Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 has an impact, namely the demand for the labor market has changed, where the automation revolution replaces work that is usually capable of being done by humans and poses the risk of termination of employment. The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies that must be possessed by graduates based on aspects of organizational activity according to the needs of the industry. The data in this study are in the form of literacy studies, data from direct interviews with the industry and questionnaires to a number of respondents. Testing the validity of the questionnaire using the product moment correlation formula, followed by reliability testing using the Cronbach alpha. Meanwhile, to determine the sample size in this study using the purposive sampling technique with a total of 75 respondents consisting of practitioners and graduates of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FT-UNJ), Indonesia. The research method is carried out with a qualitative descriptive method which is intended to obtain results that describe in detail the competencies that must be possessed by graduates based on aspects of organizational activity according to the needs of the industry. The results of the research related to the competence of graduates needed by industry 4.0 based on aspects of organizational activity, namely open minded, decision making abilities, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility, service orientation, coordinating with others, leadership skills, critical thinking and creativity skills, skills in technology, and complex problem solving.

Abstract

Mata pencaharian masyarakat Kecamatan Muara Gembong pada umumnya adalah di sektor perikanan, terutama pertambakan dan penangkapan (nelayan). Layaknya masyarakat di Kecamatan Muara Gembong, mata pencaharian masyarakat di desa Pantai Sederhana terletak pada sektor perikanan. Berdasarkan observasi secara umum, sumber pendapatan sebagian adalah sebagai nelayan, karena masyarakat Kecamatan Muara Gembong telah menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor perikanan yang terdiri dari nelayan, buruh nelayan, penjual ikan dan lainnya. Pendapatan yang di raih dari sumber sektor perikanan tak pernah menentu setiap harinya, karena pendapatan mereka di tentukan oleh cuaca, ombak dan atau air pasang surutnya laut. Kondisi lingkungan pemukiman masyarakat pesisir, khususnya nelayan masih belum tertata dengan baik dan terkesan kumuh. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang relatif berada dalam tingkat kesejahteraan rendah, maka dalam jangka panjang tekanan terhadap sumber daya pada sektor perikanan akan semakin besar guna pemenuhan kebutuhan pokoknya. Sehingga diperlukan ide kreatif bagi masyarakat untuk dapat mengelola hasil perikanan dengan baik agar menjadi nilai tambah perekonomian mereka. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan: (1) Sebesar 70% masyarakat di wilayah Kecamatan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi berada dalam tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi rendah; (2) Sebesar 70% masyarakat di wilayah Kecamatan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi sulit menjual sumber daya perikanan di lingkungannya; (3) Sebesar 70% UMKM di wilayah Kecamatan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi kesulitan dalam mengembangkan produknya. Untuk itulah, perlunya diadakan Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Menggali Ide Bisnis dan Desain Logo Produk Agar Dapat Bersaing di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Bagi Masyarakat Desa Pantai Sederhana Kecamatan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company based in South Jakarta, focused on providing smart logistics solutions using Logistics Information Systems in its business. Researchers want to measure the influence of Logistics Information Systems on Goods Delivery Efficiency. In this research, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive research method using a questionnaire as a research instrument and distributed it to 15 users of the PT XYZ Logistics Information System using a simple random sampling technique in sampling. Results from this research show a relationship (R) of 0.816. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was obtained at 0.666. The calculated F value = 25.926 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The constant value (α) is 6.601, while the Logistics Information System variable value (b / regression coefficient) is 0.828. The tcount value is 5.092 > ttable 2.131. This means that there is an influence between the Logistics Information System variable (X) on the Goods Delivery Efficiency variable (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the flow of growth in export and import activities after Covid-19 and to determine the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the export and import activities of PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk. This research is descriptive qualitative research, research data obtained through data collection. After that, the data was analyzed qualitatively and then explained descriptively. Based on the research results, it was found that the flow of export growth in vehicle groups experienced increases and decreases at different times for each cargo, including CBU cargo, heavy equipment, and spare parts. Meanwhile, the flow of import growth for the vehicle group experienced a decline from 2019-2020 and experienced an increase again in 2021, this was due to restrictions related to the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact resulting from training, the state of the work environment, on employee performance at KSO TPK Koja. This study wore a descriptive quantitative approach. in this study the population used was all employees of KSO TPK Koja. The information in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 37 respondents. Data analysis was tried using multiple linear regression methods using the SPSS model 25 software feature. The results prove that training has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees produced, not only that, the work area in fact does not have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tingginya arus petikemas dan keterbatasan luas lapangan penumpukan terminal petikemas di Tanjung Priok menghasruskan terminal petikemas untuk menekan dwelling time. Dwelling time adalah waktu bongkar muat peti kemas yang dilakukan dari kapal sampai petikemas keluar dari pelabuhan. Proses dwelling time di pelabuhan yaitu pre-clearance, customs clearance, dan post-clearance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dwelling time yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (1) Mengetahui faktor penyebab lamanya dwelling time; (2) Mengetahui dampak dwelling time. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan studi literatur, data yang dibutuhkan dapat diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta website. Faktor- faktor penyebab dwelling time pada umumnya adalah adanya 2 jalur utama Bea Cukai dalam proses pengeluaran peti kemas impor yakni jalur merah dan jalur hijau. Menurut Asngadi (2017) menyatakan jalur merah adalah perlakuan pabean atas Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB). Tingginya dweliing time dipelabuhan Tanjung Priok sudah lama dialami oleh pemilik barang.

Abstract

Public transportation is a type of public transportation that is used together with crowded people. Public transportation in Indonesia is very diverse, it has even spread to online transportation. With this diversity of public transportation, it should be able to reduce the percentage of traffic jams which is a scourge in several regions in Indonesia. But unfortunately, there are still many people who prefer private modes of transportation. Why did this happen? In this paper, we will discuss what things might make people reluctant to use public transportation modes and prefer private modes of transportation. As well as what factors can improve the quality of public transportation for the comfort and safety of users. In determining the research method, the authors chose to use a descriptive qualitative method with a case study data collection technique. Quoted from several relevant data sources such as journals, books, and websites that discuss the same thing.

Abstract

Jabodetabek Commuter Line KRL is a public transportation that is now widely used by the general public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Jabodetabek KRL in the eyes of its users. This study uses the literacy study method in which research uses journals available in electronic media. The results of this study show that the service quality of the Jabodetabek KRL has been satisfactory for its users. However, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. Overall, the users are satisfied and the Jabodetabek KRL has a good reputation or image in the eyes of its users.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the causes of problems or obstacles related to receiving activities, starting from trucks entering the gate-in to leaving the gate-out at the Koja Container Terminal, and providing an understanding of the impacts resulting from the identified problems or obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which describes and explains the conditions, phenomena or research variables studied. Truck Round Time analysis at the export container terminal shows that there are several obstacles in the process of receiving containers at the stacking yard. The time of receiving activities can be seen from the length of Truck Round Time, where only 33% of that time reaches the ideal standard, while 67% is still below the ideal standard. The length of time for receiving activities that do not reach ideal standards has negative impacts, such as the potential for congestion inside or outside the terminal, which can harm the good name of the Koja Container Terminal, reduce customer loyalty and satisfaction with the terminal, and hamper other operational processes within. Abstract

Perlunya meningkatkan kualitas dalam pembelajaran di mana berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara terbatas kepada beberapa peserta didik kelas XI TKR 1 SMKN 1 Rengasdengklok, diketahui bahwa sistem pembelajaran masih bersifat ekspositori dimana guru menyampaikan materi secara verbal. Temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa adanya siswa kelas XII TKR yang tidak lulus ketika pelaksanaan Ujian Kompetensi Kejuruan pada pekerjaan tune up mesin bensin, sehingga harus melakukan remidial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL), project based learning (PJBL) dan ekspositori terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kognitif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan desain nonequivalent (pretest and posttest) control group design. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu dua variabel bebas dengan (X1) PBL dan (X2) PJBL serta variabel terikat (Y) yakni kompetensi kognitif. Populasi terdiri dari siswa Kelas XI TKR 1 dan XI TKR 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI TKR 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil belajar pada kelas PBL dan PJBL lebih tinggi daripada kelas ekspositori. Kedua model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran di SMK.
