<![CDATA[This study determined (1) the effect of principal’s leadership effectiveness on teacher’s performance, (2) the effect of adversity quotient on teacher’s performance, (3) the influence of organizational culture on teacher’s performance, and (4) the effect of the effectiveness leadership, adversity quotient, and organizational culture on the performance of high school teachers in Pulau Rimau District, Banyuasin Regency. The sample in this study were 101 teachers who teach in all high school/MA level in Pulau Rimau District. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using inferential statistics, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the results of multiple linear regression hypothesis testing between leadership effectiveness variables (X1), adversity quotient (X2) and organizational culture (X3) on the teacher’s performance (Y) the value of the regression equation constant is 28.622 and the coefficient value of the independent variable b1 is 0.207, b2 is 0.215 and b3 is 0.561. This means that the effectiveness of leadership, adversity quotient and organizational culture has increased significantly on teacher’s performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Head of madrasa should have managerial abilities since these skills help to concentrate the process of coordinating instruction. To promote the improvement of a madrasa head’s administrative abilities, the supervisor arranges academic supervision on a continuous basis in an effort to improve educational quality by improving teacher’s performance in executing their professionally. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the impact of the madrasa principal’s administrative abilities and academic supervision held by the supervisor on teacher’s performance. As a result, the research was conducted utilizing a quantitative descriptive technique. According to the findings of this study, the madrasa principal’s administrative abilities have an influence on teacher’s performance in partial testing. Similarly, academic supervision provided by the madrasah supervisor had a good and substantial impact on teacher’s performance in partial testing. Concurrently, the factors of management abilities and academic supervision have a favorable and substantial influence on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah instructors in Lempuing District, hence confirming the alternative hypothesis in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is a strategic component of a country in developing civilization and the quality of the nation’s capabilities that are dignified, prosperous and advanced. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal’s leadership style and way of making decisions, and of guiding teachers in carrying out the teaching process and the government’s efforts that are committed to improving the quality of education by certifying PNS and NON PNS teachers on teacher’s performance. The study used a questionnaire to obtain data and analyze using simple regression analysis methods and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the principal’s leadership and teacher certification significantly affect teacher’s performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This experiment used a pretest-posttest control group design technique. The Quasi Experimental Design or Group Pretest Posttest Design was employed in this investigation. Athlete Pusri Palembang provided the sample for this study, which included 20 athletes. In the investigation, the retrieval procedure samples This approach employs random sampling. The findings of the study support the concept. Because the p0,000 value is less than 0.05, this indicates that medicine ball throw workouts have a substantial effect on Service Ability for Volleyball Games. Where posttest results have a higher average value than pretest scores. It is possible to infer that there is an affect technique Medicine Ball Throw exercise against Service Ability for Volleyball Games in Volleyball Club Athletes Pusri Palembang at the alpha level of 0.05 with a 95% confidence level.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes in depth the Principal’s Strategy in Improving Learning Management at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Megang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview methods, observation methods, and documentation with research instruments in the form of observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, research informants namely the principal, deputy principal, and teacher. The results of the study show that: (1) Implementation of Learning Management at Gunung Megang 1 Public High School includes all implementation and activities carried out in a transparent and open manner and then always coordinates with the school committee and involves both academic and non-academic (2) Supporting factors in the leadership of school principals in SMA is the support of all teachers and staff, (3) supervision carried out by the principal at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Megang, Muara Enim Regency, always evaluates every activity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was to determine students’ interest in extracurricular activities of public high school basketball in Ilir Barat 1 sub-district. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain information about interest in participating in extracurricular basketball in students of SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, SMA Negeri 10 Palembang, and SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. This study uses a type of descriptive research, which is research that seeks to describe or explain the survey of extracurricular interest in basketball in students. The research was carried out using an instrument in the form of questionnaires of student interest in extracurricular basketball. The overall data that have been researched related to students’ interest in extracurricular basketball fit into the strong criteria. For the overall percentage at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang which is 75.84%, for the overall percentage at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang which is 63.20%, for the overall percentage at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang which is 69.12%. From the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the strongest interest in participating in extracurricular basketball was SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, followed by SMA Negeri 2 Palembang, and finally SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. For the total overall results, students’ interest in participating in extracurricular public high school basketball in Ilir Barat 1 sub-district is 69.27% or can be categorized as strong interest.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is qualitative research conducted to describe the condition of teachers' mastery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at SDN 11 Indralaya. The purpose of this study was to find out how much mastery teachers have in understanding and using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at SD Negeri 11 Indralaya. The population in this study were teachers at SD Negeri 11 Indralaya, totaling 26 teachers and 5 staff of education staff. The results of this study revealed that of the 26 teachers on duty, 7 teachers were categorized as proficient in mastering ICT Technology, as many as 10 teachers were categorized as moderate in mastering ICT, and as many as 9 teachers were categorized as less proficient in mastering ICT Technology.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the increase in the results of the long jump hanging style (Hang Style) with the playing method of class X SMA Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur. This research uses classroom action research. The sample in this study were 30 students of class X IPA at SMA Negeri Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative and qualitative. For data collection, syllabus, lesson plans and assessment rubrics were used. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in long jump results through playing in class X IPA students at SMA Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur was marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average score of students in pre-action activities was 68.89 with a complete percentage of 33.54%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in cycle I, which was 78.33 and the percentage of completeness was 70.12%. However, this increase still has not reached the target previously set. Then after continuing to cycle II the average value of the long jump of students again increased by 83.45 with a completeness percentage of 90.35%. This shows that the targets previously set have been achieved so that the research was stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process uses a playing approach to jump over used motorcycle tires and used cardboard which is dynamic and fun. Students actively carry out the task and observe the movement of the long jump technique and discuss with friends. All aspects of the assessment are controlled by students.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of inquiry learning models with visual media on PJOK subject. One of the materials in PJOK subject is on healthy, nutritious and balanced diets. The method that is used in this research is Qualitative Research which is a literature study, in which the data are collected from various related literatures. The data collecting technique in this research uses literature study technique. The stages of the research are conducted from collecting the articles, article reduction, discussion and conclusion. The data sources of the research are articles of national and international journals. The obtained data are analyzed and centralized efficiently and basically further will be described. Based on some researches that have been analyzed, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning models can improve the student learning development on PJOK subject on the material of healthy, nutritious and balanced diets. The result of literature study shows that the inquiry learning models can support the learning activeness, improve the scientific thinking of the students, and also can improve the learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of agility to ability dribbling in the game of football for students in extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Sirah Pulau Padang. The exploratory research method used was a one-group design experiment before and after the test. With a one group pre and post-test design. The population in this research was students who participated in football extracurricular activities, the sample in this research was 32 people. The research instrument used was the soccer dribbling test. The treatment in this study took the form of agility training, which was carried out for 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times a week. The performance test uses the experimental method with the results of the characteristic “t test” α = 0.05, obtained t count = (3.85) while t table = (2.037), so Ha is accepted while H0 is rejected. According to the results of the study that Ha is acceptable, then agility training affects ability enhancement soccer dribbling the ball.]]>
