Abstract

This research develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based three-phase electrical energy monitoring system using Firebase for real-time energy management at PEM Akamigas Campus. The system integrates PM1200 Schneider power meter, ESP32 microcontroller, RS485 to TTL converter, and Firebase Realtime Database to monitor electrical parameters (voltage, current, power) simultaneously across three phases. Implementation testing was conducted for two hours with two-minute intervals, demonstrating system reliability with 100% data transmission success rate and latency under 2 seconds. Results show power fluctuations ranging from 9177W to 26285W, with peak consumption of 26285W occurring at 16:00-16:28, correlating with campus operational patterns. Compared to previous research, this system offers advantages in simultaneous three-phase monitoring, scalable cloud integration, and the excellent processing capabilities of ESP32. Although the system relies on a Wi-Fi connection and is not equipped with predictive features, opportunities for further development include the integration of machine learning, notification systems, integration of building management systems, and expansion to multiple locations for sustainable smart campus energy management.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Implementasi kebijakan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) di rumah sakit daerah bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan melalui fleksibilitas pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, ketersediaan alat kesehatan yang optimal masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pemeliharaan dan dukungan teknologi informasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kebijakan BLUD, anggaran pemeliharaan alat kesehatan, dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan dengan peran manajemen pemeliharaan sebagai variabel intervening di RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Kabupaten Berau. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 156 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga medis, paramedis, dan staf manajemen. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 24.0. Hasil: Implementasi kebijakan BLUD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan (β = 0,325; p < 0,001). Anggaran pemeliharaan alat kesehatan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan (β = 0,289; p < 0,001), begitu pula infrastruktur teknologi informasi (β = 0,267; p < 0,001). Manajemen pemeliharaan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen dengan ketersediaan alat kesehatan dengan nilai indirect effect sebesar 0,412. Kesimpulan: Implementasi kebijakan BLUD, anggaran pemeliharaan, dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan alat kesehatan melalui optimalisasi manajemen pemeliharaan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah penguatan sistem informasi manajemen aset dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam maintenance management. Abstract

Conventional sales of used shoes still face various limitations, including limited market reach, difficulty displaying product variations, and inefficient transaction and stock management processes. These issues result in low marketing effectiveness and an increased potential for errors in transaction recording. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce platform focused on online used shoe sales as a solution to these constraints. The system was developed using a waterfall model approach, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 4 framework and the MySQL database management system. Testing was conducted using black-box testing to verify the suitability of the system's functionality to user needs. The implementation results showed that the system is capable of providing key features such as a used shoe catalog, product search, user account management, checkout process, and transaction reporting. Overall, the developed platform has been proven to improve sales management efficiency, expand market reach, and reduce the potential for errors in the transaction process. Thus, this system contributes to the optimization of the digitalization of micro-enterprises in the used goods trade, particularly in the shoe sales sector, through integrated and easily accessible technology solutions.

Abstract

Barbershop is a men-only barbershop that has spread in the corners of the city. Barbershop is an option for young people from adolescence to adulthood because barbershop provides more services that cannot be obtained in conventional barbershops. With the high interest of visitors and the need for barbershops, often the search for barbershops becomes an obstacle for visitors because they do not know the location of the barbershop they want, especially to find a barbershop in Baturaja is not easy for visitors from outside the area because of the many barbershops that are in the scope of Baturaja, therefore for the search for barbershopsin Baturaja a Geographic Information System is needed that can make it easier to know the location and distance of barbershops. In designing and building a Geographic Information System, map data is needed in the form of location coordinates by observation at each barbershop. Geographic Information System using Google Maps Application as a map of the region, this system is lighter and easier to use because it only focuses on the location and proximity of barbershop. With the Geographic Information System visitors who come in Baturaja will be helped to find the location of the nearest barbershop.

Abstract

One Coffee Metro merupakan sebuah usaha mikro yang bergerak di bidang makanan yang terletak di Kota Metro. Di era digital, pengelolaan informasi persediaan barang sangat penting. Saat ini, pencatatan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel di komputer Putra Baru Swalayan karena komputer di One Coffee digunakan untuk kasir. Hal ini menyebabkan kendala tingginya jumlah file data barang hingga laporan yang perlu di masukkan ke beberapa lembar kerja Microsoft Excel. Serta proses perhitungan yang memakan waktu dan rawan kesalahan, menurunkan efisiensi waktu dan ketidaksesuaian pada hasil data yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi persediaan barang pada One Coffee Metro berbasis web. Dalam memperoleh data untuk melakukan penelitian menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Framework Codeigniter. Database yang digunakan MySQL dan PhpMyadmin. Pendekatan pemrograman yang digunakan adalah terstruktur, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Waterfall sebagai pengembang perangkat lunak. Tahap pengujian web ini akan menerapkan black box testing dan beta testing yang akan di uji kelayakan ditempat penelitian oleh admin dan pemilik. Penelitian ini berhasil dirancang dan diimplementasikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan penelitian berhasil tercapai yaitu dengan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi persediaan barang pada One Coffee Metro berbasis web yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di One Coffee Metro dan diharapkan memberikan kontribusi yang bermanfaat bagi One Coffee Metro bagi admin dan pemilik.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values and modern management theories in educational management represents a strategic response to the challenges of contemporary education. Islamic values such as trust (amanah), honesty, justice, responsibility, and deliberation provide strong ethical foundations that can synergize with modern management principles, including efficiency, effectiveness, transformational leadership, Total Quality Management (TQM), and data-driven decision-making. This integration enables the development of an educational management system that not only emphasizes academic excellence, but also prioritizes character formation, moral integrity, and spiritual development. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, using content analysis of relevant academic literature, scientific journals, books, and policy documents related to Islamic education management and modern management theory. The analysis focuses on synthesizing key management concepts such as POAC (Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing, and Controlling) with core Islamic values to construct a holistic and value-based management framework. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic values with modern management theories can strengthen institutional governance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and support sustainable quality improvement in educational institutions. This conceptual study contributes to the development of an integrative educational management perspective that balances spirituality, ethics, and modern organizational effectiveness, while providing a theoretical foundation for future empirical research in Islamic education management.

Abstract

21st century skills need to be mastered by learners for education to be of high quality and relevant to the demands of the times. These skills include critical thinking, creative thinking, the ability to collaborate, as well as effective communication skills, all of which are important in facing global challenges and the complexity of the modern workplace. The purpose of this study was to evaluate article reviews on the incorporation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) into physics teaching to support the development of these skills. The method used was a systematic literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) design consisting of four main stages, namely identification, screening, validity, and inclusion. The Scopus database was used as a search source for relevant scientific articles. A total of 1613 papers discussing STEM integration in physics education were found from 2018 to 2024. Of these, 25 papers were selected based on screening criteria and topic suitability. Based on the data synthesis of these articles, it can be concluded that the application of the STEM approach in physics learning significantly supports the development of 21st century skills. In addition to the four key skills, this integration also has the potential to strengthen civic values and character education through contextualized and interdisciplinary learning approaches. Collaboration between the STEM approach and other innovative learning models, such as problem-based learning or project-based learning, is considered effective in creating deep and meaningful learning experiences for students.

Abstract

Abstrak : Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro menghadapi kendala layanan administrasi manual yang tidak efisien, memakan waktu, dan rawan kesalahan. Pendaftar harus datang langsung untuk registrasi dan menyerahkan bukti bayar, menyebabkan antrean panjang, sementara tidak ada sistem notifikasi maupun pelacakan status layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan membangun sistem informasi layanan administrasi berbasis web menggunakan metode Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), menggunakan PHP, Laravel, dan MySQL. Sistem yang dibangun berhasil mendigitalisasi seluruh proses layanan, mulai pendaftaran online, unggah bukti bayar, hingga notifikasi email otomatis. RBAC efektif membatasi hak akses sesuai peran pengguna, pengguna yang terlibat diantaranya Pendaftar, Staf Administrasi, Staf, Penerjemah, dan Kepala Lembaga, sehingga keamanan data terjaga. Hasil pengujian Black Box dan Beta Testing menunjukkan sistem berjalan sesuai fungsi, diterima pengguna, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi layanan administrasi di Lembaga Bahasa. Abstract: The Language Institute of Muhammadiyah Metro University faces inefficiencies, time consumption, and errors in manual administration services. Applicants must register and submit payment proof in person, causing long queues, while the absence of a notification and tracking system hinders users. This research aims to address these issues by developing a web-based administrative service information system using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The development employed Rapid Application Development (RAD) with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. The system successfully digitized the entire service flow, from online registration and uploading payment proof to automated email notifications. RBAC effectively restricts access rights by user roles—Applicant, Administrative Staff, Staff, Translator, and Head of Institute—ensuring data security. Black Box and Beta Testing results confirm the system’s functionality, user acceptance, and ability to improve efficiency and transparency in administrative services. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja jaringan internet di Kantor Kecamatan Mesuji dengan menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) guna mengidentifikasi permasalahan serta menemukan solusi yang dapat meningkatkan stabilitas dan efisiensi jaringan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah lambatnya akses internet, tingginya latensi, gangguan koneksi, dan kurangnya pengelolaan bandwidth, yang berdampak negatif terhadap pelayanan publik.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), yang mencakup tahapan analisis, perancangan, simulasi, implementasi, monitoring, dan manajemen. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta diuji menggunakan Blackbox Testing untuk menilai kelayakan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen bandwidth melalui konfigurasi Simple Queue pada perangkat Mikrotik mampu meningkatkan performa jaringan. Parameter QoS seperti throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss menunjukkan perbaikan setelah implementasi. Manajemen bandwidth yang tepat memungkinkan distribusi koneksi yang lebih merata, sehingga mendukung kelancaran proses administrasi di kantor kecamatan. Penerapan metode QoS terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas layanan jaringan internet di lingkungan pelayanan publik. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan untuk pengembangan sistem jaringan di instansi serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi harga kopi robusta di Kabupaten Muara Enim pada tahun 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan data mining berbasis algoritma Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan Decision Tree. Harga kopi sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi yang signifikan sehingga dibutuhkan metode prediktif yang akurat guna membantu petani, pengusaha, dan pemangku kebijakan dalam menentukan strategi pasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data harga kopi dari bulan Januari hingga April 2025 yang diperoleh langsung dari para pengumpul kopi di Muara Enim. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Orange Data Mining dan dibagi menjadi data training dan testing. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga algoritma memiliki tingkat akurasi yang bervariasi, di mana algoritma Random Forest memberikan hasil prediksi paling stabil. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi machine learning dapat membantu dalam meramalkan harga komoditas secara efektif
