Abstract

Population growth is caused by three components, namely birth (fertility), death (mortality), and migration. These three components greatly affect the process of population growth that occurs. The development of population growth in one sub-district is very important to be detailed so that the development of the subdistrict can be improved. Forecasting is an important tool in effective and efficient planning. An important step after forecasting is done is verification of forecasting in such a way that it reflects past data and the underlying causal systems of such growth. As long as the forecasting representation is reliable, forecasting results can continue to be used. The purpose of this study is to apply the Trend Moment method to predict the population growth in Joman Water District in the next few years based on three components, namely birth (fertility), death (mortality), and migration. The results of this study can predict the number of population growth using the Trend Moment Method in 2022 with birth rates of 1573, 641 arrivals, 601 arrivals, and 235 displacements with errors below 10%

Abstract

The government provides several types of assistance during the covid-19 pandemic that is distributed through the agencies of each village throughout Indonesia, one of which is Punggulan Village air joman subdistrict. The types of assistance that have been distributed to citizens are Cash Social Assistance (BST), Social Safety Net Assistance (JPS), Non-Cash Sembako Assistance, and Cash Direct Assistance (BLT). So far the assistance provided by Punggulan Village is still done manually, so it is possible to occur errors in the collection and distribution of assistance. To solve the problem, the author applies one of the data mining algorithms, the K-Means algorithm, to determine the recipient of covid-19 assistance that is done by collecting population data by the specified attributes. Then the data is weighted to facilitate the calculation of K-Means, after that build a system to implement the K-Means algorithm and perform testing. Population data used is 50 data recipients of aid 2021 as a sample using 3 attributes, namely, income, dependents, and other beneficiaries. The result of this system is prospective recipients of Covid-19 assistance with 2 feasible clusters (C1) and unfit (C2)

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.

Abstract

Data on the development of Covid-19 cases globally and in Indonesia and predictions of an increase in the number of cases, of course, it is necessary to take several steps in dealing with Covid-19, the community must implement physical distancing and maintain personal hygiene and the surrounding environment as preventive measures to suppress the spread of Covid-19. This is in accordance with WHO's appeal regarding strategic steps in dealing with the global Covid-19 pandemic. As in other countries, suspect Corona (people who show symptoms of being infected with COVID-19 and are suspected of having had contact with positive COVID-19 patients) are increasing in Indonesia so that requests for specimen tests at laboratories that have been appointed by the government have also increased. For this reason, another way is needed to detect COVID-19 that is more practical and faster by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method. With the Covid-19 Early Detection expert system, so that it can provide convenience for Aek Kanopan Regional General Hospital (RSUD) doctors and patients in carrying out the Covid-19 Early Detection process in the database. Can help the Regional General Hospital Doctor (RSUD) Aek Kanopan and provide services to patients in terms of the existing Covid-19 Early Detection and successfully conclude the early symptoms of covid-19 and their handling solutions

Abstract

Teknologi menjadi peran penting dalam kegiatan pemerintah dan masyarakat. Menjadi pemantik dan penyemangat bagi birokrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi dan pemahaman masyarakat akan pelayanan publik semakin meningkat. Digitalisasi adalah satu kata yang tak mungkin lepas dari pembahasan dunia industri dan informasi di abad ke-21 ini. Berbagai bentuk digitalisasi terus digenjot, dalam rangka memudahkan semua proses yang berjalan. Digitalisasi adalah sebuah proses yang krusial, dan wajib dilakukan setiap jenis bisnis jika ingin terus berkembang. Peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah ini sesuai Instruksi Presiden No 6 Tahun 2001 tentang Telematika. Banyak peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah salah satunya yaitu banyaknya sekarang belanja online atau e-commerce tentu menambah pendapat pajak negara dan daerah. Dalam hal ini masyarakat perlu memahami hal-hal yang dilarang menurut UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Perbuatan yang dilarang terhadap penggunaan informasi dan transaksi elektronik dalam undang-undang diatur dalam Pasal 27 hingga Pasal 37 UU ITE. UU ITE melarang berisikan kategori perbuatan yang melakukan manipulasi, penciptaan, perubahan, penghilangan, pengrusakan Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik dengan tujuan agar informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik tersebut dianggap seolah-olah data yang otentik. UU ITE juga melarang bahwa setiap orang yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi orang lain.

Abstract

PT. Padasa Enam Utama adalah perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang memiliki program evaluasi afdeling disetiap tahunnya dengan cara memberikan penilaian kepada setiap afdeling. Afdeling adalah satuan yang menjadi ujung tombak dalam pengelolaan perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit, sehingga peran pimpinan dan seluruh karyawan afdeling tersebut sangat diperlukan. Proses penilaian afdeling unggulan pada PT. Padasa Enam Utama saat ini masih terbatas pada penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Excel tanpa sistem aplikasi khusus. Hal ini menyebabkan proses penilaian kurang efektif, tidak transparan, dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses penilaian afdeling unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode VIKOR untuk penilaian afdeling unggulan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan narasumber langsung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode VIKOR memberikan hasil penilaian terbaik dengan proses perhitungan yang lebih efisien. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam penilaian afdeling unggulan, serta membuat proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih cepat, efektif, dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Social Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) conducted through social media on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediator within UMKM KOOWE in Asahan District. The increasing popularity of social media for communication and transactions has become a valuable tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to promote their products, accept orders, and build customer relationships. The choice of social media is often due to its ease of use, cost-effectiveness, and lack of special skills required for operation. One challenge faced by MSMEs KOOWE is measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as obtaining a customer database through social media can be difficult. The research employs a descriptive quantitative methodology, analyzing data using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the support of Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Three hypotheses are proposed: First, SCRM significantly influences customer satisfaction; second, customer satisfaction significantly impacts loyalty; and third, SCRM directly affects customer loyalty. The results indicate that all hypotheses are accepted, confirming the positive relationships among these variables. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing effective SCRM strategies through social media to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. Businesses can leverage these findings to refine their customer engagement practices for improved performance in a competitive marketplace.

Abstract

Abstract: Schools become educational institutions in supporting the teaching and learning process to increase student potential. In the world of education, determining the best students is still an obstacle that is often faced such as subjectivity assessment resulting in diverse mindsets. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran which is located at Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The process of determining the overall champion students still relies on conventional assessments by manual means so that it requires a long assessment time, assessment is also subjective, this tends to limit recognition of diverse student potential. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application in determining the overall champion students at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran with specified criteria. The SAW method is used as a weighted summation method of the performance of each alternative across all attributes. The best alternative decision result as the General Champion Student of class IX in the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran is Naurah Ghaisani Lubis with a score of 0.906. Based on these results, it can help SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran in determining the overall champion students and become a reference in decision making.Keywords: decision support system; simple addictive weighting; general champion students Abstrak: Sekolah menjadi institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan menentukan siswa terbaik masih menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi seperti penilaian secara subjektivitas mengakibatkan pola pikir yang beragam. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran yang beralamatkan di Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Proses penentuan siswa juara umum masih mengandalkan penilaian konvensional dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penilaian yang cukup lama, penilaian juga bersifat subjektif, hal ini cenderung membatasi pengakuan atas potensi siswa yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan siswa juara umum di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan sebagai metode penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Hasil keputusan alternatif terbaik sebagai Siswa Juara Umum kelas IX pada Semester Ganjil Tahun 2023/2024 di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran adalah Naurah Ghaisani Lubis dengan nilai 0.906. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dalam menentukan siswa juara umum dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; simple addictive weighting; siswa juara umum

The final results obtained from this decision support system will provide an alternative, to recommend the best-selling Milk Product Selection in CV. Sempurna. The Best Milk Product Name SAW was Carnation Coffee-Mate Id 48x495g obtaining ranked first, next Bear Brand RTD Tin 30x189 Ml and Nestle Miss Plain Sbc Can 48x370 Gr rated two and three.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat di era globalisasi menuntut perusahaan untuk menyusun strategi dan taktik bisnis yang efisien. Supply Chain Management (SCM) merupakan kunci sukses dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar, PT Herba Penawar Al-Wahida Indonesia, yang kemudian dikenal sebagai HNI-HPAI, merupakan salah satu perusahaan Bisnis Halal Network di Indonesia yang fokus pada produk-produk herbal. Dengan perkekmbangan teknologi PT. HNI HPAI menyadarai bahwa tidak boleh tertinggal sedikitpun agar bisa menjangkau semua anggotanya yang ada di seluruh Indonesia bahkan sampai ke luar negeri. Dengan penerapan teknologi E-SCM tentu sangat memudahkan para stokisnya dalam melakukan pelaporan penjualan, pembelian, pembayaran,  dan lagsung dapat mengetahui pendapatan,  kegiatan pelaporan bisa dilakukan Dimana saja yang terpenting terkoneksi dengan internet, dapat melalui mobile atau melalui website. Melalui penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa perkembangan teknologi dalam semua unsur terkhusus SCM (Suply Chani Management) sangat membantu dalam proses pencatatan penjualan, pendapatan serta uantu mengetahua stok persediaan produk.
