Abstract

This study explores the impact of Islamic behavior on economic development and macroprudential policy, with a focus on the integration of sharia principles to achieve inclusive financial stability. The goal is to analyze the influence of Islamic behavior, transmit macroprudential policies in Islamic economics, and provide recommendations for more effective and equitable development. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to explore the impact of Islamic behavior on economic development and macroprudential policies. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, surveys, and case studies. The analysis includes thematic techniques for qualitative data and statistical analysis for quantitative data, in order to provide in-depth understanding and data-driven recommendations. Research has found that sharia principles, such as zakat and the prohibition of usury, are effective in redistributing wealth and improving social welfare. Macroprudential policies need to be adjusted to sharia principles, including profit-sharing-based financing and strict supervision of Islamic financial institutions. The implementation of sharia principles in fiscal and monetary policy supports the equitable distribution of wealth and economic stability. This study shows that Islamic behavior is positive for economic development and that macroprudential policies can be adjusted to sharia principles to improve social welfare and economic stability. The recommendations include the integration of sharia principles in policy, strengthening sharia economic infrastructure, increasing literacy, and collaboration between sectors to support sustainable sharia economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam penyediaan fasilitas publik dengan studi kasus toilet campur di Kantin Kampus Untirta Sindangsari. Prinsip utama yang dikaji adalah ṭahārah (kesucian) dan adab (kesopanan) yang penting dalam Islam, khususnya terkait kebersihan, privasi, dan kenyamanan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toilet campur tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip kesucian dan adab. Sebanyak 85% responden merasa tidak nyaman dengan fasilitas ini, sedangkan 78% menilai bahwa fasilitas tersebut tidak mendukung kebersihan sesuai ajaran Islam. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan meliputi desain ulang fasilitas toilet dengan pemisahan gender, peningkatan fasilitas kebersihan, penyediaan tanda visual, dan edukasi tentang nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi peningkatan kualitas fasilitas publik yang selaras dengan syariat Islam di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas analisis penerapan strategi digital marketing dalam fundraising Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF) yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (Laznas) PPPA Daarul Qur'an. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan penghimpunan dana ZISWAF, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini menggunakan studi kasus Laznas PPPA Daarul Qur'an yang dikenal aktif dalam mengoptimalkan platform digital sebagai saluran pengumpulan dana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi digital, seperti penggunaan media sosial, website, dan aplikasi mobile, mampu memperluas jangkauan donasi, mempermudah proses transaksi, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman digital di kalangan sebagian besar masyarakat dan adanya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan teknologi juga menjadi hambatan yang signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi digital memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas fundraising ZISWAF, dengan didukung oleh pengelola dan masyarakat.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, it is important not to ignore the role of humans in the world of work. Very tight competition in the same field of work makes people involved in it want to make optimal contributions to society, especially in the service sector in certain industries or fields of work. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction at PT. Syakirasya Wisata Mandiri. This research uses quantitative methods with data processing using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling selection method. The research results show that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Syakirasya Wisata Mandiri. The research results show partially that the service quality variable influences consumer satisfaction at PT. Syakirasya Wisata Mandiri, it is known that the calculated T value (3.796) is more than T table (2.014) with a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the price variable partially has no effect on consumer satisfaction at PT. Syakirasya Wisata Mandiri, it is known that the calculated T value (1.813) < T table (2.014) with a significant value of 0.044. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality and price by 57.5%, while (100%-57.5%= 42.5%) is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how Rahn's financing affects PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's company profits, how does Arrum's financing affect PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's profits, how does the amount of gold price affect PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's profits, how does Covid-19 affect company profits PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia, How does Financing Rahn, Financing Arrum, Gold Prices, Covid-19 simultaneously affect the company's profits PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method and uses secondary data obtained from the OJK website. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear analysis methods. The results showed that partially Rahn had a positive effect on pawnshop profit. partially Arrum has an effect on pawnshop profit prolehan. Gold prices have no effect on pawnshop profits, Covid-19 has no effect on pawnshop profits. Rahn, Arrum, the price of gold, covid-19 together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Profit Gains from Islamic Pawnshops for the 2020-2022 period. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, religiusitas, dan lokasi terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jurusan Ekonomi Syariah angkatan 2020-2023 Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Ekonomi Syariah Angkatan 2020-2023 Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang menabung di bank syariah yang berjumlah 77 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Secara simultan variabel pengetahuan, religiusitas, dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung mahasiswa di bank syariah pada tingkat signifikan kurang dari 0,05% atau 5%. Abstract

Abstract: The development of the globalization era, marked by social diversity and the spread of foreign ideologies, has made religious moderation an urgent necessity in the education system. This study aims to identify the strategies employed by teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kencong to instill values of tolerance and moderation in students, particularly in a context with diverse religious, cultural, and social backgrounds. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving teachers and students in Islamic Religious Education. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman (1994) method, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that instilling values of tolerance and moderation through innovative methods such as group discussions and simulations successfully enhances students' empathy toward differences. The integration of materials in the PPKn and Indonesian language curricula, along with parental and community involvement, also contributes to the improvement of tolerance attitudes. Academic recommendations from this study include the development of specialized learning modules focusing on values of tolerance and moderation to further strengthen students' character in a diverse society.

Abstract

Labeling halal is a way to provide information that helps consumers identify the halal status of products on their packaging. With this halal labeling, the product can be regarded as halal, offering assurance and legal protection in line with Islamic law. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of halal labeling on consumer purchasing decisions, using interest as an intervening variable for Moringa Sticks products. The sampling method employed in this study was Nonprobability Sampling, involving a total of 100 respondents. Several tests were conducted, including data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and concluded with the Sobel test. The findings of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable (X) and purchase intention (Z) as an intervening factor do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y) for the Moringa Stik product.

Abstract

The use of digital technology to collect waqf funds responded to the widespread use of digital technology in daily life. Generation Z and millennials, familiar with digital technology, are targeted for online waqf collection. However, the berkahwakaf.id platform is considered insufficient in fostering waqf intentions among these generations. One theory explaining the determinants of intention is the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). This research aims to determine the effect of waqf literacy and TRA on waqf intentions using berkahwakaf.id. The independent variable TRA includes attitudes and subjective norms, adding waqf literacy as an additional variable. This research is associative quantitative with a non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling. The population consists of Generation Z and millennials in Serang City, with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire. The findings show that waqf literacy has a positive but not significant influence on waqf intentions, meaning changes in waqf literacy do not significantly affect waqf intentions. Attitude has a positive and significant influence on waqf intentions. So, a more positive attitude towards waqf using money increases the intention to donate. Subjective norms also significantly influence waqf intentions. The greater the external influence, the higher the waqf intention. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive and significant impact on waqf intentions via berkahwakaf.id, with an influence size of 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by unobserved variables.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Index Card Match learning model in enhancing student motivation to learn Fiqh at MI Raudhatul Mukminin. Using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, the study was conducted over two cycles with 25 students aged 11 to 12 years. The intervention involved using index cards with questions and answers related to Fiqh topics, which students were required to match through collaboration and discussion in small groups. Data were collected through classroom observations, pre- and post-intervention questionnaires, and informal interviews with students and the teacher. The findings revealed that the Index Card Match model significantly improved student motivation, engagement, and participation in Fiqh lessons. Students demonstrated increased enthusiasm and confidence, and the collaborative nature of the activity fostered better understanding and retention of the material. Adjustments made during the second cycle, such as simplifying questions and adding visual aids, further enhanced the effectiveness of the model. This research highlights the positive impact of interactive and cooperative learning methods on student motivation, particularly in religious education settings.
