Abstract

PT. JCC Established in April 1973, PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk. started by producing Low Voltage Electrical Cables - copper conductors. Then continue to add product varieties, such as Low Voltage Cable - aluminum conductor, Medium Voltage Cable, Telephone Cable and Fiber Optic Cable and also expand its market. Production Plant performance can be improved or maintained by conducting regular evaluations of the process. The evaluation carried out is by analyzing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a calculation method used to determine the effectiveness of a process that is being implemented by identifying the percentage of production time that is truly productive which is influenced by three factors, namely availability, performance, and quality. reached 85% or above. The research was conducted by observing the cable production process at the Aluminum Cable Plant and the Copper Cable Plant. Based on the observations made from January 2021 to June 2021, the highest OEE value was obtained for the Aluminum Cable Plant in January and February, namely 97% and 94% while for the next month below 90%. For the Copper Cable Plant, since observing from January 2021 to June 2021, it has not yet reached the required OEE value, which is 85% and above. From the results of the analysis, the main factor is not achieving the OEE Value influenced by the low availability ratio It's because almost 50% of the machines in the Aluminum Cable Plant and 25% of the machines in the Copper Cable Plant don't get a workload.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to investigate the potential benefits of using social media in education. The results of the analysis reveal that social media has many advantages in the learning process of students. The purpose of this paper is to explore the benefits of social media in education. Thorough examination has actually revealed that this online social media tool has many educational benefits. Indeed, it has been shown that social media enhances communication and interaction between students and between teachers and students. Thanks to this platform, teachers and students can now communicate with each other within or between classes. Social media is an effective way to promote student engagement to share ideas and to express their opinions in a more comfortable way. The advantage of social media applications is that they foster collaboration; given that they offer teachers and students a destination where they can bring their ideas together, social media can be used as a valuable educational tool capable of enriching the learning experience. Therefore, we recommend that educators use these online social communities whether learning is fully online, blended, or face-to-face.

Abstract

Saat ini beberapa sektor manufaktur di Indonesia sudah memasuki era Industry 4.0 dimana proses produksinya melalui sistem robotic dan mengintegrasikan kemampuan internet. Sektor manufaktur nasional akan menuju perubahan besar dalam menghadapi revolusi Industri 4.0. Konsekuensinya, pendekatan dan kemampuan baru diperlukan untuk membangun sistem produksi yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Dalam rangka memasuki era industri 4.0 dimana peran digital lebih ditonjolkan, pasokan ketenagalistrikan tentunya menjadi hal krusial yang mendukung berjalannya era industri tersebut. "Listrik masih mendominasi dari seluruh aspek kehidupan, jadi listrik adalah hal utama. Saat ini suka tidak suka kita masuk era digitalisasi. Bagaimana kita bicara memasuki era Industry 4.0 apabila listriknya tidak ada. Untuk itu supply energy listrik yang ada harus diusahakan seoptimal mungkin seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya konsumsi energy listrik. Kualitas dari pelayanan energy listrik ini sangat ditentukan oleh keandalan peralatan-peralatan transmisi ataupun distribusinya. Untuk itu Perlunya menjaga kualitas product yang dibuat dalam hal ini Trafo Arus (Current Transformer) dengan beberapa dimensi qualitas yang harus ada yaitu Performance (Kinerja), Features (karakteristik pelengkap/tambahan), Reliability (Keandalan), Conformance (Kesesuaian), Durability (Daya Tahan), dan Serviceability (Pelayanan). Sehingga diperlukannya Quality Plan untuk memastikan mutu dari hasil pelaksanaan pembuatan product dalam hal ini Trafo Arus (Current Transformer) serta mengatur bagaimana pengawalan mutu (QA) dan pengontrolan mutu QC) selama Proses Assembly (Assembly Process) trafo arus. Secara garis besar, Quality Plan bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menetapkan standar mutu yang relevan bagi product dan merumuskan strategi pencapaiannya untuk memastikan product yang dibuat dapat memehuhi standar mutu yang dapat diterima dengan kualitas yang baik. Transformator arus (Current Transformer/CT) merupakan suatu peralatan yang ada pada system transmisi ataupun distribusi energy listrik yang berada di gardu induk. Transformator arus berfungsi untuk menurunkan arus besar pada tengangan tinggi atau menengah menjadi arus kecil pada tegangan rendah yang dipakai untuk pengukuran dan proteksi dan mengisolasi rangkaian sekunder terhadap rangkaian primer serta memungkinkan standarisasi rating arus peralatan sisi sekunder. Transformator arus juga merupakan peralatan yang dipergunakan sebagai alat ukur dan untuk melindungi rele pada industry yang memakai tegangan tinggi dimana Transformator Arus (Current Transformer/ CT) ini mempunyai fasilitas pengukuran yang aman untuk mengukur jumlah arus yang besar dan juga dengan tegangan yang tinggi

Abstract

- This study aims to measure the influence of transformational leadership, learning culture and organizational structure on the innovation capacity of schools. Data collection was carried out using simple random sampling via electronics on a population of elementary school teachers. The population in this study are private school teachers whose number is not known with certainty. Questionnaires were distributed electronically using simple random sampling technique. This research method is a quantitative survey. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique which was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7 and distributed to 650 teachers selected by the simple random sampling method. This data processing tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) version 26. Before conducting data analysis, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used was tested first. To measure its validity, the score of each question item is used which is correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Analysis and interpretation of data is carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study are that transformational leadership has a significant effect on learning culture, transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational structure. Learning culture has a significant effect on innovation capacity. Organizational structure has a significant effect on innovation capacity. The learning culture has a significant effect on the capacity for innovation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dalam studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lunturnya moralitas pada remaja indonesia. Dan bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan moralitas pada pelajar. Dalam studi ini, penulis menggunakan metode literatur dan deskriptif kualitatif, yakni serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenan dengan metode pengumpulan data Pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah penelitian dengan subjek dan informan penelitian. diantaranya: kepala sekolah, guru, peserta didik, tokoh masyarakat dan orang tua masing-masing subjek penelitian.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of e-marketing design and customer involvement capability partially or jointly on competitive advantage. To determine and analyze the influence of e-marketing design, customer involvement capability and competitive advantage both partially and jointly on business performance. The method used was a quantitative method and the analysis used was confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with a total of 200 respondents. Data analysis using Lisrel 8.70 Based on the research results, the following research findings showed that e-marketing design and customer involvement capability have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence social support and organizational commitment have on the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees in the Preparation section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, totaling 351. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents. This study used the Slovin formula as a sample technique, so the sample in this study was 78 employees.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, social support significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.355 > 1.992) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, organizational commitment significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (3.771 > 1.992) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, social support and organizational commitment significantly influence the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency, which is indicated by Fcount> Ftable (55.292> 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of social support and organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence HR development and work motivation simultaneously have on employee performance in the NCVS 1.07 Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, human resource development significantly affects employee performance in the Assembling NCVS 1.07 section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the t count value> t table (6.641> 1.991) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work motivation significantly affects employee performance in the Assembling NCVS1.07 section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the t count value> t table (5.786> 1.991) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, human resource development and work motivation significantly influence employee performance in the Assembling NCVS 1.07 section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount> Ftable (97.882>3.15) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of human resource development and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the Assembling NCVS 1.07 section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership style and psychological capital on the innovative work behavior of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Psychological capital also plays a role as a mediation between the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to the 303 population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was using the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are authentic leadership style and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological capital as a mediator for the relationship between authentic leadership style and innovative work behavior. This novel research is proposing a model to enhance innovative work behavior among employees of a manufacturing company in Indonesia through authentic leadership practice and psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing global business competition.
