<![CDATA[Satisfaction refers to the level of feelings after comparing the perceived performance or results within expectations.Higher education leads to a place or forum to produce qualified human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Student Satisfaction on Academic Services at the Faculty of Social and Law Sciences, State University of Manado to improve quality-based service quality. This research was conducted in the even semester, namely in the academic year 2021/2022. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire. There has been no research conducted on the effect of academic services on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social and Law Sciences, State University of Manado, so this research is expected to improve the quality of academic services. Based on the analysis results obtained Ŷ = 3.105 +1.114 x where academic services have a verifiable effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Manado.The results of the correlation show that the value of r = 0.874 proves that the relationship between Academic Services (Variable X) and Student Satisfaction (Variable Y) has a close relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[Manajemen kinerja adalah alat pengendalian manajemen perusahaan atau suatu proses yang dilakukan oleh manajer untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi melalui 3 indikator penelitian yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kinerja di Kantor Hukum Sekretariat Sulawesi Utara masih kurang dalam intensitas kerja dan tindakan, serta kinerja dan beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Sehubungan dengan evaluasi kinerja ini, sangat membantu untuk melihat sejauh mana hasil yang diharapkan sesuai dengan realitas yang ada.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection policies in the South Tondano district, Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Socialization that was not optimal caused the community to not know the Policy for the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land. 2) Economic needs and population growth increase the need for residential land which causes people to build buildings in the LP2B referral area. 3) The Village Government does not act decisively and supports the expansion of settlements in Tataaran Village. 4) Violation of land conversion for sustainable food agriculture is the community's non-compliance with regulations as a result of lack of knowledge of policies. So the researchers suggest: 1) It is better for the government to carry out a thorough socialization to the community, not limited to the Village apparatus. 2) It is better for the government to provide solutions for people who do not have alternative options to build houses and places of business, as well as develop a more modern agricultural system so that young people are interested in working in agriculture. 3) It is better for the government as the implementer to have integrity in implementing a policy. 4) It is better for the government to provide regulations with heavier sanctions, for example in the form of fines for violating this regulation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Inspectorate. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results of the study show that based on the results of the research and discussion related to the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Inspectorate, it can be concluded that employees at the North Sulawesi regional inspectorate office in terms of carrying out the supervisory function have not been maximized, this can be seen from the following indicators. 1) Productivity Performance is not good enough. Performance Quality that shows the development of each employee. 3) The accuracy is not yet effective because it is influenced by several factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kinerja Inspektorat Daerah Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terkait dengan kinerja Inspektorat Daerah Sulawesi Utara dapat disimpulkan bahwa pegawai pada kantor inspektorat daerah Sulawesi Utara dalam hal menjalankan fungsi pengawasan belum maksimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator sebagai berikut 1) Kinerja Produktivitas belum cukup baik. Kualitas Kinerja yang menunjukkan perkembangan setiap pegawai. 3) Ketepatan yang belum efektif karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. ]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana Efektivitas Pelayanan Administrasi Online di Masa Pandemi di Dinas Kependudukanndan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian ini bertempat di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Minahasa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah; 1). Ketepatan sasaran program, sudah jelas, tapi pada pelaksaannya ketetapan sasaran ini belum berjalan dengan baik; 2). Sosialisasi program administrasi online belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, dimana belum semua masyarakat mengetahui program ini; 3). Program ini tidak berjalan sesuai dengan tujuannya karena di kantor Disdukcapil Kabupaten Minahasa masih banyak orang yang datang langsung untuk pembuatan berbagai keperluan administrasi sehingga masih terdapat kerumunan yang mungkin akan meningkatkan resiko peneluran virus Corona; 4). Pemantauan yang dilakukan pada program belum dilaksanakan secara optimal karena berbagai keterbatasan seperti jaringan yang belum memadai bagi semua kalangan masayarakat serta keterbatasan penyedia layanan yaitu pegawai yang kesulitan menghadapi pelayanan online ini.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to learn to analyze and describe the Implementation of Surveillance Policy by the Environmental Services of Minahasa District. The research method used is descriptive dermatative. The number of informants in this study is five. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the research show that the Programme of Action: the program of cleaning up the toubeke river is only carried out by the plumage and depletion. Here DLH contributes to the transportation of garbage. DLH provides fleet/facilitating vehicles and involves several officers. In 2023, he's already done twice a garbage cleaning program on the toubeke river. Executives: No special units have been assigned from the Environmental Services, adding that this lack of skilled personnel clearly constitutes an obstacle to enforcing supervisory functions. Results: From surveillance seen by DLH the toubeke river is still dirty These problems arise, among other things, because the laws made by the government are less stringent so that the people do not obey or do not perform as they ought to be as already laid down in the law.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of free education must be guaranteed to be implemented in accordance with existing government policies. One of them is evaluating the implementation of free education. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the free senior high school education program in North Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the evaluation was carried out to measure the extent to which free education was successfully implemented effectively and efficiently. Evaluation of the implementation of free education programs certainly does not necessarily always go according to what has been determined. By analyzing according to the evaluation approach implemented at State Senior High Schools in North Sulawesi, it can be concluded that the implementation of free education evaluation still does not meet the criteria for efficiency, equity, accuracy and responsiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem desentralisasi membuat pelimpahan kewenangan dari pemerintah pusat ke daerah untuk memanfaatkan sumber keuangan sendiri dan didukung dengan perimbangan keuangan antara pusat dan daerah. Namun masih ditemui provinsi yang memiliki kemampuan keuangan rendah. Hal ini diantaranya dapat dilihat dari indikator tingkat Kapasitas Fisal Daerah dengan kategori Sangat Rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Dana Transfer ke Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik mengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya data yang akan diolah terlebih dahulu di uji dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Sedangkan untuk pemrosesan data penelitian menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian melalui pengujian secara simultan (uji F) Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Transfer ke Daerah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. <![CDATA[Maintenance of local users, always connected with adequate finance, in order to meet the needs of the development of the area for the well-being of the community. As for increasing the local income, by leveraging the local real income in this case the local tax collection. As for the purpose of this research to find out, analyze the function of the Regional Revenue Agency of Minahasa district in the process of tax collection of catering houses, with the aim of maximizing the original income of the district Minahase district as well as to analyze any obstacles in the implementation of the functions of the regional income agency in Minahsa district to maximize the local income in this case, the collection of food tax. This research method uses qualitative methods. The use of this research is as an input material against bapenda to maximize the local income as well as some information from the informants cause of low income due to the masses there are taxpayers who do not pay taxes even there are who avoid paying taxes, then the lack of ability to work in the District Revenue Body of Minahasa District.]]>
