Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on the teacher performance of private school teachers in Tangerang. The data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private school teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 113 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Besides, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the job satisfaction of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support, and family support have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, supervisor support has not a significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership style and psychological capital on the innovative work behavior of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Psychological capital also plays a role as a mediation between the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to the 213 population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 195 samples. Data processing was using the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are authentic leadership style and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological capital as a mediator for the relationship between authentic leadership style and innovative work behavior. This novel research is proposing a model to enhance innovative work behavior among employees of a manufacturing company in Indonesia through authentic leadership practice and psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing global business competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability on the lectures performance of an Islamic University in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 261 population an Islamic University in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 244 samples. SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software is used for data processing. The findings of the study reveal that hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability have a direct positive and significant effect on the lecturer's performance. Besides, soft skills have the greatest influence on lecturer performance among other variables. This research proposed a model for building the lecture's performance among the lecturers of an Islamic University in Indonesia through enhancing hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the 4.0 education era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between buzz marketing and SMEs marketing, the relationship between viral marketing and SMEs marketing performance and the relationship between buzz marketing and viral marketing. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique which was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7 and distributed to 650 SMEs consumers who were selected by simple random sampling method. This data processing tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program version 26. Prior to data analysis, validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire used are first performed. To measure its validity, the score of each question item was used which was correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Data analysis and interpretation are carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study are that buzz marketing has a positive and significant effect on SMEs marketing performance. Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on SMEs marketing performance. Buzz marketing has a positive and significant effect on Viral marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of teamwork on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of work discipline and teamwork on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 57 respondents, and the technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling. Meanwhile, to determine the representative sample size in quantitative research, the Slovin formula was used. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (4.141>2.005) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, teamwork significantly influences the performance of Assembling department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.448>2.005) and a significance value of 0.015 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and teamwork significantly influence the performance of Assembling department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (13.014>3.17) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and teamwork, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Assembling department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of transformational leadership on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of employee competence and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 61 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling. Meanwhile, to determine the representative sample size in quantitative research, the Slovin formula was used. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.407>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (4.836>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and work discipline significantly influence the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (19.277>3.16) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and work discipline variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of teamwork on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of training on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of teamwork and training on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Preparation department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 50 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of work culture on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work ethic on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of work culture and work ethic on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 84 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 84 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work culture has a t-test effect on the performance of employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (5.774>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, job training significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (9.937>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.(3) Simultaneously, work culture and job training significantly influence the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (147.881>3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work culture and work ethic, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the assembly department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.
