Abstract

Abstrak: Hadhanah adalah persoalan pemeliharaan anak/hak asuh anak. Didalam KHI Pasal 105 hufuf a menyatakan bahwa pemeliharaan anak yang belum mumayyiz atau belum berumur 12 tahun adalah hak ibunya. Kemudian didalam Pasal 156 KHI juga dijelaskan bahwa, apabila ibu meninggal dunia atau tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagai pengasuh, maka sesuai urutan akan dikuasakan kepada garis keturunan ibu. Tetapi dalam beberapa kasus salah satunya di dalam putusan No 0830/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Dmk mengabulkan permohonan pemohon dengan menetapkan hak asuh anak dibawah umur kepada bapak, yang dalam ini berkedudukan sebagai pemohon. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif, analisis data dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Kesimpulan yang dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini, adalah; Pasal 105 Kompilasi Hukum Islam bahwa hak asuh anak yang masih berusia dibawah 12 tahun adalah hak ibunya, tetapi ada beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia yang dapat dijadikan acuan agar hak asuh anak di bawah umur tersebut dapat dikuasakan kepada bapak kandungnya, diantaranya Pasal 41 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, Pasal 49 Undang-Undang Perkawinan mengenai permintaan pencabutan hak asuh anak oleh salah satu ataupun kedua orang tua maupun keluarga dari anak tersebut dan Pasal 14 Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak mengenai pemisahan seorang anak dengan salah satu atau kedua orang tua.

Abstract

To create a positive image of the madrasah, the role of public relations is very necessary, apart from that, collaboration with Islamic religious education teachers is very necessary, because Islamic religious education teachers also play a role in improving the image of the madrasah. through character building, and developing students' interests and talents, and from these two roles it can increase public trust in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data validation uses triangulation (source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation). The synergy between Islamic religious education teachers and the head of public relations in building the image of the madrasa at MTs Salafiyah Kerek includes mutual communication and coordination. The impact of the synergy between Islamic religious education teachers and the head of public relations in building the image of the madrasa at MTs Salafiyah Kerek for the school, namely coaching and forming student character, increasing the number of students, and increasing student achievement. The impact on society is that it attracts people's interest in sending their children to MTs Salafiyah Kerek.

Abstract

Effective mosque management requires a well-structured management system and active community participation to ensure optimal services for congregants. However, At-Taqwa Mosque in Nguwok Village, Modo District, Lamongan Regency, faces several challenges, including inadequate administrative management, unclear distribution of managerial responsibilities, and limited involvement of mosque youth in mosque activities. Therefore, this community service program aimed to enhance the quality of mosque management and congregational services through participatory mosque management assistance. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of five stages: preparation, needs assessment, program planning, implementation of assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The participants included mosque administrators (takmir), management board members, and mosque youth. The results demonstrated significant improvements in mosque governance through better administrative practices, strengthened organizational management, more structured work programs, and increased participation of congregants, particularly mosque youth. Furthermore, the program fostered collective awareness regarding the importance of organized, transparent, and sustainable mosque management. These findings indicate that the participatory approach is effective in enhancing the capacity of mosque administrators and supporting the development of the mosque as a center for religious and community activities.
