in MSMEs Warung Ohay Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees of Warung Ohay MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 40 employees. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that controlling raw material inventory and production processes simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. Partial control of raw material inventory has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. The partial production process has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company and to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company. The research method used by researchers is to use descriptive analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is causal. In this study, the authors conducted direct research on all Da'o Screen Printing customers to obtain data. The sample in this study was 50 people, this is based on saturated sampling technique where the population in this study was 50 people. Researchers will conduct tests using SPSS version 25. Relationship Marketing at Da'o Screen Printing company is currently in a very good classification. Da'o Screen Printing's customer loyalty is currently in a good classification because many customers maintain loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing. Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty because if the implementation of Relationship Marketing will increase customers who are loyal to the products provided by Da'o Screen Printing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and communication at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office and its influence on job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research model uses a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 83 permanent employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office staff. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously and partially influence Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline and Communication both have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that companies can improve Work Discipline, Communication and Job Satisfaction so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari teknologi informasi dan inovasi produk terhadap daya saing pada coffee shop di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, data diperoleh secara langsung melalui kuisioner kepada 85 responden yang merupakan sampel dari populasi coffee shop di Kota Tasikmalaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling, metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel teknologi informasi dan inovasi produk dapat meningkatkan daya saing pada coffee shop di Kota Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa teknologi informasi dan inovasi produk secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing. Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Inovasi Produk, Daya Saing

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how price perceptions, online promotions and product diversity, both simultaneously and partially, can influence purchasing decisions at Aulia Fashion Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique uses the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the Purprosive Sampling method, the number of samples used is 100 respondents with the criteria being Aulia Fashion consumers who live in Tasikmalaya and have made purchases at Aulia Fashion Tasikmalaya. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 25 software tools. The research results show that price perceptions, online promotions and product diversity can simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Aulia Fashion Tasikmalaya significantly, with a large influence. Price perceptions partially have no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Aulia Fashion Tasikmalaya, while online promotions and product diversity partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Aulia Fashion Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning on purchase intention at the Dadaha cell prime counter. The dependent variable in this study is purchase intention (Y) while the devendent variables include segmenting (X1), targeting (X2), positioning (X3). The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers of the dadaha cell prime counter in the dadaha area of tasikmalaya city. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique is to use a questionnaire distribution. The results of this study indicate that: 1) segmenting variables have a positive and significant effect on buyer interest. 2) targeting variables have a positive and insignificant effect on purchase intention. 3) positioning variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. From the results of the f test it can be concluded that together or simulatan segmenting, targeting and positioning variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of location and purchase quality on clothing purchasing decisions at the Sati Collection Store. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that location and product quality simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store. Location partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store. Product quality partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store.
