Abstract

Pelayanan yang baik dapat memberikan aspek penting untuk memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan yang dibutuhkan agar dapat memberikan simpati dari pelanggan. Sistem pelayanan perlu didukung oleh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas yang memadai dan tata krama. Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pandangan luas untuk mendapatkan keinginan dan kebutuhan, perlunya dibutuhkan pelayanan yang sangat baik sehingga dengan melayani berbagai pilihan yang diingnkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pelayanan yang diterapkan pada PT Nanom Jakarta dan saat ini telah berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, terbukti dari hasil penelitian dengan garis regresi sebesar Y=7,456+0,829X hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif antara pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0,847 yang menunjukan sangat kuat antara pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui tingkat hubungan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 72% dan sisanya 28% dipengaruh oleh faktor-faktor lain misalnya tingkat kebutuhan pelanggan terhadap produk yang berbeda, dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

Service is a matter that serves the needs of other people or customers, basically service is an attitude oriented to customers from product providers such as goods or services that have been offered to customers served. While excellent service can be interpreted as a pattern of service that sincerely serves the needs of others. Basically these services are intangible activities offered to consumers or customers they serve. So excellent service is closely related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and encouraging business process activities to return. This research was conducted using qualitative methods where data was obtained based on the results of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Excellent Service in the field of parking at the Ministry of Forestry's Employees Cooperative feels satisfied because their needs have been fulfilled optimally, in the service procedures the officers provide good service, and are friendly to customers, and how to overcome obstacles that faced by the Ministry of Forestry's Employee Cooperative by providing good service to customers to feel satisfied because their needs have been fulfilled. Abstract

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam sebuah perusahaan harus dilakukan dengan sebaik mungkin dalam menunjang kinerja perusahaan yang baik sehingga perusahaan perlu meningkatkan sebuah kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut, salah satunya adalah lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Dexter Ekspressindo Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data meliputi metode observasi, metode kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Kuesioner disebar kepada 34 responden dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,761, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,579 artinya variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 57,9% dan sisanya 42,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi diperoleh nilai Y = 11,833 + 0,732X, menunjukkan bahwa tanpa ada lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja sebesar 11,833 dan setiap penambahan 1 (satu) lingkungan kerja maka nilai kepuasan kerja akan meningkat sebesar 0,732 atau sebaliknya, jika ada penurunan untuk lingkungan kerja maka akan menurunkan nilai kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,732.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic caused tourist visits to decline sharply which led to a decline in regional income and foreign exchange from the tourism sector. Nowadays people have new habits where in determining choices or tourist destinations they consider health, security and safety factors. Opening and redeveloping the tourism sector, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is preparing a Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainable (CHSE) program with its carrying capacity. This is also done by the Bogor Botanical Gardens tourist attraction. This study aims to explore internal and external factors in the business development of the tourism sector based on the carrying capacity of tourism and CHSE in the Bogor Botanical Gardens, followed by formulating alternative strategies and priority strategies using SWOT analysis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the strategic analysis of the development of the Bogor Botanical Gardens tourism object, it is in quadrant I between external opportunities and internal strengths with management strategies by implementing CHSE, adding facilities and infrastructure to support CHSE, for example ticket purchases are made in two events, namely online and offline applications and additional toilet facilities. The next strategy is to add educational tourism spots for ornamental plant maintenance to visitors and actively post activities on Instagram and create an attractive website.Keywords: SWOT, Tourism Business Development

Abstract

Kualitas produk menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.Kualiast produk itu sendiri adalah keunggulan suatu produk yang menggambarkan kemampuan memenuhi persyaratan atau spesifikasi kualitas produk yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk PT Mitra Bangun Perwira. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktritif kuantitatif dengan angket dn dokumentasi. Penentuan total sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sample sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 42 responden dan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa  variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 50% dan sisanya 50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi, dapat dikatakan arah pengaruh hubungan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah positif, artinya searah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari suatu proses transaksi jual beli baik barang maupun jasa dibutuhkan suatu alat tukar yang umum diterima oleh kedua belah pihak. Alat tukar tersebut berupa uang. Begitu juga dengan transaksi antar negara juga membutuhkan alat tukar yang bisa diterima oleh kedua belah pihak. Perekonomian Indonesia banyak dipengaruhi perekonomian internasional sehingga nilai tukar rupiah sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam kehidupan perekonomiannya. Perekonomian Indonesia dipengaruhi juga kondisi perekonomian dari negara lain, salah satunya adalah perekonomian Amerika dimana Indonesia masih memiliki hutang internasional. Nilai tukar dapat berubah setiap saat sesuai dengan mekanisme pasar sehingga prediksi nilai tukar mata uang untuk periode mendatang sangat diperlukan. Prediksi atau peramalan merupakan sebuah perkiraan yang akan datang berdasarkan data pada masa lalu yang berbasis pada metode penelitian ilmiah dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Moving Average dan Exponential Smoothing dan analisis kesalahan dengan metode Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) dan Mean Squared Error (MSE). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa metode peramalan yang paling tepat digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah metode Eksponential Smoothing α=0,9 dengan hasil permalan pada periode 14 Februari sebesar Rp. 13.677,29 dengan MAD = 5.58  dan MSE = 1,376.62.

Abstract

Abstract- Pengadilan Agama East Jakarta doing performance appraisal employee who works to find out the deficiencies of the officers in carrying out the task given, employee performance appraisal program serves to provide an opportunity for employees in works like getting a promotion Office. Researchers using the sample as much as 73 respondents with sampling techniques, namely the determination of saturated samples when all members of the population made a sample, this is done when the population was relatively small and the collection of data using methods of dissemination questionnaires and were tested with the method of data analysis. Based on the results of research on the Religious Court in East Jakarta the author concludes that the existence of a strong relationship, which can be seen from the results of the test of the correlation coefficient of calculation results and koefesien 0.663 determination showed 0.440 the influence of employee performance assessment against the Promotion Office of 44.0% and the rest of 56.0% are influenced by other factors as well as the results of statistical tests (regression Results calculate r is Y = 13.319 + 0, 714X show if performance assessment or X = 0, then the Promotion Office of 13.319 and if X goes up 1 point then the increase in performance assessment occurs 1% then it will raise the Promotion Office of 0.714%.Keywords: The Assessment , Promotion Office

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of return on assets and efficiency on the profit growth of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 years. This research was conducted with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study is 20 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 years so that the total sample is 60 companies. The results showed that the variable return on assets has a significant positive effect on profit growth. These results indicate that return on assets affects profit growth so that banks must always optimize the use of their assets. Furthermore, the efficiency variable proxied by BOPO has no significant effect on profit growth, this can be caused by the pandemic factor which has caused the banking profit growth rate to decrease. The results of the study found that simultaneously return on assets and efficiency have a significant effect on profit growth

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in the success of a company. However, employee performance is not always stable and can be influenced by various factors, such as discipline and work motivation. Work discipline includes employee obedience to work rules and procedures, while work motivation includes the desire of employees to do a good job. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. Concerning the problem of employee performance is also caused by the low motivation received by employees. Amidst the workload owned by employees motivation is needed from a leader who can improve employee performance. The results of statistical tests prove that there is an influence between Discipline on Employee Performance. It can be seen from the results of data processing that the t count = count = 8.707 is greater than the t table = 0.681 and the significance value = 0.00 is smaller than 0.05 or 5% then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance at CV Legend Timur Indonesia with the value of the coefficient of determination shown on the F valuesquare is 0.666 meaning that the effect of Discipline on Employee Performance is 66.6%.
