Abstract

Physical work and body posture will be related to the workload obtained, because it will affect production results. Based on the observations of 4 packing operators, there are problems with how they work, so there are some defective/failed to packs products, because some operators complain of fatigue, especially in the hands, back, and feet, and do not focus on one job. From material lifting, and packing processes to cleaning up failed products and products that fall from the conveyor. The methods used are the Recommended Weight Limit (RWL), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA). can find out the level of risk category of each packing operator, and can improve posture/body position and workload carried out, with the aim of improving the workings of the riskiest operators in order to be optimal at work. The results of the study were operators 3 and 4 with higher working risk levels. The workload for operators 3 0.80 ± LI = did not cause any risk to the activity performed and the weight of the load lifted, resultant posture score 9 (very risky), right-handed activity 6.7 (medium risk), and left-handedness 11.9 (very risky). Whereas operator 4 obtained a workload yield of 1.14 li LI, which may increase the risk of complaints of waist pain and weight lifted beyond the standard, posture 6 (medium), right-hand activity 11.2 (high risk), and left hand 6.7 (medium risk).

Abstract

PT. Segar Murni Utama is a company engaged in the mineral water industry, especially the production of MOJO TRAS demineralized water. PT. Segar Murni Utama introduces demineralized water products widely and is marketed among the general public to meet the needs of the community. This company prioritizes the quality of demineralized water very well.The purpose of this study was to optimize the production operator time for the cup section and optimize the packing process time for the cup section using the MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence of Technique) method. MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Tecnique) is one of several ways of timing sub-operations or movements. The BEST method includes basic sort patterns.The results of this study in the cup production operator section showed that the right hand and left hand maps were known to have 8 activities, and 8 activities on the process flow map. The total time is 1410, the normal time (WN) is 0.85 minutes, the standard time (WS) is 0.017 hours, the standard output (OS) is 59 cartons/hour, and the final calculation result is 413 cartons/day. While the results of improvements in the packing cup section obtained the following results: Right hand and left hand maps are known to have 11 activities, and 11 activities on the process flow map. The total time is 2110, the normal time (WN) is 1.26 minutes, the standard time (WS) is 0.023 hours, the standard output (OS) is 43 cartons/hour, and the final calculation result is 301 cartons/day.

Abstract

From the results of initial observations at PT Moya Kasri Wira Jatim in the process of setting the quality target of ice blocks, so that the workforce working in the company must meet the targets. Of the 26 male workers we interviewed experienced fatigue. This is due to the demands of targets that must be met and workers work in a less conducive physical environment, namely a lot of dust that can harm breathing, and working at temperatures high enough so that workers sweat a lot. This study used observational analytics that aimed to see the relationship between Fatigue with Body Mass Index (BMI) and Sleep Quality. The result indicates that there is significant corelation between BMI and fatigue with significance value p=0,030 < α (0,05), and also there is significant relationship between sleeping quality and work fatigue with significance value p = 0,008 < α (0,05). So, it is concluded that there is corelation between sleeping quality and BMI with work fatigue.

Abstract

Berkah Toys is one of the UMKM engaged in the production of surpets, dolls. mattresses and pillows that utilize HDP (High Density Padding) and dakron (Silicon) as the main raw materials. When sales are rising, UMKM owners will apply an excessive overtime policy, resulting in a decrease in the worker attendance rate by 20%, which is as many as 2-3 workers out of a total of 13 workers. In addition to resulting in decrease in attendance, excessive overtime also causes fatigue in workers, both physical fatigue and mental fatigue. Therefore, workload strengthening must be carried out on UMKM workers of Berkah Toys, the methods used are the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Task Load Index) and CVL (Cardiovascular Load) methods. From the results of research conducted for the NASA-TLX methods, the factors that most affect workload are performance (22,32%) and physical needs (21,64%) while from the CVL method it is known that there are 38 % of workers who experience physical fatigue, namly as many as 5 production workers.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan yang pesat saat ini di Indonesia, organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki opsi untuk mengeksploitasi aset yang melimpah ini dalam sebuah organisasi terkait SDM, ventura, material. Dari sekian banyak aset yang dapat diakses, ini sangat kuat untuk koherensi pembentukan organisasi. Kesulitan yang sering muncul dalam proyek nonlinier, lebih spesifiknya perbedaan antara pendekatan dalam program nonlinier yang digunakan membuat tidak ada teknik yang luar biasa dalam menangani masalah program nonlinier. Ini beragam dalam pemrograman langsung, pemrograman langsung yang menggunakan beberapa teknik pemrograman langsung dapat memberikan hasil akhir yang serupa. Masalah dalam hipotesis kemajuan seharusnya nonlinier jika kapasitasnya nonlinier dan persyaratannya nonlinier atau lurus.Permasalahan nonlinear pada umumnya diselesaikan menggunakan teori-teori khusus dalam proses perhitungan, metode ini dapat dipergunakan untuk mencari titik optimal dari suatu fungsi dengan tidak memandang apakah fungsi tersebut linear atau nonlinear. Dalam program kuadrat, strategi ini digunakan untuk linierisasi kapasitas. Oleh karena itu, sangat menarik bahwa proyek kuadrat dapat ditangani dengan menggunakan metodologi lurus.Kata kunci: Nonlinier, Pemrograman, dual simpleks

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya bisnis kuliner yang menjamur, dimungkin tingkat persaingan yang terjadi sangatlah ketat. karena itu segala upaya dilakukan oleh pemilik dalam upaya mempertahankan pelanggan. karenanya memberikan sentuhan dengan memberi ciri setiap usaha serupakan suatu keniscaan. hal ini, agar usaha yang dijalankan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan dan tidak berpindah. penelitian ini dilakukan di café wachito yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinggan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. metode yang digunakan dengan mengguanakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian variabel Fasilitas dan Harga memberikan pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan sebesar 66.5% terhadap kepuasan konsumen pelanggan Wachito di Sidoarjo, nilai signifikansi. Artinya bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat diciptakan melalui harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan dan Mempengaruhi intensitas kunjungan yang lebih kuat sehingga peningkatan kualitas pelayanan harus berorientasi pada pelanggan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, Loyalitas, harga, SEM

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan industri beton pracetak. Produktivitas merupakan elemen penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di era revolusi industri 4.0 yang dimulai pada tahun 2011 sampai sekarang. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui penurunan atau peningkatan pada produktivitas perusahaan PT. XYZ. Untuk mengetahui produktivitas perusahaan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran dengan metode Marvin E. Mundel yang memiliki keunggulan dapat digunakan untuk melihat peningkatan atau penurunan produktivitas secara spesifik atau melihat input masing-masing dan metode analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats (SWOT) yang memiliki keunggulan mampu mendeteksi setiap kelemahan dan kelebihan perusahaan sehingga dapat meminimalisasi dampak atau konsekuensi yang akan terjadi dimasa akan datang. Maka dapat di identifikasi permasalahan dan penyebab-penyebab terjadinya penurunan dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel di dapatkan indeks produktivitas total terendah pada bulan April dengan nilai indeks produktivitas sebesar 87,24%. Hal ini di sebabkan oleh kualitas dan kemampuan tenaga kerja yang kurang memadai sehingga masih banyak jam kerja yang tidak efektif, keterlambatan pengiriman material dari supplier dan material yang tidak sesuai dengan standar quality control, kenaikan harga biaya energi yang terus mengalami inflasi, dan kerusakan pada mesin produksi sehingga biaya maintenance yang dikeluarkan relatif mahal. Sedangkan strategi yang dapat diambil dari hasil analisa menggunakan metode Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats (SWOT) adalah strategi SO (Strengths Opportunities) dengan mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (strategi agresif) yaitu berupa pengembangan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) dan pengembangan skala usaha perusahaan.

Abstract

PT. Varia Usaha Beton As a company engaged in the downstream cement product industry, work productivity is one of the main components in determining the success of the implementation of a production, for the paving production section in this December PT. Varia Usaha Beton produces as many as 67482 paving, with product defects as many as 1290 paving and for the number of paving passing the test as many as 66192, so the purpose of this research is to maximize production targets and can find out the standard time required by workers in completing work in the production section. this time the researcher uses work sampling method, work sampling is a technique to conduct a large number of observations on the work activities of workers. Observation of work activity for an interval of time taken at random on one or more workers and then recording whether the worker is in work or unemployed. Workload analysis or workload is an effort that must be expended by someone to meet the demands of the job. The results from the observation of the data above obtained a productive percentage value of 0.73, and a non-productive percentage value of 0.27, a delay ratio of 0.36 performance level of 73%, the number of productive minutes is 11096 so, it can be determined that one product can be completed in 19.81 minutes, p is 0.73, the upper control limit is 0.89, the lower control limit is 0.57, with the workload is 93.74%, therefore it can be said to be good because it is not more than 100%.

Abstract

PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk. (SPINDO Unit IV) is a company engaged in manufacturing welding spiral pipe production. In 2019 there was an increase in maintenance costs compared to 2018, which in 2018 amounted to Rp 305.180.000 to Rp 329.940.000 in 2019, which mean an increase of Rp 24.760.000 or 8%. Based on those problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the policies that should implemented to reduce maintenace costs. The method used is markov chain method. By using the markov chain method, it can be determined the best policy that can lead to lower maintenance costs, whether preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance. So that the company can determine the best maintenance policy for the future. The result obtained from using the markov chain method for this research are that maintenance on the roller machine results in a saving of Rp 68.000.000 compared to initial maintenace costs, maintenance on the welding machine results in a saving of Rp 36.650.000 compared to initial maintenace costs, maintenance on the cutting machine results in a saving of Rp 54.020.000 compared to initial maintenace costs.

Abstract

UD Company. Dua Putra has a total of 5 employees and applies a working time system of 2 shifts per day. In the production process, the target that must be met within 1 month is 2000 packing crackers. From April 2022 to September 2022, the production output of tofu crackers experienced an average decrease of 17% or 350 packs of crackers. This is caused by changes in working hours and operator fatigue during production activities. In overcoming this problem, overtime is an option to complete the predetermined targets. The aim of this research is to measure the level of work fatigue and determine the factors causing fatigue among workers in tofu cracker production operators and provide suggestions for improvements to reduce the level of worker fatigue. The method used in this problem is the Bourdone Wirsma method, which is a simple measurement method that can determine mental work load and measure speed, accuracy and concentration as well as monotonous work in employees. From the analysis of the Bourdone Wirsma test method for speed levels, the results obtained were 80% of the weighted score results of "8.5", "8", "13", "12" in the quite good category. Accuracy calculations for tofu cracker production employees obtained results of 100% from the weighted score results of "5", "5.5" in the doubtful category. Concentration calculations get results of 100% from the weighted score results of "5.5", "5" and "4.5" in the doubtful category.
