Abstract

The increasing public demand for daily service needs has led to intense competition in today's business world. For service companies, an optimal service system is their main weapon in competing effectively. Service effectiveness is crucial in gaining positive customer ratings. However, the high demand for the service sector results in the number of customers continuing to increase while the number of service providers remains limited. This research aims to optimize the service system by utilizing the multi-channel multi-phase queuing model. This model allows for multiple service facilities to be available to serve incoming customers. In this study, the queuing model formula (M/M/1) & (M/M/2) was used to analyze the single channel- single phase and multi-channel- multi phase queuing systems. The results show that the patient arrival rate is smaller than the patient service rate, which indicates a good level of effectiveness in the single channel-single phase queuing system. However, by adding one server to be able to implement the multi channel - multi phase queuing model, the effectiveness of the queuing system can be improved. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of service effectiveness in the face of increasing demand. By using the right queuing model and adding servers, service companies can improve service efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Experience and Brand Passion on Brand Commitment (a survey of iPhone smartphone users at Perjuangan University). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Iphone Smartphone Users at the University of Perjuangan. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and Brand Passion have a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at the University of Perjuangan. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University. Partially, Brand Passion has a significant influence on Brand Commitment in Iphone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and communication on the development of human resources in the field of the Electronoc Sports Industry (Survey on the Division of Mobile Legends Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur). The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents who are members of the Mobile Legends Division Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that motivation and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on the development of human resources in the electronic sports industry. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry, and Communication partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand liking and brand competence both simultaneously and partially on Brand Loyalty in Skincare Somethinc Beautebox Tasikmalaya products. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers as respondents. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that partially the variables used in the study, namely brand liking and brand competence, have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Skincare Somethink Beautebox Tasikmalaya products. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of brand liking and brand competence together on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja mentioned the number of employees who moved and stopped working. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of Job Stress, Compensation and Turnover Intention, and also to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of job stress, compensation on Turnover Intention. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods through the causality method with a case study approach. Primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires to employees of PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja. The results of this study are that at PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Hub. Sukaraja regarding compensation work stress and employee turnover intention has quite high criteria, meaning that employees will leave if the compensation provided by the company is not guaranteed. Therefore work stress and compensation together have a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, partially compensation has no effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and communication organization on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. The method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Withdrawal of samples using random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the method of analysis used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that career development, organizational communication and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously career development and organizational communication have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Partially, career development and organizational communication variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital pelaku usaha BU EKA (Bina Usaha Ekonomi Keluarga Aisyiyah) melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital dan pengembangan desain kemasan produk. Tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan yang mencakup pembuatan konten visual, penggunaan marketplace, serta strategi komunikasi visual untuk memperkuat daya tarik produk secara online. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman mitra mengenai penggunaan media digital untuk promosi dan penjualan produk. Saat ini, mitra telah memiliki akun penjualan di platform marketplace dan memahami cara mengelola pemasaran digital secara mandiri. Selain itu, mitra juga telah memperoleh keterampilan dasar dalam mendesain ulang kemasan yang lebih menarik dan komunikatif. Intervensi ini telah membuka peluang bagi BU EKA untuk memperluas pasar hingga di luar komunitas lokal serta memperkuat daya saing produknya di era digital. Dampak keberlanjutan diharapkan melalui kemampuan mitra dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital secara berkelanjutan dan kreatif untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka secara mandiri di masa depan.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze how much influence service quality, price and location have on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the T test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction, the results showed with a coefficient value of 0.403 it can be seen that the service quality variable (X1), 0.433 is the price variable (X2) and 0.036 is the location variable (X3). Service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) which have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction can be seen in the R Square value of 0.472, which indicates that the independent variables consisting of service quality, price and location can be explained by customer satisfaction 47.2% were able to explain the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction (Y) while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is that service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Galunggung Shelter Coffee Shop, while location also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.
