The purposes of the study were to (1) tell the procedure of the storage active dynamic archive at the administration office in Pertiwi 1 Senior High School Padang, (2) the problems that occurred by the administration by using storage active dynamic archive in Pertiwi 1 Senior High School Padang. Tha data was collected by doing observation and by interviewing the administration staff in Pertiwi 1 Senior High School Padang. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: first, the procedure of the storage active dynamic archive in the administration office in Pertiwi 1 Senior High School Padang does not use index it spends much time to find the archieve. Second, the problems are (1) the placement of human resources does not effective, (2) lack of instruments that are needed to save the archive, (3) the space for the storage is narrow and limited that makes the archives pile up. Based on analyzing the data, it was concluded the following things: first, the management of incoming mail at the Library and Archives of West Sumatra Province include: (1) receipt; (2) noted the activities of the script; (3) distribute to the activity; (4) processing letters; (5) store the control card. While the management of outgoing mail in the Library and Archives of West Sumatra Province include: (1) drafting; (2) approval of the concept; (3) typing letters; (4) the signing of a letter; (5) the recording of the letter; (6) the provision of official stamp; (7) cellophane; (8) delivery. Secondly, the obstacles encountered in the management of incoming and outgoing mail at the Library and Archives of West Sumatra Province include: (1) not all letters submitted to the clerk; (2) officers are often negligent because one of the numbering; (3) one employee returns the letter; (4) the lack of number of employees; (5) the handling of mail is often done by children field workers; (6) does not discipline employees; (7) employees home before work hours. Third, the efforts made to overcome te obstacles encountered in the management of incoming and outgoing mail at the Library and Archives of West Sumatra Province Include: (1) the head of the leadership should do the briefing; (2) the officer should be more careful in the management letter; (3) the officer must always exercise control over the employee; (4) the institution should use a computer system to keep the letter; (5) should be given sanction to employees who are not disciplined in his work. This paper is aimed to describe: an evaluation program of mobile library in library archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya regency and several factors that disturb the evaluation program of mobile library in library archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya regency. Method used in this paper is qualitative method. The data used is collected through direct observation, interview and literature study. The data is analyzed by using descriptive method. Based on the study, it can be concluded that (1) the evaluation program of mobile library in library archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya region is held in several ways (a) the human resources planning is not very good. This activity need to be evaluated, because it lacks of skillfull librarian so the goverment need to select and choose a good staff. In order to make the program work good, (b) the organization in mobile library in Dhamasraya region is not very good, (c) the explanation in mobile libraray in Dhamasraya is quite good, where the librarians take a good responsibility to their works, (d) the budget of mobile library in Dhamasraya need to be increased in order to enhance the program, (2) several factors that disturb the evaluation program in mobile library in library, archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya are lack of budget, lack of human resource, and there is no regulation about evaluation. Abstract This paper disscuses about tourism directory in pariaman city. Writing this paper for knowing and describe about make this Directory in Pariaman City. Data were college trought direct observation and interviews on people in Pariaman City. The analysis was done with discribtive method. Based on a discussion of data analysis conclusive as follows (1) Nama of a tourist attraction (2) travel milliage (3) travel facilities (4) travel accommodations (5) travel tickets (6) plans of tourist locations (7) travel photos. Next is the to make Directory. Abstract This paper discussed about the creation of informative abstracts of research lecturer at Andalas University Library. This study aims to depict or describe the design process of informative abstracts of the research faculty at the Library of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Andalas. Data were collected through direct observation to the field with a descriptive method of observing the ongoing events during the study. Stages of making informative abstracts are: (1) selecting and collecting abstract; (2) understand and record important information contained in the abstract; (3) typing abstracts (4) make abstract; (5) prepare abstracts and indexes make. This set of informative abstracts compiled by author in a research report or research lecturer at the Library of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Andalas. The purpose of this study were to describe (1) the function of library in SDN 04 Tanjung Alai as a source of student learning, (2) the factors causing low visitor Library SDN 04 Tanjung Alai, and (3) tips empower function SDN 04 Tanjung Alai Library as a students learning resource. Data were collected through observation and interviews with principals, teachers and librarians in SDN 04 Tanjung Alai. Data was analyzed through descriptive method. Tips which were done such as (1) by providing additional duties outside the classroom, (2) students are encouraged to make Mading (bulletin board) and the story, taken as a reference at the Library of SDN 04 Tanjung Alai, (3) provide a synopsis as students’ assignment, and (4) show the interesting books to read. AbstractThis paper discusses the application of the SIKD archive application in transferring the nagari archive media in the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency. This paper aims to describe (1) the application of archive applications in transferring Nagari archive media, (2) constraints obstacles faced in the application of archive applications in transferring Nagari archives, (3) efforts to deal with obstacles in the application of archive applications in transferring the nagari archive media. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with staff at the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar District. Analyzing data is done descriptively. Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded as follows. Â The application of the SIKD archive application in transferring the nagari archive media in the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office of Batipuh Subdistrict Tanah Datar District is by installing and setting up the SIKD application, grouping the Archives Before entering the SIKD Archive Application, scanning the Archives owned by the Guardian's Office Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District, and entered the Archives into the SIKD Archive Application.Keyword : archive

Structuring Systems  Archive Dynamic Field In Sub-Section Determination General Crime In Court Payakumbuh. Program of Library and Information Science Studies Archives, Department of Language and Literature Indonesia and the Region, the Faculty of Languages ​​and Arts, State University of Padang. The problem of this paper is how to setup the system records and constraints faced in the structuring and implementation of archival records at the District Court Payakumbuh. The purpose of writing this paper aims to describe the arrangement of the system records the Subdivision Determination District Court Foreign Affairs Criminal Payakumbuh. The method used for writing this paper uses descriptive method is to describe on an object as it is at any given time. The data obtained through the survey directly to the arrangement of records at the District Court Payakumbuh. For that obtain accurate data conducted interviews directly. This paper focuses on the management of library materials weeding activity at library of Padang State University. The purpose of this paper are (1) to describe the procedure in weeding activities attheLibrary of Padang State University and (2) to describe any obstacles encountered in the process of weeding at the Library of the State University of Padang. The type of this research isqualitative research through observation and interview.The resultsof the research aresummarized as follow.First, the process of weeding activity management atthe Library of Padang State University has not been effective yet, this activity is still limited to the separation of collection / library materials. Second, obstacles faced in weeding activity management atthe Library of Padang State University is the absence of a written policy in weeding activities management and the absence of follow-up after doing weeding activity. This research aims to describe (1) identification of activities or selection of vital records in the High Court of Padang, (2) the protection and security of vital records in the High Court of Padang, and (3) rescue and recovery of vital records High Court of Padang. Writing this using qualitative methods, analyzing the data carried by describing and explaining data. Data were collected by interview and observation. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded. (1) High Court idetifikasi Padang vital records have not been performing well, because many vital records are not identified as a result of the vital records that do not match the identification process. (2) the protection and security of vital records in the High Court of Padang done differently in each part. (3) Rescue and recovery of vital records in the High Court has never dilaksnakan Padang, because the archive at the High Court in Padang have never experienced a disaster or calamity.
