Abstract

Sempu Public Health Centre (PHC) where the IDP of NCD activity was only applied under 1% in 2014 which the fact remains that Sempu PHC ironically is the first PHC which has IDP of NCD in Banyuwangi regency. This research aimed to find out how Posbindu PTM Al-Mubarok activity worked in Sempu PHC. This research used descriptive study with qualitative data supported. The informants of this research were purposively taken which included coordinator surveillance of Health Department in Banyuwangi regency, coordinator IDP of NCD, midwife, nurse, two cadres, the work partners and two IDP of NCD members. This research collected the data by doing interview, attentive observation and triangulation technique. Then, the data gathered were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that activity process of Posbindu PTM Al-Mubarok in Sempu PHC was different with IDP of NCD guidelines. The process did not go well because of the input which included the insufficient of human resources, incomprehensive and minimal training, insufficient of equipments, the lack of public awareness, the financial dependence and the implementation method which was not regularly conducted every month. Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage which is conducted before the age of 20th. Early married girl hasmore risk in reproductive health and mortality. Bondowoso Regency has the highest of earlymarriage rates 52,93% from the marriage total in 2012. Pakem Subdistrict in BondowosoRegency has the highest rate for marriage under 20 years. In 2013, Pakem Subdistrict inBondowoso Regency has the higest rate of early marriage rates 53,18% and in 2014, earlymarriage rates 67,02%%. This study aimed to identify factors of parents intention on under20 years old girls marriage in Pakem, Bondowoso Regency. This study based on the Theoryof Planned Behavior with cross-sectional design. The respondent were parents which have10-19 years old daughter not married yet. Spearman correlation test applied to determineassociations between each variable. Result showed that knowledge significantly associatedwith attitude (p=0,000), subjective norm (p=0,008), and behavioural control (p=0,000).Income rate of parents was not significantly associated with attitude (p=0,106), subjectivenorm (p=0,951), and behavioural control (p=0,564). Education significantly associated withattitude (p=0,000), subjective norm (p=0,007), and behavioural control (p=0,035). Attitude(p=0,001), subjective norm (0,001), and behavior control (0,000) were significantly associatedwith parents intention.Keywords: early marriage, intention, attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is one of the requirements to improve employeeproductivity, beside that the Occupational Health and Safety is every labor rights.Conveyances Workers in Tanjung Market Jember generally works using their body as a toolto carry goods, and done in a long time and repeatedly. It is potential to experience workrelatedmusculoskeletal complaints. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationshipbetween individual characteristics and Manual Material Handling with musculoskeletalcomplaints due to work. The method used was cross sectional with the respondents of 60people, using lambda association test analysis techniques. The results of data analysisshowed no relationship between age (ρ = 0.0001), and nutritional status (BMI) (ρ = 0.041),with musculoskeletal complaints due to work. While the smoking habit (ρ = 0.249) andworking period (ρ = 0.170) showed no relationship with musculoskeletal complaints due towork, and for manual material handling (MMH) (ρ = 0.018) by using the method of RWL andLI measurement indicated there was a relationship between manual material handling withmusculoskeletal complaints due to work. Based on these results the government isexpected to take action to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases, especially inthe informal sector.Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Manual Material Handling, MusculoskeletalComplaints, Conveyances Workers.

Abstract

Indonesia mengikuti target eliminasi global yaitu Eliminasi TB 2035 dan Indonesia bebas TB 2050. Tantangan dalam program pengendalian Tuberkulosis di Indonesia adalah banyaknya kasus tuberkulosis yang tidak terdeteksi maupun kasus yang sudah terdeteksi namun belum terlaporkan, sehingga perlu dilakukan perubahan pendekatan penemuan kasus, dari secara pasif menjadi intensif dan aktif. Rumitnya pengisian form TB oleh dokter swasta, membuat rendahnya notifikasi pasien TB. Maka dibuat aplikasi berbasis smartphone yaitu Aplikasi Wajib Notifikasi TB (WiFi) TB yang lebih sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan wajib noifikasi (WiFi) TB di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah 2 petugas TB. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran dari aspek input, proses, dan output dalam pelaksanaan wajib notifikasi (WiFi) TB

Abstract

Abstract Diabetes Mellitus or diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease disorder caused by pancreas does not produce enough insulin or the body can’t effectively use produced insulin. In pregnant women with a family history of diabetes mellitus, the prevalence of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus is 5.1%. This research aim to determine description of pregnant women condition with diabetes mellitus in RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research used descriptive method with case series design. The sample size of 19 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus was selected by total sampling technique. The results showed that the high maternal age (52.6%), low education (89.5%), unemployment or housewife (89.2%), had a genetic 78.9%), BMI overweight (57.9%), glucosuria (89.5%), history of pre-eclampsia (57.9%), low parity (79%), never miscarried (84.2%). Based on the result of the research, it was concluded that maternal education, maternal job, genetic, overweight BMI, glucosuria, and history of pre-eclampsia had an effect towards the occurrence of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus, also maternal age, parity and history of miscarriage had no effect on the occurrence of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. To raise awareness of the risks of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus can be done with screening for diabetes mellitus. Keywords: diabetes mellitus, pregnant women, RSD dr. Soebandi.

Abstract

Midwives have to wear PPE completely, such as head cover, goggles, mask, gloves, apron, andboots. But not all of them using PPE completely for 75% in Bondowoso. This study aims was toanalyze the factors related to completely using of PPE for midwives in work region of Bondowoso.This study held in Mey 2015-February 2016. This study used cross sectional approachment. Thepopulations of this study were 116 Delima midwives in Bondowoso. The result showed that themidwives’s knowledge was in the medium level, most were positive attitude, they had sameeducation level (between D3-D4), their age were about 35-44 years old, and most of them hadbeen working for 21-30 years. The midwives wore PPE completely in I stage (2,8), II and III stage(11,1) and all of them did not wear PPE completely in IV stage.There was significant correlation ofattitude to complete PPE using for midwives in I stage and no significant correlation of knowledge,attitude, education, age, work stage to complete PPE using for midwives of II and III stage inBondowoso. There was no significant correlation between the PPE availability with complete PPEusing for midwives in I stage and significant correlation between the PPE availability with completePPE using for midwives of II and III stage in Bondowoso. There was no significant correlationbetween training and monitoring with complete PPE using for midwives of I, II, III stage inBondowoso.Keywords: factors individual , PPE availability, training and monitoring factor.

Abstract

Indonesia will follow the global elimination target, is the elimination of TB in 2035 and Indonesia to be free of TB in 2050. The challenge in the Tuberculosis control program in Indonesia is there are many undetected cases of tuberculosis and cases that have undetected and unreported. So, needs to change the case-finding approach from passive to intensive and active. The complexity of filling out TB forms by private doctors has resulted in the low notification of TB patients. So, I made an electronic system using a smartphone-based application, namely the Application Mandatory Notification (WiFi) of TB, which application is made simpler and easier. This study aims to describe the implementation of compulsory TB notification (WiFi) in the Public Health Office Jember District. This research uses descriptive research. The research sample was 2 TB officers. This research was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate the description of the input, process, and output aspects of the implementation of mandatory notification (WiFi) TB.
