The importance of the measles immunization vaccine for children up to the age of 9 months to prevent children from getting sick with measles or reduce the transmission rate in the surrounding environment, especially at the Gambir Health Center. This demand is still considered ineffective and there is often an oversupply of vaccines, which results in a buildup of vaccines in storage. The purpose of this study was to create a measles vaccine needs forecasting system using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method. The model used to build this system is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and trial. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, or smart phones for shooting or sound recording. The analysis technique for system forecasting uses the SES method, while the system testing uses a Blackbox. Our findings show that the lowest MAPE value was obtained at 49.8%. The results of testing the system using a Blackbox that all components in this system are already functioning properly. With this system, it can make it easier for related parties to predict the number of measles vaccines in the new Gambir health center.

Simple Moving Average (SMA) is a method used to forecast a state of affairs in the next period. This method is applied to determine the number of blood requests in PMI in the Asahan Regency area. Blood stock is an important factor to support activities in this PMI organization by paying attention to the condition of this month /period and predicting the next period. The purpose of this study is to build a blood demand forecasting system with the SMA method. The model used to build this system is a waterfall with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The data we use for this forecasting is the demand for blood from July 2021 to June 2022. Data analysis used the SMA method to determine the rate of prediction errors in this system, while testing this system used a black box. The results of our products are in the form of a web consisting of the login menu, the main menu, the calculation results. The calculation results using the SMA method in our system are appropriate, and can display the number of blood demand stocks in each period. The results of testing the system using black box show that this system is running properly without any errors, and it is working properly. Therefore, the existence of this system can help pmi to determine the number of requests based on blood type.

Abstract: Promotion is an award given for the work performance and service of the Civil Servant concerned to the State and in accordance with their position and class. The process of proposing a promotion at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Asahan Regency is still manual, that is by entering the required documents for promotion. In this case, the proposal for promotion is still manually using physical document certainly complicates the management process and the accumulation of documents. Therefore, the use of MySQL as database management and PHP as programming language will build an information system for proposing a promotion for Civil Servant at the PUPR office of Asahan Regency, based on web and internet that provides a feature for uploading proposed documents in the form of softcopy. Keywords: Promotion; SIKAP; PHPAbstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.Kata Kunci: Kenaikan Pangkat; PHP; SIKAP

The teacher certification program is a way to improve the quality of teachers so that the quality of education is increasing. Where the performance appraisal process for each certification teacher is carried out every six months, namely by providing a report that is assessed by the teacher certification/standardization worker team, where the teacher performance appraisal report is still carried out in file collection and archived so as to allow for inaccuracies in the data and values given so that it This will affect the selection of teacher certification eligibility. The method used in this research is the MFEP method which is one of the methods of decision support systems. This method was chosen because it is more efficient than other methods included in the completion of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Utilization of MFEP requires a relatively shorter calculation time. Based on this, in selecting the feasibility of providing teacher professional allowances or teacher certification, it is necessary to build a decision support system design for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office. The results obtained are the highest preference score of 4,435 named Siti Khairani Butar-Butar and the results of the system implementation can help performance in the selection of certification teachers. So it can be concluded that this system can provide convenience in obtaining assessment results effectively on a decision support system for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office.

Abstract: Community service activities were carried out by the STMIK Royal lecturer team in the form of HR development training with the theme "Becoming Excellent Human Resources in the Digital Era" for the Regional Management Board and the District BKPRMI District Management Board whose implementation was centered in the hall of the Kisaran Timur sub-district sub-district office on 15-16 January 2022 . There are several goals to be achieved in this activity, namely: providing knowledge about HR in the Digital era, providing knowledge about HR development strategies, and providing knowledge about the benefits of technology in the da'wah process. This activity was attended by 20 representatives from the sub-district. Entrepreneurship is one of the biggest money-making sectors, even in developed countries such as Japan, South Korea and England are developing countries very rapidly because they have many entrepreneurs in their country. Entrepreneurship is now not only applied in the real world but has entered the virtual world in which it is able to create new lives, new environments, new friends and places to live like we live in the real world. This technology is called the metaverse. Many large companies are willing to invest their money in developing the metaverse. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of SMK N 1 students about the metaverse and later be able to compete with technology in the industrial era 4.0 and utilize the metaverse as a place to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Persaingan bisnis mendorong beberapa toko ponsel di Kabupaten Asahan, salah satunya ialah toko My Ponsel di kota Kisaran yang terus memikirkan strategi yang sesuai dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan ialah peralihan CRM ke Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) dengan dilatar belakangi era 4.0 dan tingginya permintaan teknologi dikalangan masyarakat modern. Selain itu, penerapan E-CRM menawarkan keuntungan seperti mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penilitian ini antara lain merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan analisis dan pengolahan data terkait dengan kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi yang lebih luas, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pemesanan produk. Instrumen penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) yang melibatkan aktivitas e-commerce sebagai strategi perusahaan untuk menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dalam waktu jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas.

Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Infrmatikan dan Komputer Royal yang berdiri sejak tahun 2011 kini memiliki 4 program studi; Program Studi Sistem Informasi dan Sistem Komputer sedangkan untuk program vokasi; Program Studi Manajemen Informatika dan Tehnik Komputer. Jumlah mahasiswa aktif 2461. Jumlah dosen 88 orang. Akreditasi tingkat institusi memiliki B, untuk program studi 3 memiliki akreditasi B dan 1 prodi akreditasi Baik. Tak sejalan dengan akreditasinya yang semakin baik, jumlah mahasiswa STMIK Royal 3 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan. Hal ini terjadi bahkan sebelum terjadinya pandemi covid-19. Masalah ini perlu diwaspadai sebagai resiko yang mungkin akan lebih buruk kedepan jika tidak segera ditindak lanjuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan Resiko Operasional, Resiko Kepatuhan dan Resiko Reputasi di STMIK Royal serta menetapkan Perlakuan atau strategi yang dilakukan terhadap resiko yang mungkin muncul dikemudian hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanasi/penjelasan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif . Langkah-langkah Manajemen Resiko membuat konteks resiko, identifikasi resiko, analisis resiko, evaluasi resiko dan mitigasi resiko. Hasilnya adalah, 27 Resiko masuk kategori unacceptable (tidak dapat diterima karena berdampak besar pada Perguruan tinggi), 17 Resiko masuk kategori undesirable (tidak diharapkan, harus dihindari). Mitigasi Resiko dilakukan pada kategori unacceptable.

MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran is a business that is engaged in selling cosmetic products such as make-up cosmetics and cosmetic care which is located on Jalan Imam Bonjol Kisaran. Makeup cosmetics are materials used to make up yourself with the aim of making it look more attractive or what is often referred to as Make-up. While cosmetic treatments are ingredients that are used on the human body to keep the body healthy and beautiful or often referred to as skincare. According to the results of interviews and observations of MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran. Demand for cosmetic products by customers tends to change according to the trends that occur. In general, the use of cosmetics is used by women. This concerns the interests of many people, especially women in terms of awareness of using make-up and skincare in order to beautify themselves and make the body look healthy and well-groomed. This has a major impact on the demand for cosmetic supplies owned by MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran.
