This study aims to show the relationship between physical fitness level and physical education learning concentration. The population of this study were all students of class VIII of Al Amin Islamic Junior High School, North Cikarang. By using the cluster random sampling technique, one class from the total VIII class was selected as the sample to be studied. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The data used is data obtained from instruments in the form of an Indonesian student fitness test to measure the level of physical fitness of students and a concentration grid test to measure the level of concentration of students. To prove the hypothesis proposed, the data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between the level of physical fitness on the concentration of students, namely r count (0.432) > r table (0.349) at alpha = 5% with N = 31-1 = 30 and a significance value of p 0.015 < 0.05. These results are positive, meaning that the better the physical fitness, the better the concentration of students. The result of the coefficient of determination (r2) obtained of 0.186 means that physical fitness contributes 18.60% to the concentration of students' learning, and the remaining 81.40% is influenced by other factors.

Futsal is a sport that is popular with people in the current era because futsal is easy to play and there are not many rules like other sports. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there was an effect of training methods using audiovisual media on the accuracy of shooting results. The population in this study was 20 extracurricular students at SMA PGRI Cicurug. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling, which consisted of 20 futsal extracurricular students. The instrument used in this study was a shooting accuracy test, then extracurricular students were given the treatment of viewing videos 3 times a week for 8 meetings. Research data were analyzed using the normality test and t-test. testing the hypothesis of the calculation results obtained that the significance value of the experimental group's tcount was 5.037 > ttable 2.093 with a value of 0.000 <0.05, so the experimental group had a significant influence. When viewed from the pretest average of 10.9 and the posttest average of 12.95, a mean difference of 2.05 is obtained, this indicates that the audiovisual media on the accuracy of the shooting results gives a better change, namely 18.80% compared to before being given audiovisual media . Thus, this research has the effect of training using audiovisual media in the form of videos on the accuracy of futsal shooting results which are categorized as good.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji pengaruh model latihan ergometer terhadap hasil mendayung perahu rowing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler dayung di MA Nihayatul Amal Purwasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode eksperimen, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental design). Penelitian menggunakan bentuk one group pretest posttest design. Pelaksanaannya dalam 3 tahp yaitu prettest, treatment, dan posttest. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler dayung yang berjumlah 20 dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling siswa ektrakurikuler dayung yang erjumlah 8 siswa. Pengujian hipotesisi dilakukan dengan uji-T. Hasil pengujian hipotesis model latihan ergometer didapat waktu tes awal mean 586 detik (9’46”), standar deviasi 11.5, waktu minimum 602 detik (10’02”), dan maksimum 567 detik (9’27”) dan tes akhir mean 567 detik (9’27”), standar deviasi 9.58, waktu minimum 581 detik (9’41”), dan maksimum 551 detik (9’11”). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data tes awal dan tes akhir dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik uji-t kelompok metode latihan terpusat t hitung = 2.624 taraf nyata/signifikan α = 0,05 dan t tabel (1.895) dengan dk = 8 (1.895). Kriteria pengujian adalah, diterima jika – t l-1/2 α < t hitung< t l-1/2 α. Hal tersebut menunjukan hasil mendayung perahu rowing meningkat setelah menggunakan model latihan yang berbeda.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan kecil terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X SMKN 3 Karawang. penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa yang teridentifikasi melalui observasi dan pelaksanaan tes kebugaran jasmani. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis permainan kecil yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, masing-masing berjumlah 34 siswa. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan berupa permainan kecil, sedangkan kelas kontrol tidak diberi perlakuan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani adalah Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) Fase EF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan permainan kecil, dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kecil berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X SMKN 3 Karawang.

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and students' ability in performing forward roll floor gymnastics at SMPN 1 Karawang Timur. The background of this research is based on field findings that most students experience difficulties in performing the forward roll movement, which is suspected to be caused by a lack of learning motivation, fear of injury, and low self-confidence. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The instruments used include a learning motivation questionnaire and a practical test of forward roll skills, with a sample of 36 students selected purposively. Based on the data analysis, a correlation coefficient of 0.845 was obtained, which falls into the strong category, along with a significance value of 0.000 (p 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the ability to perform the forward roll. These results suggest that the higher the students' learning motivation, the better their ability to master the gymnastics movement. This research highlights the importance of motivation in the physical education learning process and recommends that PE teachers develop teaching strategies that can enhance students' motivation in motor learning.

The problem in this study is the lack of maximum technical training and passing skills. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the small sided games training method on passing skills. quantitative experimental method. The research design used pre-experimental designs one group pretest-posttest. The population consisted of 30 children in grades 10 to 12. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The instrument or measuring device used in this study was the low ball passing test which was tested again and adjusted for the futsal passing test. Instruments used in the form of tests and measurements. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample t-test. The results obtained by data analysis and hypothesis testing from the average before treatment and after treatment experienced a significant increase from 6.03 to 7.83. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of hypothesis testing obtained a significance value that is less than the significant level (α), namely 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of descriptive statistical calculations on the mean pretest and posttest passing, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the small sided games method in improving passing skills in futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Lemahabang.

This research aims to analyze how much student motivation there is and wants to examine how much intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation students have in participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at MAN 3 Karawang. Quantitative descriptive research uses survey methods, with data collection techniques using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were 32 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 35 questions. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis with respondents' achievement levels. The results of the research show that students' overall motivation for participating in volleyball extracurriculars can be categorized as moderate with the respondent's achievement level being 79.69%. Meanwhile, the intrinsic motivation factor obtained a respondent achievement level of 84.59% in the high category and the extrinsic motivation factor obtained a respondent achievement level of 74.79% in the medium category. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of the mind mapping method in increasing student motivation in learning volleyball underhand passing, where teachers still use conventional methods. The method used in this study uses classroom action research to solve problems that occur, efforts to increase student motivation in learning volleyball underfoot by using the mind mapping method. The population is 31 students. The stages which are divided into several steps starting from planning, action and observation in a cycle, the results of research on teacher activity cycle I amounted to 3.36% in the good category and increased in cycle II by 4.45% in the very good category. The first cycle of 51.7% increased in the second cycle of 80.6%, which means that classical learning mastery has been achieved. the results of student responses through a questionnaire that had been distributed as many as 10 student statement questions gave good response results. This means that the application of the mind mapping method to learning volleyball underhand passing to increase student motivation in this study is very suitable to be applied in Mts Asy-Syifa schools, Bekasi Regency.
