Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Indonesia Divisi Regional II Jabodetabek, melalui disiplin kerja yang telah dilakukan para karyawan dan pengawasan supervisor terhadap karyawan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan primer yang diperoleh dari data statistic pada tahun 2016-2018 serta dilengkapi dengan pembagian kuisioner terhadap para karyawan PT. Telkom. Semua data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel disiplin kerja dan variabel supervisi berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Sedangkan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan. Kata-kata Kunci: Regional II PT. Telkom Indonesia, Disiplin Kerja, Supervision, Kinerja Karyawan.

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Tangerang terus melakukan usaha dan upaya untuk bertranformasi dalam persaingan dunia global saat ini. Pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi tantangan untuk mengelola dan mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Tangerang. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, deskriptif dan kausalitas. Sampel sebanyak 63 karyawan dengan metode probabilty sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan memperoleh hasil sebesar 88,23% (sangat baik), budaya organisasi memperoleh hasil sebesar 86,61% (sangat kuat), serta disiplin kerja memperoleh hasil sebesar 90,50% (sangat tinggi). Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan dan parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terkait kinerja karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Tangerang.

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu prasyarat untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja pada perusahaan PT Len Industri (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan kausalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Data primer diperoleh dari 84 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, variabel kerjasama tim masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dan variabel kepuasan kerja masuk dalam kategori baik. Dari analisis kausalitas diperoleh temuan bahwa gaya transformasional secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,503, kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,695, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan F hitung sebesar 70,736.

An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of transformative leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in the context of the Indonesian Logistics Bureau. This study filled a research gap, and required repeated tests to assess the impact of transformative leadership and organizational culture on employee performance from different viewpoints. The research tool used was a cross-sectional quantitative study by a questionnaire (survey) of up to 69 respondents for all personnel of the Indonesia Logistics Bureau West Java Regional Division. Multiple linear regression analysis of data processing techniques revealed that the performance of employees was influenced by transformative leadership and organizational culture. The results of this analysis included positive guidance, in particular on the importance of a leader's role in empowering and encouraging workers through active engagement with them, and the presence of positive organization principles boosted organization performance.

The goal of every company is increasing the productivity, revenue and give the value added to shareholders, employee engagement gives higher productivity, and as the asset of the company, employee reflects the organization performance. The goal of this study is to explore if perceived organizational support can mediate the link between human resource practice and employee engagement. The approach utilized was a causal descriptive quantitative research method; this study distributes 240 questionnaires for a different position in 4 companies in Bandung - Indonesia. Data was measured and explained using path analysis technique. The mind findings are HR practice tend to affect the EE, but this effect is explained by the mediating influence of POS to better EE. POS will help employee to become more engaged with the organization, so organization must pay attention when introducing the HR policies, this process will decide the level of support workers experience and the degree to which they will interact with the current organization. As one of the state-owned companies engaged in logistics, Perum BULOG Divre Jawa Barat always needs high-quality human resources with high work productivity in order to achieve the company's goals. In increasing work productivity, organizational culture and work environment is one of the factors to increase the productivity of Perum BULOG Divre Jabar. This study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on the work productivity of Perum BULOG Divre Jabar. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the level of employee productivity, organizational culture and work environment and to know and analyze how the influence of organizational culture and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. This type of research uses descriptive and causal analysis. The research method used is a quantitative method. In this study using a sample of 69 employees of Perum BULOG Divre Jabar. The method used is quantitative by processing research data using multiple linear regression to determine the level of relationships between variables partially or simultaneously. The results of the study show that work productivity, organizational culture and work environment are currently classified as good. Then for organizational culture variables have a partial and significant effect that is proven through the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) where t count> t table (6.557> 1.668) and a significant value <5%. In addition, the work environment also has a partial and significant effect as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) where t count> t table (3.807> 1.668) and significant value <5%. Then the organizational culture and simultaneous work environment towards work productivity are proven through the results of hypothesis testing (f test) where F count> F table (142,287> 3.14).

This study investigated the mediation of job satisfaction in the relation between work motivation and affective commitment. An affective commitment was considered as an important factor that reflects how employees attached to their organization. An employee with high affective commitment will perform better and contribute more. It is crucial for every organization to identify factors that can drive its employees to develop affective commitment. Work motivation is considered as a factor that impacts the employee's emotional commitment towards the organization. Meanwhile, job satisfaction also believed to increases such commitment. The current study used 192 workers from the five largest roof tile manufacturers in Majalengka as participants. Using a bootstrapping approach, this study found that work motivation effects directly on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction also effects directly on affective commitment. This finding showed that job satisfaction has a mediation role in connecting work motivation and affective commitment, which was also the main finding of this research. A comparison with previous studies will be discussed, and managerial suggestions will be provided to improve employee's affective commitment.

Sumber daya manusia menjadi pelaksana utama aktivitas manajerial serta operasional di suatu organisasi. Mengorganisasikan karyawan dalam unit-unit yang terkelola merupakan modal utama yang harus diperhatikan manajerial untuk menjaga organisasi tetap terarah kepada tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sumhing Indonesia Cikarang Jababeka. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai ialah penelitian kuantitatif, di mana bermacam data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan guna menguji hipotesis yang sudah ditetapkan, berikutnya menginterprestasikan hasil analisis tersebut guna kesimpulan diperoleh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 90 responden menjawab kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21.00 for windows. Berdasarkan analisis statististik ditunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja punya pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sumhing Indonesia Cikarang Jababeka

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah atau UMKM berperan penting serta stratejik terkait pembangunan ekonomi nasional. UMKM berperan menumbuhkan ekonomi, menyerap tenaga kerja dan mendistribusikan hasil-hasil usahanya. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi dua tahun belakangan ini telah membuat dampak besar kepada kegiatan UMKM salah satunya di kegiatan pemasaran mereka. Seiring dengan pembatasan social yang sudah mulai diringankan banyak tempat seperti hotel, fasilitas umum, kantor dan institusi telah dibuka kembali secara berkala. Tempat-tempat tersebut merupakan potensi dalam penguatan kembali di kegiatan pemasaran pada UMKM. Kecenderungan UMKM dalam menggunakan cara konvensional tatap muka secara langsung untuk memasarkan produknya tidak akan dapat dilakukan, ketika ada regulasi yang diberlakukan kembali. Dalam hal ini diperlukan bentuk pelayanan dan fasilitas secara digital yang membantu UMKM dalam menguatkan pemasaran produknya tanpa harus terkena dampak regulasi pembatasan social secara langsung. Penguatan pemasaran ini diperlukan untuk membantu UMKM dalam memulihkan kembali usaha mereka yang telah terdampak dari banyak regulasi selama masa Covid-19 berlangsung. Untuk itu dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini, kami mengajukan Penerapan Pojok UMKM Sebagai Sarana Penguatan dan Marketing Produk UMKM Web Katalog pada Komunitas Food Community Bandung. Sebagai mitra, dipilih UMKM Food Community.
