Abstract

PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen is a company engaged in the textile industry. The company produces various types of clothing. Their products include a variety of T-shirts, pants, and shirts. The company's brand is NUX. This company typically focuses on production quality and design. In carrying out its operations, PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen has many employees who are a driving factor in improving performance quality. This research focuses on determining the extent to which work discipline and the work environment affect employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question consists of all employees of PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen, totaling 60 respondents, using questionnaires on a Likert scale. For data processing and analysis, SPSS 25 software is used with multiple linear analysis techniques, including instrument tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. This study finds that there is a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between the variables of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen.

Abstract

PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis is a company that operates in the field of security/security services and providing labor. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples in this study was 60 people using the Survey method. Next, the data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires using a rating scale model. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on partial research results, work motivation has a positive relationship with employee performance. Providing motivation from the company will encourage employees to complete their work well and have an impact on increased performance. Apart from work motivation, work discipline has an influence on employee performance. The existence of high work discipline possessed by employees will influence the resulting performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on the resulting employee performance. Through the research results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value of 0.651 shows that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a 65.1% influence on employee performance at PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis. And the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other factors such as leadership and work environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service is an activity to serve customer needs. Companies engaged in products or services can provide the best service so that they can provide satisfaction to customers. The research objective was to find out how much influence the service had on customer aging at the Primary Outpatient Clinic of Sukamaju Tapos Depok. This research is a quantitative study with data calculation using SPSS version 16. The population taken is the average data of patient visits in a day, namely 79 patients. The sample in this study was 65 samples using the random sampling method. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a total of 30 (thirty) statement items. Based on data analysis, the results of the study on a correlation coefficient of 0.872 indicate that service quality has a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. From the determination coefficient test, it was found that the contribution of service variables to patient satisfaction was 79.4% and the remaining 20.6% was influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The simple regression results obtained 13,878 showed good with unidirectional constants and it can be concluded that the effect of service quality on satisfaction at the Sukamaju clinic has a significant effect. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Examining a diverse body of literature through systematic quantitative methods, the study identifies key themes, trends, and research gaps. The findings highlight the pivotal role of employee welfare, spanning healthcare benefits, workplace safety, and a supportive organizational culture, in shaping a positive work environment. The study underscores the direct impact of employee well-being on engagement, job satisfaction, and overall productivity. Practical implications encompass informed human resource practices, strategic interventions, and the optimization of work environments, offering actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers. Recognizing the strategic advantage in linking employee well-being to organizational success emerges as crucial for attracting and retaining top talent. Furthermore, the analysis points to less-explored research avenues, guiding scholars toward areas such as "work discipline," "business outcomes," and "profitability." In essence, this bibliometric study bridges academia and practice, advocating for a holistic and evidence-based approach to human resource management, positioning employee welfare as a strategic imperative for sustained success.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period. This sector's financial performance has experienced fluctuations, especially due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected supply chains and consumption patterns. However, in 2023, the sector will begin to recover with a focus on product innovation, sustainability and improving operational efficiency to face global economic challenges. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports, with an analysis method using financial ratios. Liquidity Ratios (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio) assess the company's ability to meet short-term obligations. Solvency Ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio) measure a company's ability to fulfill long-term obligations. Profitability Ratios (Return on Investment and Return on Equity) are used to assess a company's ability to generate profits. The analysis results show that PT. Mayora Indah Tbk has satisfactory liquidity performance, but its solvency is above industry standards. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is stable in liquidity ratios but requires improvement in solvency. PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk shows the need to improve its liquidity and profitability ratios during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

PT. Upods Karya Indonesia operates as an electronic cigarette manufacturer, focusing on product quality and details, promoting environmentally friendly vaping systems. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Upods Karya Indonesia. With a research sample of 54 employees and primary data collection techniques, using the SPSS 20 multiple linear regression data analysis method. The results of the partial hypothesis test (T Test) work environment t value > t table 3,800 > 2,008 significance value 0.00 < 0.05 meaning the work environment has an influence and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Upods Karya Indonesia, results of the partial hypothesis test (T Test) of work discipline t value > t table 6,073 > 2,008 significance value 0.00 < 0.05 meaning that work discipline has a significant and influential effect on employee performance at PT. Upods Karya Indonesia, results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test) work environment and work discipline calculated f value > f table 53,270 > 3.18 significance value 0.00 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance at PT. Upods Karya Indonesia.

Abstract

Dengan kehadiran PT Telkom Akses, diharapkan bahwa perusahaan akan membantu meningkatkan akses broadband di Indonesia. Selain membangun jaringan merek yang luas, PT Tekom Akses juga menawarkan layanan Manajemen Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (O&M Operation & Maintenance) dan Laya­nan Terminal Alat (NTE). Menganalisis data dalam pene­litian kuantitatif berarti mensistematiskan apa yang sedang diteliti dan mengatur hasil wawancara seperti apa yang sedang diteliti dan mengatur hasil wawancara seperti apa yang dilakukan dan dipahami agar supaya bisa menyajikan apa yang didapatkan oleh orang lain. Hasil yang didapat pada pengujian variabel Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi. Dinyatakan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil wawancara pada PT Telkom Akses Motivasi memang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan namun hal itu tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya pengaruh walau hanya sedikit.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Anugrah Mitra Investa". Human resources are important elements needed by companies to achieve their goals. Work motivation and job satisfaction are two main factors that can affect employee performance. Lack of motivation and job satisfaction in working makes employee performance less than optimal in achieving the goals of an organization. This study aims to determine how much influence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique, with a total population of 45 employees. The data collection technique used was primary data, namely observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the partial hypothesis test (T-Test) on the Work Motivation variable (X1) show a calculated t value> t table, which is 2.715> 2.017 and has a sig of 0.10> 0.05, meaning that the Work Motivation variable (X1) has an effect and is significant to the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT. Anugrah Mitra Investa Depok. And the results of the partial hypothesis test (T-Test) on the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) show that the calculated t value> t table is 3.121> 2.017 and a sig of 0.003 <0.05. , meaning that the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) has an effect and sig on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Anugrah Mitra Investa Depok. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F Test) on the Work Motivation variable (X1) and the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) show a calculated f value > f table, which is 21,500 > 4,047 and has a sig value of 0.001 < 0.005. So it can be concluded that the Work Motivation variable (X1) and the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) together (Simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT Anugrah Mitra Investa Depok.

Abstract

To compete in the global MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) industry, qualified human resources are required. Therefore, a training program is conducted for employees to ensure goals are met, particularly in the field of aircraft maintenance. This program aims to evaluate using the Kirkpatrick Four-Level method, which identifies Level 1 (reaction), Level 2 (learning), Level 3 (behavior), and Level 4 (results). The study aims to assess and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the training, its impact on performance, such as productivity improvement, service quality, cost reduction, and measure the participants' understanding and behavior changes. In addition, the Return on Training Investment (ROTI) achieved by PT X is also analyzed. This study uses a non-statistical quantitative approach, focusing on data management to assess the company's progress based on annual training reports. The research results indicate that at Level 1, the overall average reached 4.09 across 4 parameters. At Level 2, the participants' average pre-test score was 78.5, and the post-test score was 87.8. At Level 3, discipline improved with a total score of 94.5 and an average of 4. At Level 4, ROTI reached 130.22%, with a return on investment of $99,550.97 from a training cost of $76,449.03.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Duta Mitra Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with a saturated sample, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of the company. The results indicate that the work motivation variable significantly influences employee performance, supported by a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05 and a T value of 2.369, which is greater than the critical T value of 2.002. The work discipline variable also shows a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T value of 4.382. Simultaneous analysis indicates that motivation and work discipline together significantly affect employee performance, with an F value of 82.992 and an R Square of 0.744, indicating that 74.4% of the variability in employee performance is influenced by these variables. This study implies that the company needs to enhance employee motivation and work discipline to achieve better performance. It provides practical contributions for the management of PT. Duta Mitra Lestari in developing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening motivation and work discipline. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for future studies focusing on other factors influencing employee performance.
