Abstract

SWOT analysis will be used to analyze NU Mart's internal and external factors. NU Mart has many competitors so NU Mart sales are still low. The aim of this research is to formulate a competitive strategy for the sharia marketing mix using SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study type of research. The data collection technique uses interviews with key informants, namely the directors of NU Mart and observation by looking and observing directly at the research object. From the research results, it was found that the position of NU Mart was in quadrant 1 with coordinates at the point [1.55:0.67]. Quadrant 1 position is a condition that supports aggressive strategies. This quadrant 1 position also supports the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) strategy. S-O strategies that can be implemented by NU Mart include: (1) Creating various kinds of promotions such as discount promos for NU residents, buy package promos, buy one get one free promos, end of month discounts and other promotions, (2) Intensify promotions especially to local residents both offline and online. (3) Improve service quality. (4) Opening a new branch in another location within the same sub-district.

Abstract

The importance of human resources among effective management systems. Human resource management in an organisation has become one of an agency's most essential functions and factors. This study aims to test and analyse the variables that affect employee performance, including work-life balance and burnout through job satisfaction, to develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study uses an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population and sample of 77 respondents with total/saturated technicality who are female employees in 29 sub-districts of Serang Regency. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of strongly disagree 1 - 10 strongly agree. Data were analysed with the help of SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results showed. Statistically, work-life balance can significantly affect employee performance; burnout can dramatically affect job satisfaction; work-life balance can substantially affect job satisfaction; job satisfaction can significantly affect employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work-life balance on employee performance; job satisfaction can be characterised as partial mediation. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, especially in the context of human resource management

Abstract

his study analyzes the effect of integrated marketing communication variables on brand equity to improve marketing performance. This research was conducted at Sekolah TinggiIlmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bina Bangsa Banten. Based on the results of the literature review there is a positive influence on brand equity and marketing performance and this is supported by integrated marketing communication variables such as the use of appropriate advertising media, the application of good personal sales, the promotion of appropriate sales and effective direct marketing. Thus there are seven hypotheses proposed: This research uses 108 questionnaires collected from STIE Bina Bangsa Banten as the sample. The questionnaire data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool in AMOS 22.0program to test the causality relationship of the proposed hypotheses. The results of data analysis show that the research model has a good fit/fit and all research hypotheses can be proven. The test of the proposed hypothesis shows the result that all hypotheses have met the specified condition of CR> 2.00 with probability (p)) <0.05. The conclusion is that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and direct marketing have a positive effect on brand equity and the brand equity has a positive effect on marketing performance, and advertising and direct marketing have a positive effect on marketing performance. This study provides some limitations of the research and future research agenda that can be done as further research.

Abstract

The objective of these researches are to know how implementation of Leadership and Workers Involvement Influence on Service Performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District. This research used quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables were analyzed by using SPSS 16.00 program. The number of samples used in this study were 52 respondents.  Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that there is no leadership program and employee involvement, the value of service performance of 2.162 units. The leadership regression coefficient (0.441) means that if the leadership program is increased by 1 unit, then the service performance will increase by 0.441 units. Leadership regression coefficient of (0.538) means that if the leadership condition is increased by 1 unit then the service performance will increase by 0.538 units. Result of hypothesis test where Fcount> Ftable (68,762> 3,194). With a real level of 5% which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This indicates that the leadership and the involvement of workers significantly influence the service performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for good management of employees in managing workloads, work conflicts and work stress to be able to improve the resulting performance and be strengthened by a better level of job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of workload management, work conflict and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The research was conducted at PT Harapan Teknik Shipyard with a total sample of 58 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is an influence of work conflict management on employee job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress management on employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship of work conflict management on employee performance. There is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work stress management and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease to use and subjective norms on intention to use with perceived usefulness and attitude towards use as an intervening variable (a study on users of the JKN mobile application segment of workers receiving corporate wages in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan). The data collection methods used are library research and field studies by distributing questionnaires to 190 users of the JKN mobile application for the segment of workers who receive wages for business entities in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on intention to use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; and attitude towards use has a positive and significant effect on intention to use.

Abstract

The study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the effect of Human Development Index, Regional Minimum Wage and Unemployment on the Poverty in Banten Province in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in 2017-2021. This research utilizes secondary data sources by Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other related sources. The study employed panel data regression as its research method, with the Eviews9 program being used for analysis. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Human Development Index have negative and insignificant effect to povety; (2) Regional Minimum Wage have positive and significant effect to poverty; (3) Unemployment have positive and significant effect to poverty; (4) Independent variables exert a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. This research aims to help the government to prioritize poverty alleviation programs to reduce poverty rates in Banten Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Upah Minimum Regional dan Pengangguran terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel sebagai metode penelitiannya, dengan menggunakan program Eviews12 sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (2) Upah Minimum Regional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (3) Pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (4) Variabel-variabel independen memberikan pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam memprioritaskan program-program pengentasan kemiskinan untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Mountea products. This type of research uses quantitative research with a correlational approach. The sample in the study amounted to 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques are used for instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis with SPSS version 26.0. The results of the data analysis show that the results of the partial test (t test), Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and influencer marketing partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, while halal awareness has no significant effect. The simultaneous test results (F test) show that F count (43.474) > F table (2.72) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Islamic capital market, conventional capital market, and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is a time series with the Auto regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The samples used in this research are quarterly reports of the capitalization value of sharia shares (JII) and conventional shares (LQ45), the net asset value of sharia and conventional mutual funds, sukuk and bonds corporations and inflation during the 2014-2022 period. Using Eviews 10 software, the results of this research show that sharia shares, sharia mutual funds, sukuk, and conventional stocks have a significant negatif effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, conventional mutual funds, bonds, and inflation have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari pasar modal syariah, pasar modal konvensional, dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah time series dengan metode (Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan triwulanan nilai kapitalisasi saham syariah (JII) dan saham konvensional (LQ45), nilai aktiva bersih reksadana syariah dan konvensional, sukuk dan obligasi korporasi serta inflasi selama periode 2014-2022. Dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saham syariah, reksadana syariah, sukuk, dan saham konvensional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan variabel reksadana konvensional, obligasi, dan inflasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu implementasi dan efektivitas distribusi dana zakat di LMI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan data lapangan (Field Research). Subjek pada penelitian terdiri dari Ketua LAZNAS LMI Jakarta, Pegawai Laznas LMI Jakarta, dan beberapa mustahik LMI Jakarta. Sedangkan objek pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan LMI Jakarta periode 2019-2022 yang dihitung menggunakan Disbursement Collection Ratio (DCR) yang terdapat dalam Zakat Core Principles poin 10, yaitu manajemen pemberdayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi distribusi zakat di LMI Jakarta diwujudkan dengan adanya tiga program utama dalam pendistribusian, yaitu dakwah, pendidikan, dan ekonomi yang disalurkan untuk empat mustahik, yaitu fakir, miskin, fiisabilillah, dan amil. Efektivitas distribusi zakat di LMI Jakarta pada periode 2019-2022 jika dijumlahkan masuk dalam kategori cukup efektif dengan persentase pendistribusian sebesar 61% dari dana zakat yang terhimpun. Kecepatan waktu distribusi secara konsumtif maupun produktif di LMI Jakarta masuk dalam kategori cepat. Hal ini menunjukan distribusi dana zakat di LMI Jakarta jika ditunjau menggunakan menggunakan Disbursement Collection Ratio (DCR) dan kecepatan waktu pendistribusian sudah cukup efektif.
