Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) is an important asset in government and private companies. Human resources will organize and manage other resources owned by the company to realize the company's vision and mission. By taking a sample of 35, namely all UD. Dian Coklat Papar uses correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis concluded: 1) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD. Dian Brown Papar. 2) Work Motivation has a negative and significant effect on the performance of UD. Dian Brown Papar. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD. Dian Brown Papar. 4) Simultaneously, it is known that there is a significant influence between teamwork, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of UD. Dian Brown Papar.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of job training and employee placement on work productivity. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test and F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. Results This research shows that the job training variable has a partial effect on work productivity. It is known from the results of the job training t test that the sig. = 0.003 > 0.05 and the employee placement variable has a partial effect on work productivity, this is known from the results of the recruitment t test with a sig value. = 0.005 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of research on job training and employee placement have a simultaneous effect on work productivity, this is known from the F test, the sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara price fairness, lokasi ,dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran koesioner kepada konsumen perumahan subsidi di 3 lokasi yang PT. Anugerah Agung Pratama punya yaitu Griya Ringinrejo Asri, Pesona Merpati Residence, Taman Bunga Residence dan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinan, Uji t dan Uji F. Pada Uji Validitas diketahui bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan (X1, X2, X3, dan Y ) memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga masing- masing variabel dinyatakan valid, kemudian pada Uji Realibilitas diketahui bahwa hasil nilai Cronbach Alpha > 0,60 sehingga indikator setiap pertanyaan dinyatakan reliabel. Pada Uji t diketahui bahwa seluruh item memiliki nilai yang positif dan < 0,05 sehingga seluruh item berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian pada Uji F diketahui bahwa nilai sig untuk seluruh item secara bersama-sama sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 6,145 > 2,44 maka dapat disimpulkan price fairness, lokasi, dan word of mouth berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai strategi pemasaran para pelaku usaha kerajinan kayu di Desa Boro Tulungagung yang kurang efektif dilihat dari aspek inovasi dan orientasi kewirausahaan produk. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Desa Boro Tulungagung Jawa Timur. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha kerajinan kayu di Desa Boro Tulungagung sebanyak 84 pelaku usaha yang dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian memperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 4,380 + 0,550X1 + 0,664X2. Variabel inovasi secara parsial dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku usaha kerajinan kayu di Desa Boro Tulungagung dengan nilai t hitung 7,616 > t tabel sebesar 1,98969 dengan nilai signifikan 0,010 < 0,05. Variabel orientasi kewirauahaan secara parsial dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku usaha kerajinan kayu di Desa Boro Tulungagung dengan t hitung 9,256 > t tabel sebesar 1,98969 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan inovasi dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku usaha kerajinan kayu di Desa Boro Tulungagung. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung pada penelitian ini sebesar 75,722 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. Perhutani (Persero) KPH Kota Kediri yaitu tingkat keterikatan kerja yang menurun yaitu sebagian pegawai tampak kurang bersemangat dalam bekerja karena pegawai merasa pekerjaan yang dilakukannya cenderung monoton dan kurangnya tantangan dalam pekerjaan. Permasalahan motivasi yang ada disana yaitu adanya reward seperti kenaikan jabatan tetapi hanya sebagian staff saja. Budaya organisasi yang ada disana yaitu pegawai bekerja secara individu sesuai dengan jobdisnya masing-masing. Kompensasi yang ada disana yaitu mendapat fasilitas kendaraan tetapi tidak semua staff mendapatkan fasilitas tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai PT. Perhutani (Persero) KPH Kota Kediri dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 77 pegawai. Pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Pegawai, Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Pegawai, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kompensasi secara simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Pegawai, meski Budaya Organisasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Sharia hotels in Indonesia experience development and improvement from year to year. Evidenced by the emergence and establishment of several Islamic hotels including Muslim hotels in Kediri. The existence of a strategic place or location does not mean to make Muslim hotels avoid business competition. To increase guest visits at Muslim Hotels a strategy is needed to compete with other hotels in Kediri. Therefore, this research was conducted to discuss the SWOT analysis as a Muslim Hotel development strategy. This type of research is a qualitative study using SWOT analysis for Muslim Hotel strategy development strategies. The  results obtained by the development of several Muslim Hotel strategies, including: (1) increasing product  variety, setting affordable prices, increasing better service quality, (2) increasing  the  quality  and  quantity of  more competent HR, increasing facilities, increasing capital, (3) maintaining product specific characteristics based on sharia economy, cooperating with Islamic boarding schools and government agencies, (4) making efforts to develop promotional strategies in all media to increase market share, increasing cooperation with various government and private agencies.

Abstract

Micro business actors in the Micro and Small Enterprises sector have quite an important role in national economic growth. One effort to improve the performance of Micro and Small businesses is to fulfil the legality of licensing. This is the focus of the Community Service activities carried out by the writing team. This activity is focused on assisting in preparing business licensing documents for micro and small business owners in the food and beverage sector in Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. Documents prepared include 1) Business Identification Number, 2) Food and Beverage Home Industry Food Legal Entity, and 3) Halal Certificate up to registration via Online Single Submission (OSS). Implementing community service activities is carried out intensively for 55 fostered partners. This activity also involved the Kediri Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service. The program ran well and got a positive response from all parties.

Abstract

The scope of this study focuses on work motivation (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) variables on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of employees of PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri Sungai Pareman Branch Makassar as many as 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique uses a saturated side approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. From the results of this study that the variable work motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. The non-physical work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously work motivation and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Batik businesses in Indonesia show quite tight competition, including batik businesses in Kediri. This condition creates business opportunities in increasing competitive advantage in the same product but has more value that can increase competitive advantage in business. Rumah Batik Lochatara Business is committed to continuing to raise the cultural values ​​and natural wealth in Kediri through its unique motifs. This study aims to analyze differentiation and innovation strategies to increase competitive advantage in business at Rumah Batik Lochatara Kediri. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis using Porter's value chain model to identify competitive advantages. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and related documentation. The results of the study show that the differentiation strategy of Lochatara batik can be seen from two dimensions of differentiation, namely personnel and image. And from the marketing innovation side. These two strategies are obtained from competitive advantages. Differentiation strategy by optimizing HR competencies and strengthening the image towards the international market. Product innovation is increasingly diverse, as well as the expansion of marketing and improvement of marketing technology used.
