Abstract

Hal yang mendasari untuk melaksanakan workshop pendampingan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka untuk guru-guru sekolah dasar se-Kabupaten Gorontalo dikarenakan beberapa guru belum dapat mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka secara optimal tuntutan dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi serta belum dapat melaksanakan asesmen awal pembelajaran dan asesmen yang berbasis HOTS. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Pelatihan dalam bentuk workshop dengan rangkaian kegiatan: 1) persiapan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Evaluasi, 4) Rencana tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan: 1) Hasil Pre Test dan Post Test Kemampuan dalam menyusun Asesment Awal rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh guru pada Pre Test sebesar 67,24%, sedangkan untuk rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh guru pada Post Test sebesar 70,12%. 2) Hasil Pre Test dan Post Test Kemampuan dalam menyusun Asesment Formatif dan Sumatif Pembelajaran menunjukkan perbandingan yaitu 50,6 % berbanding 61,22 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru mengalami penurunan dalam menyusun Assessment Formatif dan Sumatif yang dibuktikan dengan perbandingan pemahaman guru dalam menyusun Assessment Awal. 3) Hasil Pre Test dan Post Test Kemampuan dalam merancang Assessment berbasis HOTS (higher order thingking skills) dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan adanya penurunan pemahaman guru yang mengikuti workshop hasil Pre Test sebesar 59,6 % dan Post Test sebesar 36,32 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemapuan guru dalam melakukan assessment berbasis HOTS (higher order thingking skills) mengalami penurunan yang sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan diagram assessment awal dan assessment formatif dan sumatif

Abstract

Bullying is a problem that frequently occurs in school environments and has negative impacts on students’ psychological, social, and academic development. This condition highlights the importance of strengthening a positive school culture as a preventive effort to create a safe and comfortable learning environment. This activity was a community service program aimed at increasing students’ knowledge, understanding, and awareness of the forms, impacts, and prevention strategies of bullying through the reinforcement of positive culture at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosari, Boalemo Regency. The community service methods included interactive lectures, discussions, and educational video screenings involving 49 junior high school students as participants. The evaluation was conducted using simple indicators, including observation of participant engagement, question-and-answer sessions, and individual summary assignments to assess improvements in understanding. The results showed that approximately 85% of participants were actively involved in discussions, 78% of students were able to clearly explain bullying concepts and prevention strategies, and a positive change in students’ attitudes toward rejecting bullying behavior was observed. Overall, this community service activity plays an important role in enhancing students’ awareness and participation in building a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture as a strategic approach to bullying prevention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan optimalisasi pengelolaan Laboratorium Komputer dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa di SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, ditinjau dari: (1) ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, (2) program kerja, dan (3) layanan laboratorium. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif eksplanatori, melibatkan 32 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kriteria penilaian terdiri atas sangat optimal hingga sangat tidak optimal, dengan kategori optimal pada rentang 81–90%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana berada pada kategori optimal, dengan fasilitas komputer, jaringan internet, pendingin ruangan, dan ruang laboratorium yang memadai; (2) program kerja laboratorium dirancang terstruktur, memudahkan siswa memahami penggunaan teknologi digital; dan (3) layanan laboratorium berada pada kategori optimal, mendorong siswa lebih aktif dan mandiri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan laboratorium yang optimal berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi digital siswa.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of human resource management (HRM) in an inclusive elementary school at the Laboratory Elementary School of Gorontalo State University, focusing on planning, professional development, performance evaluation, and compensation. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected from principals, regular and special education teachers, administrative staff, and parents through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that HR planning is flexible and data-driven but remains reactive due to limited forecasting and formally trained staff. Professional development strengthens teacher competence through collaborative workshops, yet sustainability depends on integrating programs into school policy. Performance evaluation emphasizes formative feedback but lacks standardized criteria for inclusion-specific competencies, and compensation relies heavily on intrinsic motivation with minimal non-financial recognition. The study highlights that effective inclusive HRM requires systemic alignment across pedagogical, emotional, and institutional domains, balancing professional competence with teacher well-being, and offers practical insights for policy and school-level strategies to sustain inclusive education in the Indonesian context.
