Abstract

Intense competition, uncertain market conditions, and social and lifestyle factors are often the reasons why a brand must always keep up with the times, either by changing some aspects of the brand partially or totally. Brands that experience stagnation or even losses have to be decided whether to be dismissed or retained. If the choice is maintained, then brand rejuvenation can be an alternative. Brand rejuvenation is an attempt to bring a brand that can’t make money into money-making with new positioning. Our partners, Wajit Cililin craftsman, have started their business decades ago. Since the business was founded, not many changes and innovations have been made in terms of supply so that partners are currently experiencing a phase of stagnation in their business. For this reason, the team offers a solution, namely a brand rejuvenation assistance program. The output of this program, in addition to the report, is also in the form of a scientific article, a scientific poster, and registration of intellectual property rights in the form of partners’ brands. Specifically, this program will produce logo and packaging designs for partners, to the point that the packaging is ready to use according to the design plan. The program consisted of a series of activities begins with a pre-survey to see the latest conditions of partners, personal interviews with potential partners to raise priority needs for which solutions will be made, literature studies to enrich to theoretical foundations of packaging design, surveys to get the preference of consumers, packaging design, packaging production process and evaluation of consumer perceptions of the logo and packaging that has been made.

Abstract

Industri pengolahan makanan, merupakan salah satu sektor unggulan Kota Cimahi yang menyumbang sekitar 46.8% ekonomi masyarakat. Menurut data dari Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, UKM dan Perindustrian Kota Cimahi, industri rumah tangga dalam hal pengolahan tahu/ tempe di tingkat rumah tangga mencapai 29,63%. Seperti halnya industri lain, industri pengolahan tahu menghasilkan limbah yaitu limbah cair dan padat, yaitu ampas tahu. Ampas tahu yang dihasilkan saat ini masih mengandung air yang cukup banyak yang dapat menimbulkan bau tidak sedap bila disimpan lama. Pemanfaatan limbah ampas tahu ini pun belum maksimal. Kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku industri tahu untuk bisa mengurangi kadar air dalam pengolahan ampas tahu sehingga ampas tahu yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan lebih maksimal, salah satunya menjadi produk olahan unik nugget ampas tahu sebagai bentuk diversifikasi produk. Tidak hanya itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana cara untuk memasarkan produk nugget ampas tahu secara online untuk bisa menutupi kekurangan sumber daya waktu dan manusia. Abstract

Lulusan perguruan tinggi memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dipersiapkan menjadi wirausahawan yang unggul, yang tidak hanya akan memandirikan dirinya secara ekonomi kelak, tetapi juga turut mengembangkan potensi ekonomi daerah yang pada gilirannya menjadi akan berdampak positif bagi perekonomian negara. Untuk mampu membentuk lulusan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki jiwa dan keterampilan kewirausahaan, perguruan tinggi telah memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan dengan berbagai program seperti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha dan Kompetisi Bisnis Mahasiswa Indonesia. Pentingnya pengembangan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, melatarbelakangi program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang kewirausahaan ini yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi masalah penyelenggara program kewirausahaan, dan (2) mengidentidikasi masalah yang diha-dapi tenan kewirausahaan. Penghimpunan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui obeservasi dan analisis kata-kata lisan dari obyek yang diamati. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu penyelenggara program kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi dalam emnentukan strategi untuk mencapai keberhasilan tujuan programnya. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat mendorong digitalisasi di berbagai sektor salah satunya perdagangan. Perdagangan elektronik di Indonesia terus mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dan diprediksi akan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tingginya peluang untuk berkembang dalam bidang perdagangan elektronik atau e-commerce mendorong banyak pelaku usaha di bidang fashion untuk mulai menggunakan e-commerce business to consumer untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Meskipun banyak pelaku usaha yang berkecimpung dalam bidang e-commerce, tingkat konversi website business to consumer masih rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan fitur – fitur pada website e-commerce business to consumer produk fashion yang dapat mempengaruhi intensi konsumen untuk melakukan suatu perilaku tertentu khususnya perilaku pembelian ulang, kunjungan ulang, rekomendasi, dan komentar positif. Terdapat enam dimensi kualitas website yang diuji dalam penelitian yaitu meliputi daya tarik visual website, daya tarik visual produk, kualitas informasi, waktu respon, keamanan, dan kepercayaan. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 181 orang responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion melalui website e-commerce business to consumer. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik visual website, kualitas informasi, keamanan, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung tidak mempunyai sistem pengelolaan dokumen pelayanan masyarakat yang baik sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan dokumen administrasi sehingga siap dikelola oleh software Image Ware Scan Manager (IWSM). Software ini memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dalam jumlah yang besar secara efisien dan proses indeks dokumen secara otomatis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Sistem administrasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi pekerjaan para perangkat desa sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan lebih tertib dan cepat.

Abstract

The Cibaduyut shoe industry is one of the creative industries in the city of Bandung which has experienced a decline in turnover, this happens because there are several problems related to the entrepreneurial competence of entrepreneurs. In addition, the decline in turnover illustrates that Cibaduyut Shoes are not able to compete with its competitors. The purpose of this study to determine entrepreneurial competence, competitive advantage, and determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on competitive advantage in the Cibaduyut shoe industry. The research method uses a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach and simple regression analysis. The sample of this study was 122 respondents consisting of owners and employees. The results showed that the entrepreneurial competence and competitive advantage of the Cibaduyut Shoes Industry were in the good category. Then it is known there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial competence on competitive advantage of 13.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh program inkubasi bisnis di Rumah BUMN Bandung yang mencakup dimensi incubator selection performance, resource munificence, business assistance intensity dan professional management service terhadap kinerja organisasi usaha mikro bidang kuliner yang mencakup dimensi kinerja keuangan dan kinerja non-keuangan pada anggota Rumah BUMN Bandung. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 pelaku usaha mikro dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang dipakai yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa setiap adanya peningkatan dalam program inkubasi bisnis sebesar 1%, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sebesar 0.685. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan program inkubasi bisnis berkontribusi sebesar 46,9% terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengungkapkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari program inkubasi bisnis di Rumah BUMN Bandung terhadap kinerja organisasi usaha mikro bidang kuliner.

Abstract

The intention to visit a Village-based Tourism destination is still remaining low, especially during post-pandemic sessions. Our study wants to observe the intention to visit among several factors to fill this gap. Focus on finding marketing strategies that are more practical to increase the intention of visiting Village-based tourism destinations. Thus, this research is conducted by experimental research to examine the intention of visiting Village-based tourism using a message framing based on regulatory focus manipulation. 237 respondents participated in this study. The result shows that participants under the manipulation condition show greater intention to visit the VBT destination than those without any manipulation condition. Thereby, it indicates using a message framing through regulatory focus increases the visit intention toward village-based tourism destinations.

Abstract

Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM) Ecotourism was formed at May 4th 2009 to manage tourist attractions under Perum Perhutani, the Regional Division of West Java and Banten. Because of that, KBM Ecotourism requires employees and managers to monitor or directly supervise tourist attractions on a regular basis through business trips. Every trip requires a business trip warrant or SPPD approved by General Manager and made by HR staff. Beside SPPD, travel documents needed by employees are accountability sheets that contain details of travel expenses. Currently, business trip recording system at KBM Ecotourism uses Microsoft Excel. SPPD and accountability sheets are created by manually changing the existing templates. The calculation of business trip expenses are still done manually by HR staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the management of business trip in KBM Ecotourism becomes more effective and efficient. Because of that, a business trip application web-based was created to manage business trip in KBM Ecotourism. This application made by waterfall software development method. The waterfall model consists of analysis, design, coding and testing. After the application has been made, it is tested by the staff. The results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and the recording of business trip in the company becomes faster. Compared with the previous system, the information of business trip displayed was more detailed. Travel document template also doesn't need to be changed many times because it will be processed immediately by the system and ready to be downloaded.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, particularly the internet, has enhanced convenience in human life. This technological development has provided facilities that simplify the execution of online trade transactions, commonly known as e-commerce. Consequently, e-commerce has evolved to create infrastructure for online trade. Tokopedia is one of the e-commerce platforms in Indonesia that offers a variety of products and services for buyers, facilitating transactions between sellers and buyers through its application or website. Trends indicate a decline in Tokopedia's e-commerce transactions in Garut Regency from February to May 2024. At the beginning of 2024, Tokopedia faced news that caused losses for some of its users in Garut Regency, impacting the security and trust aspects of purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of security and trust on consumer purchasing decisions in Garut Regency on Tokopedia's e-commerce platform. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with non-probability sampling techniques and a purposive sampling sub-technique. The study population consists of Tokopedia e-commerce users spread across Garut City, with a sample size of 256 respondents. The results indicate that security and trust have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, with an impact of 52.7%.
