Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing KUBE Al-Fazza di Desa Sebong Pereh, Kabupaten Bintan, melalui inovasi metode ecoprinting dan pemasaran digital. Program ini didanai oleh hibah Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdikbudristek) dalam skema Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan ecoprinting dengan bahan lokal, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan pemasaran, serta evaluasi program. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk KUBE dengan terciptanya kain ecoprint dan produk turunannya seperti tas dan aksesori, yang dipasarkan melalui kerja sama dengan destinasi wisata lokal. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran KUBE Al-Fazza, serta membuka peluang pengembangan green economy bagi UMKM lain di wilayah Bintan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the implementation of the Blue Economy and Sustainable Development Goals No. 14 on Cempedak Island. The Blue Economy aims to achieve economic and social benefits while maintaining the sustainability of the marine environment in the long term, while Sustainable Development Goals No. 14 focus on sustainable management of marine biological diversity, reduction in marine pollution, sustainable fisheries resource management, and environmentally friendly and sustainable marine development. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection is done in two ways: by interview and by library study. Where the informant answers questions that have been prepared by the author based on research indicators. Data processing techniques in this study include performing checks and corrections, performing re-reviews, and providing an explanation of the results of the research carried out. The results of this study show that the implementation of the blue economy based on four (four) indicators in total has been implemented in the activity, but there is one (one) indicator that is still in the trusting phase, namely multiple revenue, where the author does not get information on such matters. Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals No. 14 as a whole has been implemented through activities and work programs since Cempedak Island is a member of the Long Run Alliance Member (LRAM), which is committed to achieving sustainability 4C, namely conservation, community, culture, and commerce. Based on the results of interviews in this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Blue Economy and Sustainable Development Goals No. 14 on island tourism has basically been well implemented. But there are indicators of the blue economy that are still in the credibility phase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the controller in an effort to reduce inventory loss at the Utama Hardware store. The theory used includes agency theory, the role of the controller, and the internal control system. Agency Theory explains how the relationship between company’s owner and management in a company, that some times there was a different goals. This research method is included in qualitative research, using primary data and data obtained through interviews and field observations. The results of this study indicate that the role of a controller in an effort to minimize the risk of losing inventory, namely by implementing an appropriate assessment system for inventory, every purchase and sale of goods will be recorded, checking on incoming goods and outgoing goods, adjusting the order notes for goods with incoming goods, so that if there are errors in incoming goods can be directly informed to the store owner, apply good relations and communication between employees, and implement a control system for goods inventory to carry out supervision in order to reduce the risk of unbalanced goods.Keywords: Controller, Internal Control System, Inventory

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competitiveness of the UMKM Kopi Kuda Berkait in Sebong Pereh Village through packaging innovation and digital marketing education for local UMKM. The innovation involved designing modern, hygienic, and functional packaging to enhance the product's appeal and strengthen its brand identity. Digital marketing education was provided to the UMKMs in Sebong Pereh Village, including the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The implementation methods included interviews, observations, documentation, participation, and socialization. As a result, the packaging innovation successfully enhanced the branding of Kopi Kuda Berkait, while the digital marketing education helped local UMKMs understand digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between macroeconomic factors (GDP, inflation, dollar exchange rate) and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This quantitative research uses secondary data in the form of panel data from the 2017-2022 period. The data collection technique was carried out through secondary data collection, while the data analysis used panel regression with EViews 12 software. The results show that the inflation rate has a significant effect on the achievement of the SDGs, while GDP and the dollar exchange rate do not have a significant relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of controlling inflation in supporting sustainable development and provide insights for policymakers to design more effective development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the size of a company and its adherence to good corporate governance affect its value, with a focus on food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the period from 2020 to 2022. The research sampled 37 companies using purposive sampling. It employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through literature review and web searches, primarily from official agency websites providing relevant reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Econometric Views (E-Views) 12 application. The findings indicate that while company size and good corporate governance do not directly impact financial performance, they do influence company value when financial performance serves as an intermediary variable.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari Green Accounting, Media Exposure, dan Agresivitas Pajak terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang Listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2017 – 2022. Terdapat 30 amatan data yang diperoleh dengan Metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan Uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan CSR. Sementara, Media Exposure dan Agresivitas Pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan CSR. Green Accounting, Media Exposure, dan Agresivitas Pajak secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan CSR. Diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,289 yang artinya seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 28,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self control, financial attitude, dan financial socialization terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan (financial management behavior) pada mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang yang menggunakan paylater. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Jumlah sampel adalah 82 responden. Tahapan analisis meliputi pengumpulan data, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji korelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan. Namun, financial attitude dan financial socialization memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan. Kesimpulannya, dari ketiga variabel independen yang diteliti, hanya self control yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada mahasiswa pengguna paylater.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia sebelum dan sesudah merger yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode RGEC yang berdasarkan rasio risk profile, gcg (good corporate governance), earning, capital. Objek untuk penelitian ini yaitu Bank Syariah Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahunan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah rasio risk profile (non performing financing), rasio good corporate governance, rasio earning (return on assets), rasio capital (capital adequacy ratio). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) merger yang dilakukan membawa perubahan baik terhadap non performing financing pada Bank Syariah Indonesia setelah merger, (2) rasio good corporate governance nilainya lebih baik sebelum merger yang hampir mendekati kategori sangat sehat, (3) hasil perhitungan rasio return on assets setelah merger pada Bank Syariah Indonesia mengalami kenaikkan sehingga dapat dikatakan setelah merger membawa perubahan yang baik, (4) capital adequacy ratio setelah merger pada Bank Syariah Indonesia lebih baik nilainya.

Abstract

To create a company's customers, implement a good marketing strategy that starts from within the company, one of the strategies that needs to be done is differentiation strategy. The product differentiation and varied prices presented by Toyota on the All New Veloz are expected to provide many choices that consumers can choose from to support their daily mobility with cars and support sales volume. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Influence of Market Differentiation and Segmentation on the Sales Volume of All New Veloz car units at the Agung Toyota Batam Centre. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive research method, using primary and secondary data, as well as data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires which are carried out by distributing to the respondents as many as the number of samples that have been determined, namely 66 respondents from the number of buyers of the All New Veloz car unit at Agung Toyota Batam Center in the last 6 months which amounted to 66 buyers. The results of the study obtained are known that the regression equation obtained is Y= 10.646 + 0.443X1 + -0.551X2 + 0.737X3 + e which can be interpreted that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on the variable Y. and it is known that the results of the determination coefficient test show the value of Adjusted R Square which is 0.421 or 42.1%. Thus, 42.1% is the value of the contribution of the influence of product differentiation variables, prices, and market segmentation on sales volume. While the remaining 57.9% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.
