Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan menuntut sekolah untuk memiliki manajemen yang terarah dan berkelanjutan. SD Tahfidzul Quran Al-Abidin Surakarta sebagai sekolah berbasis Quran memiliki kekhasan dalam mengintegrasikan tahfidz, pendidikan karakter, dan kurikulum umum, sehingga relevan dikaji melalui pendekatan Total Quality Management. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Total Quality Management berdasarkan delapan indikator, meliputi falsafah kualitas, kepemimpinan, perbaikan berkelanjutan, hubungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kualitas pendidik, pengelolaan kurikulum, dan orientasi pelanggan. Pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Total Quality Management berjalan efektif melalui kepemimpinan yang kuat, budaya mutu yang terbangun, serta evaluasi yang dilakukan secara berkala. Koordinasi harian dan komunikasi intensif dengan orang tua melalui forum sekolah menjadi temuan penting yang berpengaruh besar terhadap mutu layanan. Integrasi nilai Qurani dalam pembelajaran dan tahfidz juga terbukti memperkuat karakter dan kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara Total Quality Management dan nilai religius mampu menciptakan sistem penjaminan mutu yang holistik. Temuan ini memberi kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan manajemen mutu pada sekolah berbasis Quran dan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi lembaga pendidikan sejenis.

Abstract

Evaluation is one component of the education system that must be carried out systematically and in a planned manner as a tool to measure success or targets to be achieved in the education process or learning process. Evaluation can provide a more comprehensive approach in providing information to education to help improve and develop the education system. However, not all educators have implemented effective and efficient evaluation optimally. Through the literature study method, it is expected to provide information on the principles and techniques of Islamic Religious Education evaluation to increase the insight and competence of educators in the field of evaluating learning outcomes, especially Islamic Religious Education. The principles of evaluation include the principles of integration, student involvement, coherence, pedagogy and accountability, in addition to including the principles of continuity, comprehensiveness, objectivity, and practicality. The principle of Islamic Religious Education evaluation is to determine the level of success in achieving the goals of Islamic education, namely fostering an Islamic personality through the application of integrated and comprehensive learning evaluation. Evaluation techniques that can be applied in Islamic Religious Education are test and non-test techniques to determine the development of aspects of aqliyah, qolbiyah, and amaliyah.

Abstract

The management strategy of Islamic educational institutions in facing globalization is able to produce a strong generation of Muslims, mastering science and technology, and having noble morals. To achieve this goal, Islamic education must be managed optimally through Islamic Educational Institutions. This paper attempts to examine the success factors of Islamic Educational Institutions. This study focuses on the management of Islamic Educational Institutions to face the challenges of globalization. This research is a qualitative literature study interview. The results of the literature study indicate that the management of quality Islamic Educational Institutions requires management models such as the management model of Entrepreneurship-based Islamic Educational Institutions, the management model of community/society-based Islamic Educational Institutions, and the management model of mosque-based Islamic Educational Institutions. In addition, quality Islamic Educational Institutions require both general and specific management strategies. Specifically known as strategic management. The management of Islamic Educational Institutions is carried out using management functions, namely: planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring and evaluation, often referred to as POACE

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas karakteristik anak dengan gangguan penglihatan atau tunanetra, yang merujuk pada individu yang mengalamimasalah dalam kemampuan melihat, baik sebagian (low vision) maupun keseluruhan (total blind atau buta). Penting untuk mendefinisikan ketunanetraan berdasarkan fungsi penglihatan yang masih ada untuk mempermudah penyediaan layanan Pendidikan dan keterampilan pendukung. Secara umum, tunanetra diklasikfikasikan menjadi tiga kategori : Tunanetra Ringan (Defective Vision/Low Vision), Tunanetra Setengah Berat (Partially Sighted), dan Tunanetra Total (totally Blind). Penyebab ketunanetraan berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal (endogen) meliputi faktor genetic, kekurangan gizi, kondisi mental ibu hamil, dan paparan racun obat. Faktor eksternal (eksogen) termasuk penyakit (seperti virus Rubella atau kuman sifilis), kecelakaan (fisik atau paparan radiasi/gas beracun), serta kerusakan pada lensa mata. Karakteristik anak tunanetra mencakup aspek kognitif (keterbatasan pengalaman, bergerak, dan interaksi lingkungan), akademik, sosial dan emosional (membutuhkan petunjuk dalam interaksi sosial), dan perilaku (tidak langsung mengakibatkan penyimpangan perilaku). Dalam pembelajaran, anak tunanetra memerlukan strategi pengajaran yang sangat spesifik karena cara belajar mereka berbeda.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a central goal in creating equitable education systems; however, Indonesia continues to face challenges related to learner diversity, socio-economic disparities, and geographical inequalities. The expansion of online learning platforms offers opportunities to foster more inclusive learning environments. This study explores the role of online learning platforms in supporting inclusive education in Indonesia using a qualitative literature review approach. Academic publications from 2018–2025 were systematically selected, and ten core articles were analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings indicate a moderate to significant impact of online learning platforms on inclusive education, particularly in enhancing accessibility, instructional flexibility, and personalized learning for diverse learners. When integrated with inclusive pedagogical strategies, digital platforms also contribute to increased student engagement and participation. Nevertheless, major challenges persist, including digital divides, limited teacher digital competence, uneven infrastructure, and policy–practice gaps. The study concludes that optimizing digital-based inclusive education requires targeted infrastructure investment, continuous teacher training in inclusive digital pedagogy, and stronger alignment between policy and practice.

Abstract

Basic Advanced Course (KMD) Training is a strategic program to equip students of the Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta to be able to carry out dual roles as teachers and Scout leaders. This study aims to describe the management of KMD training which includes aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation, and certification. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that training planning is carried out systematically through cooperation between the university and the Branch Office, implementation prioritizes interactive andragogy methods, evaluation covers cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, and certification is national in nature and is an official requirement for Scout leaders. The conclusion of this study is that the management of KMD training has been implemented effectively and has a positive impact on improving the competence, leadership, and readiness of PGMI students as Scout leaders in the elementary education environment.
