Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and discipline on employee performance (Case Study: Bmt Madani in Taman, Sidoarjo – East Java). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 55 respondents from BMT Madani employees. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study prove that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees, the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees, Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Madani employees. Leadership Work Environment and Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at BMT Madani (Case Study: BMT Madani in Taman, Sidoarjo – East Java).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of compensation, productivity, and service quality on member satisfaction in Eccindo cooperatives. Employing a quantitative approach, purposive sampling was used to select 75 respondents from Eccindo cooperative members, and data were collected through distributed questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 20. The findings demonstrate that compensation, productivity, and service quality individually affect member satisfaction, and collectively, they have a significant impact on member satisfaction. This research underscores the importance of addressing compensation, productivity, and service quality to enhance member satisfaction in cooperatives, providing valuable insights for cooperative management and policymakers. Abstract

This study explores how perceived usefulness, convenience, service features, and trust influence Umsida students' decisions to use "DANA" e-money. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected via questionnaires from 100 respondents using accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 22 revealed that all four factors significantly affect the decision to use "DANA." The findings suggest that enhancing these aspects could increase e-money adoption among students, providing valuable insights for service providers. Abstract

This study investigates how product quality, price, place, and promotion influence consumer purchasing decisions for Fore Coffee in Buduran District. Using quantitative methods and a Probability Sampling approach with 96 respondents, data were collected via online questionnaires distributed through social media. Analysis using SPSS version 22 includes validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, along with multiple linear regression analysis. Results confirm that higher product quality, competitive pricing, accessible locations, and effective promotions significantly impact consumer decisions. The findings suggest that Fore Coffee should prioritize maintaining high product standards, competitive pricing, convenient locations, and engaging promotional strategies to enhance consumer purchasing behavior in Buduran District, offering practical implications for marketing management strategies in the coffee industry. Abstract

Background: The fluctuating prices and availability of vegetable oils have raised concerns in consumer markets. Specific Background: Key factors like price, product quality, and promotion need closer examination to understand purchasing decisions. Knowledge Gap: Limited research addresses the combined impact of these factors on consumer behavior. Aims: This study aims to assess the influence of price, product quality, and promotion on oil purchasing decisions. Results: Based on quantitative analysis of 96 respondents, price, product quality, and promotion significantly affect purchasing decisions. Novelty: This research highlights the combined effect of these factors, offering new insights into consumer choices. Implications: The findings suggest that businesses should focus on competitive pricing, product quality, and effective promotions to boost sales. Abstract

The development of technology and the ease of use of online-based services have given rise to various forms of breakthroughs in the field of new technology in society. This study aims to determine whether cashback promotions can shape customer engagement in the social customer relationship management network on Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja on Twitter. The data used in this study is secondary data, which is tweets containing interactions between Twitter users regarding three fintechs in Indonesia, namely Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja. The total tweet data in all e-wallets is 3,603 from 2018-2022. Data analysis used by researchers uses the social network analysis method by calculating and comparing the network properties of cashback promotional content for the three research objects from 2018-2020 and 2020-2022. The results show that cashback promotional content on the Gopay e-wallet in 2020-2022 has better network property performance to form more optimal customer engagement.

Abstract

Based on statistical data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the declinein stock price occured very drastically in March 2020, in wich month the Covid-19 case was first announced in Indonesia. All sectors experienced a decline due to the impact of this pandemic, including companies that are members of the LQ45 index. There are differences in speculation about the loss or profit of the LQ45 index company during the Covid-19 pandemic, so this research is carried out to prove the LQ45 index company has an impact on their financial performance due to the current pandemic or not.The sample used is 35 companies that are members of the LQ45 index. The type of research used is a comparative study with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used are liquidty ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and market ratios wich are tested differently by paired sample t-test and wilcoxon signed rank test.The result of the different test with the paired sample t-test show that there are differences in the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio. Meanwhile, the wilcoxon signed rank test show that there are differences in Total Asset Turnover, Return On Asset, and Price Earning Ratio. This proves that the LQ45 index company is also affected by the pandemic, even though it is called the most liquid company listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work practices, and employee work discipline on employee performance in the hospitality industry (Case Study: Hotel Utami Juanda). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was conducted by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 52 respondents, employees of Hotel Utami Juanda. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 24 program.The results of this study prove that the work environment does not partially affect the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees, work practices have a partially significant effect on the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees, employee work discipline has a partially significant effect on the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees and the work environment, practice Work, and Employee Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance in the Hospitality Industry (Case Study: Hotel Utami Juanda).

Abstract

The success of a company is not always measured by how much profit the company gets, but there are other things that are more important, namely Human Resources (HR) within a company. In connection with this, this research is conducted to prove the partial effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. New Shoots Lampung. In this study data collection using research instruments namely questionnaires, data analysis is quantitative and statistical. The sample that will be used in this study are employees of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Sidoarjo Margarine Division with a total of 60 employees. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of IBM SPSS V.25 software. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained are that work motivation have an effect to employee performance, work discipline have an effect to employee performance, work environment have an effect to employee performance, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have an effect to employee performance.

Abstract

The study used the quantitative descriptive research design. The research population comprised all the stocks listed in the IDX30 index published biannually with a total of 30 stocks. The variables in the study were stock return, market return, stock risk, and market risk. The calculation of the expected return used the capital asset pricing model.The results of the study to find out the optimal portfolio of stocks by using capital asset pricing model were as follows. (1) The stock that made up the optimal portfolio were those of (1 adalah TBIG ( Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk.), MDKA (Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk.) dan UNTR ( United Tractor Tbk ) 2) The composition of the proportion of funds formed by using the Composite Stock Price Index as the market return proxy was allocated for the stocks of, 23% allocated for the stocks of TBIG ( Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk.) , 45%, allocated for the stocks of) MDKA (Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk.), 32%. allocated for the stocks of UNTR ( United Tractor Tbk ).
