Abstract

Perempuan sebagai pengusaha atau womenpreneur memiliki peran signifikan dalam membangun perkonomian rumah tangga dan masyarakat, dalam skala lokal dan nasional. Sumbangsih womenpreneur ini tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata karena sejak lama perempuan telah mengambil peran untuk membantu menopang perekonomian rumah tangga dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di sekitarnya. Sama halnya dengan perempuan sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) di Desa Balunijuk, Kabupaten Bangka yang telah membangun usaha Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) produk kemplang yang memanfaatkan hasil laut telah bertahan dalam lima tahun terakhir ini dengan kondisi seadanya yaitu modal dan manajeman usaha. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengembangkan usaha womenpreneur ini dibutuhkan strategi penguatan agar usaha dapat dikembangkan. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberdayakan peran perempuan dalam membangun ekonomi berkelanjutan dan melakukan inovasi dan membangun inovasi serta kompetisi di era digital revolusi industri 4.0 dengan meningkatkan kapasitas womenpreneur dalam menerapkan E- Marketing dan Business Skill Development. Kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan monitoring dan evaluasi telah sukses dilakukan. Kedepannya ada tindak lanjut dan monitor bersama atas perkembangan program ini

Abstract

                Indonesia's multicultural society, especially about religious diversity, has the potential for inter-religious conflict. In this regard, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, as the representation of the state, designed a religious moderation village program. The purpose of the program is to overcome religious issues that have the potential for religious conflict, such as: intolerance, radicalism, or even violence stemming from various religious differences that exist. This research aims to analyze the discourse of tolerance that is constructed in the religious moderation village program in Central Bangka. Second, to analyze the production of tolerance discourse and the interpretation of the people of Central Bangka. Third, to analyze the socio-political context that influences the formation of tolerance discourse in the religious moderation village program in Central Bangka. The research was conducted in Central Bangka. This research uses a qualitative approach with a critical discourse analysis method. The technique of determining research informants using purposive sampling with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that the discourse of tolerance constructed at the text analysis level uses language that is easily accepted by the community. In addition, the production process of tolerance discourse is carried out by actors who have social and political power and interpretations from the community related to this program are also not always linear with policy agencies, although most people accept the narrative of moderation and tolerance. Finally, situational, institutional, and social are interrelated. Starting from the issue of intolerance in Central Bangka to the influence of organizational institutions in the production of tolerance discourse and the political system in Central Bangka.

Abstract

Mental health is an important part for every individual. Individuals maintain and maintain mental health by implementing a healthy lifestyle. Mental health is an issue that has received global attention because of its significant impact on the quality of life of individuals in the social environment. Mental health encompasses the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of an individual, becoming an important focus in the library environment. Libraries are starting to show their potential as effective and inclusive mental health centers in the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Library. In this research, the library has the function of accessing information, health facilities (calm atmosphere), as well as child-friendly programs that support social inclusion. This research aims to explore the role of libraries as social resources that can be widely accessed and the role of librarians as informants and facilitators in providing a supportive environment for visitors, in line with child-friendly social inclusion on mental health with a focus on psychological perspectives, as well as analyzing the implementation of friendly programs children to increase social inclusion. Implementation of child-friendly principles in libraries aims to create an inclusive environment, a comfortable, creative and educational space for children (individuals) to learn, interact and achieve mental well-being. The research method uses in-depth interviews with librarians and users as the main informants, as well as content analysis of existing programs. Research findings show that libraries can create an environment that supports mental health by providing access to information resources, space for reflection and self-exploration, and positive social interactions. Child-friendly programs, such as book discussion groups, expressive arts workshops, and counseling sessions, are consistently identified as effective means of promoting social inclusion and supporting mental well-being. The implication of this research is the importance of collaboration between librarians, psychologists and other stakeholders in designing and implementing programs that strengthen the role of libraries as mental health centers in society.

Abstract

Lahan basah tidak saja dipahami sebagai pendukung kehidupan secara langsung, seperti sumber air minum dan habitat beraneka ragam mahluk, tapi juga memiliki berbagai fungsi ekologis seperti pengendali banjir, pencegah intrusi air laut, erosi, pencemaran, dan pengendali iklim global. Salah satu bentuk kerusakan lahan basah yang semakin banyak terjadi adalah kebakaran gambut mudah terjadi di hutan rawa gambut tropis. Akibatnya hutan yang telah dieksploitasi dan tajuknya relatif lebih terbuka karena terganggu mengalami kekeringan dan mudah terbakar, ditambah lagi adanya kegiatan penyiapan lahan dengan pembakaran yang dilakukan oleh peladang berpindah. Konven- si Ramsar adalah perjanjian internasional untuk konservasi dan pemanfaatan lahan basah secara berkelanjutan. Indonesia masuk menjadi anggota Konvensi Ramsar pada tahun 1991 dengan di- terbitkannya Keppres 48 Tahun 1991 yang merupakan Ratifikasi Konvensi Ramsar di Indonesia. Strategi adaptasi dapat membantu manusia dalam mengelola dampak perubahan iklim dan melind- ungi sumber penghidupan atau matapencaharian mereka. Salah satu program yang telah dijalankan dalam upaya mengelolan lahan basah dengan pendekatan adaptasi adalah Program Adaptasi dan Mitigasi Lahan Basah Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Wetlands Adaptation and Mitigation Program/ SWAMP). Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain penanganan kebakaran di daerah penyangga ter- masuk penanaman tanaman tahan api, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya dan akibat kebakaran, dan juga program pengelolaan daerah tangkapan air untuk mencegah keringnya hutan rawa gambut.

Abstract

Kerusakan akibat penambangan timah di Pulau Bangka semakin meningkat terutama sejak berkembangnya penambangan inkonvensional. Dampak kegiatan penambangan timah, baik tambang konvensional maupun inkonvensional terhadap lingkungan fisik berupa bertambahnya lahan kritis akibat berkurangnya hutan, rusaknya lahan pertanian dan kebun. Upaya rehabilitasi lahan bekas tambang ditinjau dari aspek teknis adalah upaya untuk mengembalikan kondisi tanah agar stabil dan tidak rawan erosi. Dari aspek ekonomis dan estetika lahan, kondisi tanah diperbaiki agar nilai/potensi ekonomisnya dapat dikembalikan sekurang-kurangnya seperti keadaan semula. Dari aspek ekosistem, upaya pengembalian kondisi ekosistem ke ekosistem semula. Dalam hal ini revegetasi adalah upaya yang dapat dinilai mencakup kepada kepentingan aspek-aspek tersebut, dimana reklamasi hampir selalu identik dengan revegetasi.

Abstract

This paper discusses the impact of urbanization posed by the rapidly developing city. Urbanization is the result of urban development and economic which ultimately affect the dynamics of the city, especially in contact with the city's ability as an attraction for people to work and live. The impact of urban development is first, physical: land vs land up green, the distribution of urban facilities, transportation networks, patterns of movement to the city center, the development of land use, environmental issues, and slums. Second, socially; unemployment, poverty, and criminalitas.

Abstract

Three potential conflicts that need to be anticipated in the reality of the life of the Bangka Belitung community in the future. The results of qualitative research through conflict mapping in seven districts / cities showed the potential for economic conflict in fighting for tin resources, agrarian conflicts with development dimensions related to land expansion for large-scale oil palm plantations, and inter-village and interethnic youth conflicts became the dominant issue. The mechanism of the savety valve as a damper of potential recurring conflicts must be institutionalized through functional and sustainable formalized social capital.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Wanamina HKm Group in the economic alternative innovation of the Kota Kapur Village Community. Innovation is a way to answer problems faced by community groups. Innovations applied in the empowerment activities of the Wanamina HKm Group to manage its natural and human resources in order to provide the ability to increase income as an economic alternative for the local community while providing greening to the environment of mangrove forest areas. The theory used in this study is the diffusion theory of innovation from Everett M. Rogers and F. Floyd Shoemaker with the method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 14 people. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources in this study are from primary data and secondary data. This research was analyzed through 3 stages including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained from the field, that the economic condition of the people of Kota Kapur Village has decreased due to several things including damaged fishing gear for fishermen, the selling price of tin has decreased, and the Covid-19 Pandemic. This condition gave rise to the empowerment program of the Wanamina HKm group with reforestation activities, shellfish and honey cultivation, marine tourism as an economic alternative for the people of Kota Kapur Village. The impacts caused by these activities include, strengthening solidarity, the condition of forests and beaches becoming maintained, government assistance to fishermen is more targeted, new businesses emerge from the cultivation of shellfish and honey such as nurses of cultivation sites.
