Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of goal target net training on shooting results in futsal sports. The method used is an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were futsal extracurricular participants at MTs Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya City, with a sample size of 22 students selected through total sampling technique. The instrument used to measure shooting ability is the Bobby Charlton Shooting Test. Data on shooting results before and after treatment were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis showed a calculated t value of -9.370 with a degree of freedom (df) of 21 and a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value is smaller than 0.05, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of goal target net training on improving shooting results in futsal games. This study confirms the importance of using focused training aids as a strategy for improving basic shooting skills in school-age players  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan jaring sasaran gawang terhadap hasil shooting pada cabang olahraga futsal.
