Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF HEUTAGOGI AND KIRKPATRICK METHODS IN ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL TRAINING TO INCREASE JAKARTA'S YPAC EMPLOYEES COMPETENCE. This community service activity aims to increase the competence of YPAC Jakarta employees by implementing the heutugogi and Kirikpatrick methods to measure success after training. This activity uses a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach to measure evaluation after training. The results of this activity reveal that the heutagogy method in training for employees can be implemented. first, the preparation of a learning contract agreed with the participants, second, the implementation of training oriented to the needs of data processing and case studies to partners, third, providing feedback by providing a forum for informal discussion and fourth, reflection for both tutors and trainees. The results of the evaluation based on the Kirkpatrick method identified that in stage 1 the reaction of the participants to the resource person was good, stage 2 in terms of attitudes, knowledge and skills were in the good category, stage 3 in terms of work behavior showed a significant increase and in stage 4 there was an increase in the performance of the participants after attended training. Training participants are able to improve their performance and can share their knowledge with their colleagues.

Abstract

Gunung Padang merupakan tempat wisata di Cianjur yang merupakan kawasan megalitik tertua di Indonesia bahkan di dunia. Namun kondisi pengetahuan masyarakat pramuwisata terhadap obyek wisata sangat terbatas dan hanya mengacu pada pengetahuan turun-temurun. Atribut wisatawan di kawasan wisata juga sangat minim. Sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19, kunjungan wisatawan menjadi sepi, sehingga pengembangan tema dan atribut wisata serta adanya webdite diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai kunjungan wisatawan. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini, yang menjadi mitra adalah Yayasan Hafisun Alim 74 dan Tour Guide Gunung Padang. Permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan pemandu wisata dan belum adanya atribut wisata seperti brosur, buku panduan wisata dan infografis 2 bahasa, serta website. Solusi yang diberikan antara lain pelatihan Tour Guide umum dan religi, dan pendampingan pemberian atribut wisata pada pos informasi pramuwisata pada umumnya, dan sesuai tema khusus wawasan religi di Gunung Padang, serta pembuatan website pariwisata. Pemberian atribut wisata yang disambut baik oleh para mitra, menambah semangat Pokdarwis untuk terus memperkenalkan situs ini ke dunia internasional. Mount Padang is a tourist attraction in Cianjur which is the oldest megalithic area in Indonesia and even in the world. However, the condition of the knowledge of the tour guide communities towards tourism objects is very limited and only refers to knowledge from generation to generation. Tourist attributes in the tourist area are also very minimal. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, tourist visits have become quiet, so the development of tourism themes and attributes and the existence of a webdite are expected to increase the value of tourist visits. In this PKM activity, the partners are the 74 Hafisun Alim Foundation and the Gunung Padang Tour Guide. The current problems are the lack of knowledge of tour guides and there are no tourist attributes such as brochures, travel guide books and 2 language infographics, as well as websites. The solutions provided include general and religious Tour Guide training, and assistance in providing tourist attributes at tourist guide information posts in general, and according to a special theme of religious insight in Gunung Padang, as well as creating a tourism website. The provision of tourism attributes that are welcomed by partners, increases the enthusiasm of Pokdarwis to continue to introduce this site to the world.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung produktivitas dan kinerja pelayanan yang lebih baik, pengurus dan pimpinan BLU LPMUKP terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pendidikan dan keterampilan bagi pegawai untuk memberikan dukungan pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengolahan data perhitungan yang baik dan benar, dikarenakan latar belakang pegawai BLU LPMUKP yang berbeda jurusan, sehingga tidak ada keseragaman pengetahuan khususnya mengenai penggunaan Microsoft Excel. Kendala lain adalah kurangnya kemampuan pegawai BLU LPMUKP untuk mengoperasikan komputer, terutama penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data, sementara kebutuhan untuk mengoperasikan komputer tinggi. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan komputer untuk pengolahan data yang baik dan benar terutama penggunaan Microsoft Excel sehingga keterampilan khususnya literasi komputer pegawai BLU LPMUKP meningkat baik pada pprogram Intermediate maupun Advanced. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan 2 (dua) tahap, tahap pertama pelaksanaan placement test untuk menentukan tingkat intermediate atau advance; tahap kedua pemberian materi pelatihan sesuai dengan penempatan. Hasil dari umpan balik (feedback) yang diberikan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan, sebanyak 90,4% peserta pelatihan baik intermediate maupun advance setuju terkait materi pelatihan untuk menyelesaikan tugas kesehariannya serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Microsoft Excel. To support better productivity and service performance, administrators and leaders of the LPMUKP BLU continue to strive to improve and develop employee education and skills to provide service support for the community. Some of the obstacles encountered included a need for more knowledge about good and correct calculation data processing, due to the background of the LPMUKP BLU employees from different majors, so there was no uniformity of knowledge, especially regarding the use of Microsoft Excel. Another obstacle is the need for more ability of LPMUKP BLU employees to operate computers, especially the use of Microsoft Excel for data processing, while the need to work computers is high. This community service method is in the form of computer training for good and correct data processing, especially the use of Microsoft Excel so that the computer literacy skills of BLU LPMUKP employees increase in both the Intermediate and Advanced programs. The training is carried out in 2 (two) stages, the first stage is the implementation of a placement test to determine the intermediate or advanced level; the second stage is the provision of training materials per the placement. The results of the feedback given after the training implementation, as many as 90.4% of both intermediate and advanced training participants agreed regarding the training material to complete their daily tasks and increase their knowledge of Microsoft Excel
