Abstract

Background: Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan global yang mempunyai dampak negatif yang cukup signifikan terhadap suatu negara. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peran kader posyandu dan ibu mertua sangat diperlukan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui sosialisasi surat kabar sehat dan dapur sehat tentang stunting serta pemberian gizi seimbang yang tepat pada anak usia dini. Melalui program sosialisasi, bayi sehat akan membuka kesadaran masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting dan pemberian makanan gizi seimbang pada anak. Salah satu untuk menurunkan angka stunting adalah dengan penerapan DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) dengan pemberian makanan sehat dan bergizi, sosialisasi kepada ibu muda dan keluarga yang memiliki anak dibawah usia dua tahun. (baduta). Metode: Kota Madiun menempati angka prevalensi stunting sebesar 12,4%, jauh di bawah target nasional sebesar 14%. Di wilayah Kanigoro RW 01 Kartoharjo masih tersedia data berita stunting. Diharapkan masyarakat mampu memberikan tekanan dan edukasi kepada ibu-ibu muda di Lembah Kanigoro. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program yang kami laksanakan mampu memberikan hasil positif terbukti dari kuesioner pasca sosialisasi berita sehat dan dapur sehat melawan stunting (DAHSAT) terakumulasi dengan persentase sebesar 98,46%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Kanigoro berjalan dengan baik dalam menekan peningkatan angka prevalensi stunting. Kesimpulannya masyarakat yang mendapatkan edukasi stunting dan gizi yang baik pada balita sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting dengan program sosialisasi berita sehat dan demo dapur sehat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan 100% kader posyandu dan ibu-ibu dengan berita

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring mendorong perubahan yang besar di dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam maksimalisasi teknologi secara bijak. Keragaman sumber daya alam Indonesia dapat mendukung penyusunan e-modul, sehingga materi yang disajikan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terkait potensi alam sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun e-modul sistem imun kelas XI berbasis potensi alam lokal menggunakan aplikasi book creator. Penyusunan e-modul diawali dengan analisis modul yang telah digunakan sebelumnya, merancang e-modul, dan memvalidasi e-modul. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul layak digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan tingkat capaian validasi materi sebesar 90% dan media sebesar 95%.

Abstract

Latarbelakang: Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang mampu berfungsi dalam menangkal radikal bebas serta meningkatkan sistem imun dan kekebalan tubuh. Selain itu, buah genitri memiliki efek farmakologis yang meliputi antiinflamasi, antidiabet, antimikroba.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui nilai IC50 serta senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terkandung didalam buah genitri dengan pembanding asam askorbat.Metode:Menggunakan metode ekperimental laboratorium dengan pengujian antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH. Hasil: Nilai IC50 dengan katagori sangat kuat  sebesar  40,75 mg/ml, sedangkan nilai IC50 asam askorbat berkatagori sangat kuat sebesar 1,96 mg/ml. Pada uji skrining fitokimia buah genitri mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, dan tanin yang memiliki peranan penting dalam aktivitas antioksida. Analisis hasil uji one way anova yaitu nilai sig 0,048 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa hasil tersebut terdapat perbedaan yang signifikansi antara aktivitas antioksidan buah genitri dengan asam askorbat. Kesimpulan: Dapat dijadikan sebagai penangkal radikal bebas dalam tubuh.

Abstract

Moringa oleifera with the local name moringa, is widely used for health, as a medicinal plant. However, its potential as a natural estrogenic is not yet known. The study aimed to analyse and identify flavonoid compounds of moringa leaves and to analyse the estrogenic potential of moringa leaves on 17β-estradiol levels of female rats. Research with an experimental approach includes: 1) Metabolite profiling of moringa leaf extract using 95% methanol solvent, with stages including extract dilution, protein precipitation, and extract purification with SPE. Extract purification using solid phase extraction using C18 Sep-Pak; 2) Induction to 4-5 months female Wistar rats, 240 - 280 g, 24 heads, grouped into 3 treatment groups, namely control (P0), administration of 17β-estradiol (P1) and administration of 1.5 ml moringa leaf feeling water (P2), treatment for 25 days. Data collection techniques include LCMS chromatogram data and data on 17β-estradiol levels taken from rat tail veins. Descriptive data analysis techniques include: 1) Chromatogram result data of flavonoid compound groups and 2) Data on 17β-estradiol levels using ELIZA on day 26. The conclusion of the results showed that the flavonoid compounds of moringa leaves were 29 compounds, including isoflavone and coumestan groups. Giving moringa leaf juice can increase 17β-estradiol levels in rats by 524.346 mg/dl.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding forms the basis of an important component in mastering higher-order thinking skills. This ideal condition is not in accordance with the fact that there are still many students who experience misconceptions. This study aims to determine the level of misconceptions that occur in students of class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Madiun. The research method used in this study is descriptive-quantitative with survey techniques. The sample used was 34 students. The results of this study were that 64.7% of students did not understand the process of birth or gestation, 61.8% did not understand the stages of embryo development, 58.8% did not understand the stages of the ovarian cycle, 67.6% experienced misconceptions about the types of material contraception, 52.9% had misconceptions about reproductive system disorders sub-material, 48.5% had misconceptions about oogenesis stages sub-material, 41.2% understood reproductive system disorders sub-material, 38.2% understood spermatogenesis stages sub-material (38.2%), and 38.2% understood the benefits of breastfeeding for mothers and babies.

Abstract

Currently, the world of education has returned to normal after the outbreak of Covid-19. The newest curriculum implemented in Indonesia is the independent curriculum. One of the important competencies trained in the independence curriculum is creative thinking skills. Creative thinking skills are important for long-term success because they help see problems and situations from different perspectives to solve problems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the profile of students' creative thinking skills in biotechnology material. This research is a descriptive research with a written test method that includes creative thinking skills. The subjects of this study were 35 students of SMAN 6 Madiun who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained show that the percentage of achievement of creative thinking skills as measured using 4 aspects of adaptive creative thinking skills according to Torrance and Guildford namely fluency 60%, flexibility 44,64%, originality 40,36%, and elaboration 57,85%.

Abstract

Susu merupakan bahan pangan bernutrisi tinggi yang tersusun oleh zat-zat makanan dengan proporsi gizi yang seimbang. Pakar gizi mengungapkan bahwa susu sapi murni merupakan produk terbaik peternakan alami untuk kebutuhan manusia. Susu sapi memiliki kadungan murni nilai biologis 100%, karena susu sapi dihasilkan secara langsung dari kambing hewan ternak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan lama penyimpanan terhadap kadar lemak susu sapi murni. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2013. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah RAL faktorial 2x3 dengan 4 kali ulangan, faktor pertama suhu yaitu suhu kamar (20-300 C) dan suhu rendah (5-100 C), serta faktor kedua lama penyimpanan suhu selama 2 jam, 4 jam dan 6 jam. Dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penentuan tempat pemerahan susu sapi perah di Desa Mbangkal, Analisis data untuk hipotesis adalah anava dua jalan, jika signifikan dilanjutkan uji LSD. Parameterpenelitian adalah kadar lemak susu sapi murni. Uji hipotesis yang dihasilkan yaitu sumber keragaman suhu (A) dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 memiliki nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,205. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sig suhu (A) < 0,05 berarti suhu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar lemak susu sapi murni. Sumber keragaman kedua yaitu lama penyimpanan (T) dengan tarafsignifikansi 0,05 memiliki nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sig T >0,05 berarti lama penyimpanan suhu berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar lemak susu sapi murni. Sumber keragaman ketiga yaitu A*T (interaksi antara suhu dan lama penyimpanan) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 memiliki nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,182. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sig A*T > 0,05berarti interaksi antara suhu dan lama penyimpanan susu sapi murni tidak berpengaruh terhadap kandungan kadar lemak susu sapi murni. Taraf signifikansi 0, 05. Penarikan kesimpulan uji hipotesis, jika sig r < 0, 05 maka Ho ditolak dan di dapat hasil suhu tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar lemak tetapi lama penyimpanan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar lemak. Kemudian dilakukan uji LSD untuk pengaru lama penyimpanan terhadap kadar lemak yang menunjukkan bahwa dalam penyimpanan selama 6 jam gumpalan lemak yang dihasilkan semakin banyak.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase the sales volume and turnover of UKM tempeh chips by utilizing digital marketing in Tempuran Village, Paron District, Ngawi Regency. The activity method is carried out in the following stages: 1) Survey/field observation, 2) Socialization/counseling, 3) Training and mentoring, 4) Monitoring and evaluation. The targets of the service activities are 15 UKM’s of tempeh chips. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires and interviews related to sales turnover and marketing production volume of tempeh chips through digital marketing. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Based on data analysis, sales turnover before training averaged 72.74%. Sales turnover after training averaged 95.47%. The average value of increase in sales turnover is 23%. The training participants were enthusiastic and satisfied with participating in the training activities. The conclusion of the service activity is that the use of digital marketing can increase the sales turnover of tempeh chips in Tempeh Village UKM tempeh chips.

Abstract

HIGHLIGHTS- T. grandis leaf methanolic extract contains 82 compounds, with 17 being predominant.- Epigallocatechin 3-O cinnamate, epigallocatechin 3-O-p-coumarate, and tectograndinol predicted as the potential bioactive compounds in wound healing- Molecular docking suggests inhibitory activities against NF-κB, MMP-2, and MMP-9, and stimulatory activity against EGFR-1 that comparable to commercial drugs. ABSTRACTWound-healing process involves a physiological cascade to restore skin integrity, which includes inflammatory response, cell proliferation, and tissue reconstruction. Prolonged inflammation in wound-healing process may lead to a chronic wound stage. Proper wound care is needed to prevent wound-caused mortality. Several studies showed the potential of T. grandis leaf in wound-healing process. However, the bioactive compounds and the molecular mechanism of T. grandis leaf remains unknown. This study aimed to identify bioactive compounds and biological activity contained in T. grandis leaf extract as well as analyze its molecular mechanism in wound-healing process by conducting in silico study using NF-κB, MMP-2, MMP-9, and EGFR-1. Bioactive compounds of T. grandis leaf extract were identified with LC-MS. Three potential compounds, epigallocatechin 3-O cinnamate, epigallocatechin 3-O-p-coumarate, and tectograndinol, were selected based on the Pa score screening with the PASS prediction. Drug-likeness and pharmacokinetics properties of the selected compounds were virtually identified by SwissADME and Protox. The interactions of T. grandis bioactive compounds toward NF-κB, MMP-2, MMP-9, and EGFR-1 were compared to those of curcumin, phenytoin, and nitrofurazone as control. Molecular docking to identify the protein-ligand interaction was performed by Autodock Vina integrated in PyRx v.0.8. Among 82 bioactive compounds detected in the LC-MS analysis, epigallocatechin 3-O-cinnamate, epigallocatechin 3-O-p coumarate, and tectograndinol exhibited anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, free radical scavenger, and MMP-9 inhibitor activities. According to Lipinski’s rule of five, bioactive compounds are possible to be administered as medication. Molecular docking showed that bioactive compounds potentially bound to the active sites of NF-κB, MMP-2, and MMP-9, resulting in proteins inhibition. This study suggested that the wound-healing mechanism of T. grandis bioactive compounds were driven by EGFR-1 stimulation indicated by the ability of bioactive compounds to interact with EGFR-1 in similar manner to those of nitrofurazone. We concluded that bioactive compounds of T. grandis leaf extract has significant potential to be used as traditional wound treatment and therapy. These compounds demonstrated wound-healing activity in silico by interacting with the key molecular targets, including NF-κB, MMP-2, MMP-9, and EGFR-1.
