The OPD LAN network infrastructure is used by users to access various services and applications that exist within the Bali Provincial Government, but in its operations there is no possibility of technical problems. Among 152 network disorders that occur during a year, it is known that the disorder that occurs in LAN OPD is more common in physical disorders (as many as 61 disorders) than logical disorders (as many as 24 disorders). In order to maintain the availability of OPD LAN network infrastructure, it is necessary to evaluate the OPD LAN network infrastructure using COBIT 5.0 which focuses on the EDM, DSS and MEA domains. The evaluation results of the OPD LAN network infrastructure resulted in a percentage index above 50%. Based on the ISO / IEC 15504 rating scale, the processes that are part of the EDM, DSS and MEA domains obtain L (Largely Achieved) status, which is still not fully achieved so that development and optimization of the current network infrastructure conditions are still needed. The results of the evaluation of network infrastructure that has been linked to the disturbance data record for a year, the process obtained in the EDM, DSS and MEA domains is recommended for development and optimization of DSS05, DSS01, DSS02, EDM03, DSS06, DSS03 and MEA02. The development and optimization is recommended towards the preparation of procedures in the form of integrated Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).

Abstract - Broadband campus is a high speed internet service with high transfer rate that implemented within the campus area. The sole purpose of this service is to optimize the internet network in certain area that is still lack of a high speed internet connection. This paper will ellaborate more on the evaluation of certain ongoing broadband campus service at Mahasaraswati University in Denpasar by using COBIT 4.1 Framework. This evaluation is intended to enhance the user effectiveness through existing services. This evaluation was conducted through certain mini-survey by using the broadband campus IT service by examining the university students satisfaction through series of interviews and questionnaires. The conclusion that was inferred through the surveys is that the broadband services within the university gain a subsequently low existing maturity level with 1.9 mark in the COBIT Framework scale. One of the major reason of why the service acquire low satisfaction level within the university is due the students in Mahasaraswati University did not manage to optimize the broadband campus service in the first place

The combination OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing), and pulse shaping are expected to reduce the effects of Inter Carrier Interference (ICI) and error occurred. This study aimed to compare the performance of OFDM without pulse shaping nd OFDM with pulse shaping Improved Sinc Power (ISP) pulse through Frequency Selective Fading channel, in terms of BER (bit error rate) vs. Eb/No (energy per bit to noise power spectral density ratio). This study implemented simulation using Matlab R2018a. The results of the simulation OFDM with ISP pulse system performance has better results than OFDM without pulse shaping. In the transmission Frequency Selective Fading channel, to reach 10-1 BER value in OFDM with ISP pulse was required Eb/No of 2 dB. While the OFDM without pulse shaping systems required Eb/No 10 dB. PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali adalah perusahaan berkembang yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyedia layanan internet, dimana peranan sumber daya manusia atau tenaga kerja yang baik dan berkualitas sangat mempengaruhi masa depan perusahaan. Pada PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali, proses seleksi calon tenaga kerja masih menerapkan metode konvensional dan tidak dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan proses seleksi penerimaan tenaga kerja membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat banyaknya jumlah pelamar. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari proses sistem menggunakan metode SAW adalah perangkingan dari pelamar dengan rangking tertinggi sampai dengan rangking terendah. Hasil perangkingan ini, menjadi rekomendasi untuk pihak perusahaan dalam penentuan calon tenaga kerja yang akan diterima.

This paper proposes a smoke detection tool that will be used to find out who will smoke in the classroom environment on campus.Implementation of the system smoker detector using Raspberry PI, sensor, webcam and also motor servo. Sensor that been used on the System to detect smoke from the cigarette is MQ-7, which is detect the ratio of Carbon Monocside (CO) on the smoke. If the system detecting the cigarette, camera of the system will be headed to source of the smoke, capture the subject and then send the photo into telegram through the API using wifi connection. After the university side will monitoring the system and handle the subject whom breaking the rules due to smoking in the campus area is not allowed. The result of the experiment is the system which designed for smoke detector can detect the source of smoke is going well and appropriate regard on the scenario and functionality design. From the results of the prototype, the prototype can detect the smoke that come from cigarettes according the location. The experiment on indoor area show the success level is get almost most value within 15 second and an average distance 300 cm. For result above 400cm get results below 50%.

Peramalan Kurs Rupiah Terhadap US Dollar Menggunakan Metode Hibrid Nyoman Sumerta Yasa; I Ketut Gede Darma Putra; N.M.A.E.D Wirastuti

Peramalan adalah bagian integral dari kegiatan pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Ramalan yang dilakukan umumnya berdasarkan pada data masa lampau yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode- metode tertentu. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitan ini akan meramalkan data time series menggunakan metode Radial Basis Fuction, ARIMA dan Double Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan Matlab versi 8.1. Data yang digunakan adalah data kurs jual harian Rupiah terhadap US Dollar yang dimulai dari bulan Januari 2012 sampai dengan Maret 2014. Dari ketiga hasil ramalan, akan digunakan metode voting untuk memperoleh akurasi dari kondisi menguat atau melemahnya kurs rupiah terhadap US Dollar dan juga hasil ramalan digabungkan dengan metode hibrid. Dari hasil peramalan RBF, ARIMA, Double Exponential Smoothing diperoleh MAPE berturut-turut 0,66%, 3,32% dan 0,94% sedangkan akurasi kondisi menguat melemah sebesar 52,54%, 45,76% dan 52,54%. Dari hasil voting dari kondisi menguat dan melemahnya kurs diperoleh akurasi sebesar 54,24% dan setelah digabungkan dengan metode hibrid diperoleh MAPE sebesar 0,64% dengan akurasi sebesar 50,85%. Dapat dilihat bahwa untuk akurasi kondisi menguat dan melemah yang terbaik diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode voting sedangkan untuk MAPE terbaik diperoleh dengan metode hibrid. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam menganalisa fluktuasi dari pergerakan nilai mata uang tertentu pada saat transaksi jual – beli valuta asing.

Website pada jaringan intranet yang memiliki tata letak konten terlalu rumit akan dapat mempersulit pengguna saat melakukan akses data. Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas pembuatan website pada jaringan intranet yang memiliki tata letak konten strategis dan memiliki fitur yang dapat menampilkan lokasi galeri dan daerah yang terlingkupi hotspot dari operator seluler A (sebagai studi kasus). Website dibuat dengan menerapkan konsep Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) sehingga memudahkan dalam mengatur tata letak menu, gambar, informasi baik teks maupun citra. Fitur pemetaan lokasi dibuat dengan memanfaatkan Google Maps Application Program Interface (Google Maps API), dimana seorang website developer hanya perlu mencantumkan Google Maps API ini ke dalam website intranet dengan menggunakan script tertentu.

One way to accomplish the smart city is by utilizing application that build interaction between society and the government while providing the benefits to all stakeholders. This application systems should be reached easily and relatively cheap for the society, and they can be used anytime, anywhere. This paper describes how to develop applications that implement the Location Based Services (LBS) for Development of Smart City to build the Public Complaints Service Application System (PCSAS). The PCSAS was designed, built and then tested. This PCSAS was built with Web-based Client-Server architecture. On the client side using a web interface or mobile with Android operating system. This application uses a valid e-mail as a condition of enrollment, while accommodating Social Media interface particularly Facebook and Twitter to get into the system. The result of the use of this application system was an interaction between the community and the government in handling public complaints. Location information problems in the field may soon be known precisely by coordinates, so that the handling can be done quickly and with sufficient preparation equipment based on the information of the real conditions in the field in the form of photos and videos that are included in the complaint.

Abstrak—Pada paper ini penerapan teknologi 4G LTE di Indonesia dan kendalanya, kemudian dibandingkan dengan penerapannya di dunia (dalam hal ini digunakan contoh di India), akan diuraikan pada paper ini. Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi jaringan nirkabel di Indonesia sudah berkembang dengan pesat. Demikian juga dengan jaringan 4G LTE sudah mulai dikembangkan di Indonesia. Tetapi jaringan 4G ini tidak bisa diimplementasikan dengan sempurna. Hal ini disebabkan karena infrastruktur yang belum memadai termasuk hardware dan softwarenya, dan juga regulasi yang mengatur penerapan 4G LTE ini juga belum memiliki kesiapan.Kata Kunci— Jaringan 4G; LTE; WiMAX

Abstrak — Selama ini Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menempel lembar pengumuman pada papan informasi yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hal ini maka diperlukan pengunaan Digital Signage pada Jurusan Teknik Elektro. Mengingat Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana memiliki tiga buah LCD yang belum difungsikan secara optimal sebagai media penyampaian informasi.Sebelum penyisipan konten ada beberapa kebutuhan sistem yang dipersiapkan yaitu kebutuhan perangkat keras, kebutuhan perangkat lunak dan persiapan awal XIBO Digital Signage.Untuk dapat menyisipkan konten kedalam Elektro News, maka terlebih dahulu harus dipersiapkan layout. Setelah layout siap, buat region sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan desain. Region ini dapat diubah-ubah ukurannya. Region ini merupakan wadah dimana konten disisipkan.Kata Kunci –Digital Signage, XIBO, Elektro News
