Abstract

In implementing the marketing strategy, it is always related to marketing recommendations consisting of four variables, namely: product, price, place, promotion. BCG analysis is based on the basic premise that a company should have a balanced portfolio of business, which produces more than the amount it uses. Its role is determined by two factors, namely: (1) Market Growth Rate (2) Relative Market Share. The BCG analysis has 4 cells representing 4 combinations showing the lowest growth rate and market share, namely: stars, cash cows, dogs, and question marks. The data collection methods used in this writing were the observation method, the interview method (unstructured), and the documentation method. BCG analysis was carried out based on data on the sales volume of Usaha Kopi Bubuk 1001 of Bengkulu City in 2018 and 2019 which were compared with the sales volume data of Usaha Kopi Bubuk Aroma in 2019, to obtain a relatively high level. From the results of research with BCG analysis, it can be seen that the market growth rate of Usaha Kopi Bubuk 1001 of Bengkulu City in 2019 is 14% and the relative market share is 1.6x, then Usaha Kopi Bubuk 1001 of Bengkulu City is in the Star position, which indicates that growth high market and relatively high market share, and it is related to the Product Life Cycle, the product position of Usaha Kopi Bubuk 1001 of Bengkulu City is in the Growth stage, so the strategy used by Usaha Kopi Bubuk 1001 of Bengkulu City is the Hold strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the community satisfaction index at PLN Bintuhan in South Kaur Subdistrict of Kaur Regency based on the implementation of The Utilization of the State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 14 of 2017. The analysis method used was the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) based on The Utilization of the State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 14 of 2017 with nine indicators; namely requirements, procedures, completion time, cost, product type service specifications, implementing competencies, implementing behavior, handling complaints of suggestions and input, facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of the community satisfaction index, 78 with service quality B with good criteria because it is in the range of conversion interval values 76.61 - 88.30. The implementing competency element is the element that gets the highest average score of 3.29 Good criteria. The lowest satisfaction value is the completion time with an average value of 2.78 with a less good rating because it lies at an interval value of 2.60 - 3.064..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and entrepreneurial mentality on accounting students' interest in entrepreneurship. Interest in entrepreneurship is a sense of preference and a sense of interest in a thing or activity, without anyone telling. In conducting research, the researcher uses the survey method. Based on the Slovin formula, the research sample obtained is 50 people from a total population of 102 people using the accidental sampling method. To find out the interest in entrepreneurship in accounting students at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu, the researcher used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The results show that: 1). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest as indicated by the value of t-count > t-table (3.780 > 2.012). 2). Entrepreneurial mentality has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship as indicated by the value of t-count > t-table (4.753 > 2.012). 3). Entrepreneurial motivation and mentality have a positive and significant effect together on interest in entrepreneurship as indicated by the F-count > F-table (61.378 > 3.20).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial statements of randy variasi store in Sukamakmur Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat Sub-District, North Bengkulu, whether it includes Financial Accounting standards for micro, small, Medium Entites (SAK EMKM). This type of research is descriptive and comparative. The data analysis technique used is a qualitive method, namely the theoretical concept and description of the object of research as well as a comparison of the two presentations of the research results by collecting financial data made by the store. The research found that the store has not compiled and presented financial reports in accordance with the provisions of the financial accounting Standards for Micro Small and Medium Entites (SAK-EMKM), the store is supposed to presents 3 (three) types of financial statements, namely statements in practive, Randy Variasi Store only provides monthly cash statements and annual cash reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the internal control system for cash receipts at Hotel Adeeva Bengkulu City, especially cash receipts from cash sales. Data collection tools were carried out by means of documentation and unstructured interviews. The analytical method used is comparative analysis comparing the theory put forward by Mulyadi Hotel Adeeva Bengkulu City regarding the cash receipt internal control system. The results of this study indicate that the internal control analysis of cash receipts at the Adeeva Hotel, Bengkulu City, is not good enough because there is still no separation of functions and there is an overlap between the existing functions of the front office. The authorization system and recording procedures at the Adeeva Hotel in Bengkulu City are inadequate, because there is a one-way system where the front office still has dual duties as seen from the reception of guests and supervises payments at the cashier. Employ competent Adeeva Hotel, Bengkulu City, has conducted training for new employees and conducted a fairly strict employee selection before being accepted as employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the BKD-PSDM Office of Kaur Regency. Samples in this study were 38 employees at the BKD-PSDM Office of Kaur Regency. The data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results show the regression value Y = 1.054 + 0.686X1 + 0.364X2¬with a positive regression direction, meaning that if the work environment and job satisfaction increased, the performance of employees at the BKD-PSDM Office in Kaur Regency would also increase. The BKD-PSDM office in Kaur Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the more the work environment at the BKD-PSDM Office of Kaur Regency increases, the performance will also increase. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at the Kaur Regency BKD-PSDM Office, because the significant value of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increase in job satisfaction will increase the performance of the employees of the BKD-PSDM Office of Kaur Regency. The work environment and work satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the BKD-PSDM Office of Kaur Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant effect between work environment and job satisfaction on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.618. This means that the work environment and job satisfaction affect performance by 61.8% while the rest (100-61.8% = 38.2%) is effected by other causal factors not examined in this study)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of developing Gimbo honey business in Bengkulu city. The analysis method used is a feasibility study analysis from the financial aspect which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Groos B / C), and Payback Period (PP). The results showed the value of Net Presen Value (NPV), indicating a positive or large number of 0 (zero), namely Rp. 0.33, -, meaning that the expansion of Gimbo Honey Business in Bengkulu City can be said to be feasible to be developed. The internal rate of return (IRR) is known to be 13.22% greater than the percentage of the cost of capital (credit interest), which is 12%, which means that the expansion of the business is feasible for development. This shows that if the funds for investment are saved or deposited to a bank with an interest rate of 12% or better, it is developed because it will generate an interest rate of 13.22%. Gross B / C is greater than 1 (4.97> 1). and Payback Period (PP) of 2 years 11 months shows that you can get back the invested funds within 7.5 months, meaning that the business development of Gimbo Honey Business in Bengkulu City can be continued. This shows that the level of income is greater than the total cost so that an investment of IDR 262,935,000 can be continued.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the marketing strategy was carried out by the small business coffee powder owner Mak Pika in Sekalak village, Seluma Utara sub-district, Seluma sub-district. The sample in this study was 52 people consisting of 12 employees for internal factors and 40 people for external factors, namely customers from Mak Pika coffee powder. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis consisting of an Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). Mak Pika's Small Business Strategy in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency supports an aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in the SWOT matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 2.02 while the weakness is 1.31, then the internal factor quadrant is 2.02 + 1.31 = 3.33 which means that the ability of Mak Pika's Small Business in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency in utilizing strengths and minimize internal weaknesses. The opportunities for this strategy are 1.96 and the threats are 1.47. Then the external factor quadrant is 1.96 +1.47 = 3.43, meaning that the high ability of Mak Pika Small Business in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by companies in marketing ground coffee business.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the dual role conflict correlation toward work stress on State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Health Office of Kaur Regency. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. From the total population, a sample of 32 people was taken with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used was the quantitative analysis method with Spearman Rank correlation. There is also a significant correlation between multiple role conflicts and work stress of State Civil Apparatus(ASN) in Health Office of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the National Unity and Political Body of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study were 32 employees at the Seluma Regency Political and National Unity Agency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.019 + 0.425X1 + 0.379X2 + 6.272 (e). The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.473. This means that X1 (supervision), X2 (work discipline have an effect on performance (Y) by 47.3% while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by other variables that are not researched. in this research. The results of the F test indicate that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (supervision) and X2 (work discipline) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on performance (Y). Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance because the significant value is 0.014 <0.05, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance because the value is 0.035 <0.05.
