Abstract

ABSTRAKArtikel ini memuat tentang karya musik ilustrasi yang berangkat dari prosesi  Ritual Pemujaan Dewi Saraswati  yang dilaksaanakan  di Bali pada setiap tahunnya yang dilakukan pada pagi hari. Pengkarya menghadirkan suasana sesuai alur cerita dari tahap persiapan hingga tahan prosesi ritual,. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mewujudkan komposisi musik ilustrasi dalam bentuk garapan multimedia dengan mengambil ide musical  dari mantra pemujaan terhadap Dewi Saraswati.  Metode pencitaan yang digunakan  dalam penggarapan karya ini adalah  metode penciptaan A.M. Hawkins yang terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu ; (2) Tahap explorasi , (2) tahap eksperimen, (3) perwujudan.  Penggarapan komposisi musik  ilustrasi  ini menghasilkan komposisi musik multimedia yang berjudul “ Ilustrasi of Music “Ritual Pemujaan Saraswati dalam bentuk free formKata Kunci:Ritual Pemujaan Dewi Saraswati; Musik Ilustrasi; Musik MultimediaABSTRACTThis article contains an illustrated piece of music that departs from the procession of the Ritual Worship of Dewi Saraswati which is held in Bali every year which is done in the morning. The creators present the atmosphere according to the storyline from the preparation stage to the ritual procession. The purpose of writing this article is to create an illustrated musical composition in the form of a multimedia work by taking the musical idea from the mantra of worship of Dewi Saraswati. The creation method used in the creation of this work is A.M. Hawkins which consists of three stages namely; (2) Exploration stage, (2) experimental stage, (3) embodiment. The cultivation of this illustration music composition resulted in a multimedia music composition entitled "Illustration of Music" Saraswati Worship Ritual in free form Keywords: Goddess Saraswati Worship Rituals; Illustrated Music; Multimedia Music.

Abstract

Sharenting or uploading videos of children's daily lives and/or activities to the TikTok platform can have a negative impact on children. Two of the negative impacts that arise are psychological disorders in children and the potential for criminal acts experienced by the child themselves. This study aims to determine how legal protection is provided for child exploitation by parents through the TikTok platform. The results of the analysis show that sharenting by parents, especially content creators, can lead to child exploitation. Not only that, sharenting can also eliminate children's privacy rights, eliminate other rights that are fundamental rights of children and have a negative effect on children. The Child Protection Act and the Human Rights Act have given obligations and responsibilities to parents and the government and/or the central government to provide legal protection to children and to fulfill the rights of every child. Recommendations that can be given through this study should be that the government can intensify socialization to every parent regarding the importance of knowing and understanding what children's rights are, this is considering that sharenting occurs due to parents' ignorance of children's rights as regulated in the Child Protection Act.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh model Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi dan keaktifan siswa di kelas rendah sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan di SDN Banjarsari Wetan 02, Kab. Madiun, di mana proses pembelajaran cenderung monoton dan kurang melibatkan variasi aktivitas. Metode pengajaran yang konvensional, seperti ceramah, menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa serta minimnya keterlibatan aktif mereka dalam pembelajaran. Permasalahan ini menjadi alasan utama untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran VAK sebagai alternatif yang inovatif. Penelitian ini berjenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan melibatkan pendidik dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kegiatan refleksi yang dilakukan selama dua siklus pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas rendah, dengan jumlah siswa rata-rata sebanyak 8-10 orang di setiap kelas. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan hasil disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik, dan uraian naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran VAK berdampak positif terhadap motivasi dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Setiap siklus menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada persentase motivasi dan keaktifan belajar dari pertemuan pertama ke pertemuan kedua. Grafik indikator motivasi dan keaktifan belajar siswa juga menunjukkan rata-rata di atas 60%, yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Model pembelajaran VAK terbukti mampu membantu siswa menjadi lebih fokus, aktif, dan mudah menjalin kerja sama, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model VAK dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, meskipun perlu perhatian khusus pada implementasi refleksi agar pembelajaran terus berkembang.

Abstract

In the current era, the development of information technology and social media is growing rapidly so that it can provide updated information and various kinds of public opinion. Many internet users in Indonesia use social media for various purposes, such as seeking information and expressing opinions through social media. One of the social media that is widely used by internet users in Indonesia is Twitter. Twitter users can provide information in the form of comments, criticisms, or suggestions for Comutterline services more quickly and easily. Sentiment analysis can help provide an overview of public perception by grouping opinions into positive and negative categories for Commuterline services. Conducting sentiment analysis based on comments or Tweets from the community on Twitter Commuterline to determine the performance of the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), AdaBoost, and N-Gram so that machine learning implementation can help identify public opinion conveyed through Twitter automatically into positive and negative categories. Abstract

This study assesses the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, individually and collectively. It examines 40 employees and uses a questionnaire to acquire data. The study utilizes path analysis, demonstrating that the motivation variable (X1) exerts a direct influence of 27.2% and an indirect effect via its association with work discipline (X2) of 9.3%. The cumulative effect is 36.5%. The work discipline variable (X2) exerts a direct effect of 22.6% and an indirect effect via its association with motivation (X1) of 9.3%, culminating in a total effect of 31.9%. The coefficient of determination (R Square), represented as a percentage, reveals that the two independent variables—motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2)—account for 68.4% (0.684), whereas the residual value is Ɛ = 31.6% (0.316). In conclusion, many recommendations derived from the research findings advocate for enhancing motivation and work discipline to elevate employee performance. This research underscores the necessity of creating specialized training programs that enhance motivation and strengthen employee work discipline. By concentrating on these domains, organizations may cultivate a more engaged and productive staff, enhancing overall performance and market competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work environment and job satisfaction towards employee retention. A questionnaire-based survey was distributed to Main Kitchen employees of the First Love Patisserie Jakarta. This study used descriptive, quantitative and verification approach with saturation sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The result showed : (1) there is a positive influence of work environment towards employee retention based on t-value with significant value < 0,005 and the regression coefficient has positive value; (2) there is a positive influence of job satisfaction towards employee retention which is showed by t-value with significant value < 0,005 and the regression coefficient has positive value; (3) there is a positive influence of work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously towards employee retention based on F value. Work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee retention showed by result of adjusted R2. The practical implications of this study are that work environment and job satisfaction play important role in supporting employee retention., where job satisfaction has a more positive influence than the work environment. Abstract

Padukuhan Srikoyo which is located in Playen District, Gunungkidul, has local-based economic potential which includes the production of thiwul, herbal medicine, mushroom cultivation, as well as corn and rice farming. However, society still faces challenges in digital marketing of business results, product processing innovation, and suboptimal utilization of agricultural waste. The community service team is here with an initiative to empower the local economic sector which aims to increase community knowledge and skills in digitalizing and branding Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products. Apart from that, this program also aims to increase farmers' knowledge and skills regarding innovations in processing corn products and processing corn waste. The methods applied include outreach and assistance to business actors and farmer groups to improve their skills in online marketing and managing agricultural by-products. The results of this program show that business actors have a better understanding of effective marketing strategies by utilizing social media and are able to create attractive content and product photos to upload on digital platforms. Apart from that, farmer groups gained new insight into the use of corn waste as animal feed and organic fertilizer, so that they could increase the added value of their agricultural products. With this program, it is hoped that business actors and farmer groups in Srikoyo Hamlet can develop more competitively and sustainably, so as to improve the economic welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari diadakan penelitian ini adalah sebagai penjelasan dan simulasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mitra Shopee pada toko Retail, dengan 1 pelaku Toko Retail. Menggunakan metode pelaksanaan: beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini sebagai berikut: (1). Persiapan awal, 2) Pelaksanaan yang berupa pemaparan materi, sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun shopee , 3) Pendampingan penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dari pelaku Toko Retail yang sebelumnya menggunakan pembayaran tunai, belum pernah menggunakan Mitra Shopee, atau bahkan tidak mengetahui adanya Mitra Shopee tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober 2022 hingga awal November 2022. Adanya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam penelitian ini pelaku Toko Retail memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap diberikannya sosialisasi penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dengan menunjukkan hasil penelitian yaitu adanya Mitra Shopee memberikan pengaruh yang baik kepada pelaku Toko Retail berupa efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap transaksi digital. Dengan menghemat waktu dari terlepasnya mencari uang kembalian sehingga lebih meningkatkan produktivitas pada Toko Retail tersebut, terlebih lagi apabila melakukan transaksi digital yang jumlah besar sehingga tidak terjadinya kesalahan teknis yang tidak diinginkan.

Abstract

Abstract;This article will explore the essence of clothing in the era of disruption that has a function as a body protector and becomes the identity of a human being. However, the clothes referred to in this article are not physical clothes, but inner/pious clothes. The quality of clothing that is dhohir reflects a person's identity. So that the capitalization of clothing in modern times is prone to occur. Unlike the inner clothes, the quality of human piety is determined by their own hearts. So that the behavior that is done has profane values and a piety cannot be capitalized. Because, the best clothes for Muslims are the clothes of piety. This research uses a qualitative method and this research aims to reveal the meaning and interpretation with Jacques Derrida's Deconstruction theory. Deconstruction aims to dismantle a single meaning and produce infinite meanings. The results of this study reveal that the interpretation in the classical era was limited to understanding takwa clothing as faith in God and the recommendation to cover the veil. Meanwhile, in modern interpretations, this verse is understood as a form of servitude to Allah Swt and highlights the active role of humans in wearing clothes.Keywords:Al-A’raf:26; Clothing; Dekonstruksi. Abstrak;Artikel ini akan mengeksplorasi esensi pakaian dalam era disrupsi yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pelindung badan dan menjadi identitas seseorang manusia. Namun pakaian yang dimaksud pada artikel ini bukanlah pakaian secara dhohir, tetapi pakaian batin/takwa. Kualitas pakaian yang sifatnya dhohir mencermikan sebuah identitas seseorang. Sehingga kapitalisasi pakaian di zaman modern ini rentan terjadi. Berbeda dengan pakaian batin/takwa, kualitas takwa manusia ditentukan oleh hati mereka sendiri. Sehingga perilaku yang diperbuat memiliki nilai-nilai profan dan sebuah ketakwaan tidak akan bisa dikapitalisasi. Karena, sebaik-baiknya pakaian bagi orang muslim adalah pakaian takwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap makna dan penafsiran dengan teori Dekonstruksi Jacques Derrida. Dekonstruksi bertujuan untuk membongkar makna tunggal dan menghasilkan makna yang tak terbatas. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penafsiran pada era klasik terbatas pada pemahaman pakaian takwa sebagai iman kepada Tuhan dan anjuran untuk menutup aurat. Sementara itu, dalam tafsir modern, ayat ini dipahami sebagai bentuk penghambaan kepada Allah Swt dan menyoroti peran aktif manusia dalam pemakaian pakaian.Kata Kunci:   Al-A’raf: 26; Dekontruksi; Pakaian.
