Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and Purchasing Decisions at the Lazada Marketplace in the city of Tasikmalaya. (2) The relationship between Online Customer Reviews through Trust. (3) The influence of partial online customer reviews and trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. (4) Simultaneous influence of Online Customer Review and Trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis with an interval measurement scale. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with a significant level (α= 0.05). The research results show that: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and purchasing decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace are included in the very good category. (2) Online Customer Review has a relationship with Trust in Erigo Marketplace Lazada products. (3) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Partial Purchase Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace. (4) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Simultaneous Purchasing Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perceptions, locations and product variety on purchasing decisions at PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store. The research used is quantitative research with a survey method to 88 respondents of PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store who live in Tasikmalaya city. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this test prove that simultaneously perceptions of price, locations and product variety have a significant influence. And partially, price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product variety has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Raw Material Inventory Control on Production Results and the influence of the Production Process on Production Results among employees of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The data source used is a primary data source and the data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this research, the analytical tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing process, the F test and t test are used. The results of the research show that control of raw material supplies, production processes and production results at the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi has a very good rating classification. Control of Raw Material Inventory and Production Process simultaneously has a significant effect on the Production Results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. Partial control of raw material supplies has a significant effect on the production results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. The partial production process has a significant effect on the production results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. Partially, work motivation variables affect employee discipline

Abstract

The increasing public demand for daily service needs has led to intense competition in today's business world. For service companies, an optimal service system is their main weapon in competing effectively. Service effectiveness is crucial in gaining positive customer ratings. However, the high demand for the service sector results in the number of customers continuing to increase while the number of service providers remains limited. This research aims to optimize the service system by utilizing the multi-channel multi-phase queuing model. This model allows for multiple service facilities to be available to serve incoming customers. In this study, the queuing model formula (M/M/1) & (M/M/2) was used to analyze the single channel- single phase and multi-channel- multi phase queuing systems. The results show that the patient arrival rate is smaller than the patient service rate, which indicates a good level of effectiveness in the single channel-single phase queuing system. However, by adding one server to be able to implement the multi channel - multi phase queuing model, the effectiveness of the queuing system can be improved. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of service effectiveness in the face of increasing demand. By using the right queuing model and adding servers, service companies can improve service efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Experience and Brand Passion on Brand Commitment (a survey of iPhone smartphone users at Perjuangan University). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Iphone Smartphone Users at the University of Perjuangan. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and Brand Passion have a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at the University of Perjuangan. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University. Partially, Brand Passion has a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and communication on the development of human resources in the field of the Electronoc Sports Industry (Survey on the Division of Mobile Legends Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur). The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents who are members of the Mobile Legends Division Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that motivation and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on the development of human resources in the electronic sports industry. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry, and Communication partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand liking and brand competence both simultaneously and partially on Brand Loyalty in Skincare Somethinc Beautebox Tasikmalaya products. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers as respondents. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that partially the variables used in the study, namely brand liking and brand competence, have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Skincare Somethink Beautebox Tasikmalaya products. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of brand liking and brand competence together on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja mentioned the number of employees who moved and stopped working. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of Job Stress, Compensation and Turnover Intention, and also to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of job stress, compensation on Turnover Intention. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods through the causality method with a case study approach. Primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires to employees of PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja. The results of this study are that at PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja regarding compensation work stress and employee turnover intention has quite high criteria, meaning that employees will leave if the compensation provided by the company is not guaranteed. Therefore work stress and compensation together have a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, partially compensation has no effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and communication organization on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. The method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Withdrawal of samples using random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the method of analysis used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that career development, organizational communication and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously career development and organizational communication have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Partially, career development and organizational communication variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata.
