Abstract

The community service conducted at PT CJ Logistic is an effort to support financial literacy. This is necessary because CJ Logistic employees are young people who joined the company immediately after graduating from vocational high school. Many of them are working at this company for the first time. Therefore, there is a need to provide financial literacy knowledge to the workers at this company. To facilitate the event and avoid disrupting work hours, the event was held on Saturday when the company only operates half a day. The community service was conducted by organizing a short educational session on personal financial planning. The session was divided into two parts: in the first session, participants received classroom instruction. In the second session, participants were encouraged to ask questions about their individual financial planning. Of course, creating a personal financial plan requires knowledge of one's financial condition and time to develop it. Therefore, the second session focused on general financial planning. At the end of the session, a summary of what was learned that day was provided, and the event concluded with a game related to financial planning led by the students. Participants attended the session from start to finish with enthusiasm. It is hoped that the knowledge gained from this training will be applied in their daily lives.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19 terus dilakukan, Kluster perkantoran dan pabrik menjadi salah satu yang sangat mengkhawatirkan sehingga pemerintah dan pihak perusahaan bekerjasama untuk memberikan jalan keluar agar kegiatan operasional tetap berjalan sehingga kondisi perekonomian masyarakat tetap terjaga dengan tetap mengutamakan faktor keselamatan karyawan dan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah work from home dimasa pandemic menjadi solusi yang efektif?? Metode penlitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Work from home menjadi salah satu metode kerja yang paling ideal Pada saat musim pandemic ini, karena bisa mengurangi karyawan terpapar virus ditempat kerja atau Kantor. Kata kunci: Bekerja dari Rumah; Kesejahteraan

Abstract

PT PATRIA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur alat berat dan engineering, karena itu produk dengan brand PATRIA ini diproduksi berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan yang kemudian dibuatkan visualisasi dengan software computer aided design yang menghasilkan gambar kerja yang kemudian disimpan menggunakan sistem penyimpanan dalam bentuk buku berkas, didistribusikan dalam bentuk kertas ke lini produksi untuk panduan dalam proses produksi. PT PATRIA memiliki tujuan untuk mendukung industri 4.0 dengan langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah membuat digitalisasi sistem untuk penyimpanan dan pendistribusian gambar kerja. Penulis merancang dan membuat sistem digitalisasi penyimpanan dan distribusi gambar kerja menggunakan Enovia untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan tersebut. Sistem digitalisasi menggunakan Enovia sebagai product data management (PDM) ini akan membuat dokumen hasil modeling dan drafting tersimpan dalam database sehingga dokumen akan tersentralisasi dengan baik dan untuk pendistribusian dengan menggunakan workflow dari fitur routes pada Enovia akan memberikan manfaat dalam segi waktu dan biaya.Kata Kunci : Digitalisasi, Computer Aided Design, Product Data Management

Abstract

The integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) has become increasingly significant in higher education, particularly in contexts where access to face-to-face learning is disrupted. This qualitative phenomenological study investigates pre-service elementary teachers’ perceptions of Learning Management System use in Myanmar, focusing on their experiences at a University of Teaching. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and a focus group discussion involving twelve pre-service elementary teachers who had prior experience using Moodle during their coursework. The findings indicate that participants generally perceived LMS as a useful and flexible tool that supported access to learning materials, facilitated revision through recorded lectures, promoted autonomous learning, and reduced costs related to transportation and physical resources. However, participants also reported significant challenges, including unstable internet connectivity, technical system limitations, restricted access to downloadable materials, and insufficient system notifications. In addition to technical barriers, psychological challenges such as boredom, loneliness, reduced motivation, and lack of social interaction were identified. These findings suggest that while LMS plays an essential role in sustaining teacher education in Myanmar, particularly under unstable conditions, its effectiveness is constrained by infrastructural and emotional factors. The study highlights the need for improved technological infrastructure, enhanced system design, and supportive pedagogical strategies to strengthen LMS implementation in pre-service elementary teacher education.

Abstract

Waktu untuk berkomunikasi sangat penting untuk mengetahui setiap permasalahan anak didik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk melakukan pendampingan bagi guru dan orang tua dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi anak didik  baik di sekolah maupun dirumah. Metode pelaksanaan, mengidentifikasi permasalahan  baik dirumah maupun disekolah,  pemetaan setiap permasalahan, Terakhir  melakukan sharing dan diskusi dengan semua pihak dalam membantu pemecahan masalah.  Hasil memperlihatkan permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi masalah akademik dan perilaku anak didik. Masalah di rumah meliputi perilaku dan komunikasi dengan orang tua. Penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi anak didik melalui komunikasi dan memahami kondisi anak secara intensif dan berkelanjutan. Kemampuan akademik yang berbeda-beda setiap anak didik, membuat guru perlu berinovasi dan kretifitas dalam menyampaikan materi sehingga dapat diterima. Orang tua juga mememiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan anaknya melalui komunikasi dan mengajak berinteraksi di waktu yang tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of employee engagement and happiness on employee retention through the implementation of talent management strategies in the context of Business Management. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using Smart-PLS software. The research population includes employees at PT ABC Cikaarang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The research results show high reliability in the variable measurement tools used, especially employee uncertainty, employee retention, employee welfare, and talent management. Hypothesis analysis shows that there is a significant influence between employee retention, employee retention and talent management. However, it was found that the relationship between employee well-being and talent management was not significant. The implication is that increasing employee engagement and happiness can strengthen the relationship with employee retention and talent management, which will have a positive impact on human resource management in business organizations. These findings provide theoretical contributions regarding the dynamics of key human resource management variables, while providing practical guidance for organizational leaders
