Abstract

Rendahnya kreativitas anak usia dini menjadi tantangan dalam pembelajaran di PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran melalui bermain plastisin untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu guru dan 15 anak kelompok B di TK Kuncup Sorumba. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas anak, dengan ketercapaian meningkat dari 67% pada siklus 1 menjadi 80% pada siklus 2. Bermain plastisin terbukti efektif dalam mendorong anak menghasilkan bentuk yang lebih bervariasi, mengekspresikan ide orisinal, serta mengembangkan fleksibilitas dan elaborasi dalam berpikir. Inovasi ini dapat diterapkan di PAUD untuk memperkaya pembelajaran berbasis bermain, merangsang kreativitas, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif serta menyenangkan.

Abstract

Environment-based learning in play is an approach that can improve the quality of early childhood literacy by optimizing children's interaction with the surrounding environment. However, the effectiveness of this approach is highly dependent on the learning management applied in the PAUD unit. This research aims to examine the concepts, implementation strategies, impacts, and challenges in the application of environment-based learning in playing to early literacy. The method used in this study is a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific articles. The results of the study show that environment-based learning and play can improve children's literacy skills, engagement, and learning motivation. In addition, this approach also contributes to developing children's critical thinking and communication skills. However, the implementation of this strategy still faces various challenges, such as the readiness of educators, limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of parental and community involvement. Therefore, training for educators, the development of flexible curriculums, and strengthening cooperation between schools, families, and communities are needed so that this approach can be applied optimally.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini membutuhkan kemitraan yang kuat antara kepala sekolah dan orang tua untuk mendukung pembelajaran anak secara optimal. Kemitraan ini menuntut strategi manajerial efektif guna membangun komunikasi dan hubungan produktif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam membangun hubungan dengan orang tua, mengevaluasi efektivitas komunikasi, serta menganalisis dampak kemitraan terhadap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review, yang berfokus pada strategi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam membangun kemitraan dengan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian di Google Scholar yang mencakup berbagai publikasi ilmiah terkait peran kepala sekolah dalam kemitraan dengan orang tua. Dari 25 artikel yang ditemukan, 14 dipilih sebagai fokus utama penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama, seperti efektivitas komunikasi, pelibatan orang tua dalam program sekolah, dan strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan kepala sekolah dan orang tua berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, memperkuat sinergi antara rumah dan sekolah, serta mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik. Temuan ini menyoroti peran kepemimpinan dalam membangun kemitraan yang efektif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan dan harmonis dengan orang tua.   Early childhood education requires a strong partnership between the principal and parents to support optimal child learning. This partnership requires effective managerial strategies to build productive communication and relationships. This article aims to identify the principal's managerial strategy in building relationships with parents, evaluate the effectiveness of communication, and analyze the impact of partnerships on early childhood education. This study uses the systematic literature review method, which focuses on the principal's managerial strategies in building partnerships with parents. Data were collected through a search on Google Scholar, which includes various scientific publications related to the role of the principal in partnerships with parents. Of the 25 articles found, 14 were selected as the main focus of this study. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes, such as communication effectiveness, parental involvement in school programs, and principal strategies for overcoming obstacles. The results of the study indicate that the partnership between the principal and parents plays a significant role in improving the quality of early childhood education, strengthening synergy between home and school, and supporting holistic child development. These findings highlight the role of leadership in building effective partnerships. This study emphasizes the importance of principal leadership in building sustainable and harmonious relationships with parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen pembelajaran berbasis karakter dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Dengan perkembangan pendidikan yang semakin menekankan pada pentingnya nilai-nilai moral dan sosial, pembentukan karakter menjadi bagian penting dalam kurikulum PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber relevansi yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran yang terencana dan berbasis karakter dapat membantu anak-anak menginternalisasi nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan empati. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan berbasis proyek, serta kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua, terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter anak. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan pelatihan guru dan sarana yang tidak memadai, yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pembelajaran di PAUD yang lebih berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pelatihan guru dan penyediaan sarana yang mendukung

Abstract

Collaborative leadership in elementary schools is seen as strategic to address the complexity of education management, although its implementation still faces various challenges. This study systematically examines the collaborative leadership practices of elementary school principals with a focus on principles, managerial strategies, and implementation barriers. A literature review of 14 articles published from 2019 to 2025 obtained through google scholar, Sinta, Garuda, and ScienceDirect. Selection is based on topic relevance, school context, and focus on collaborative leadership. Collaborative leadership is rooted in participation, openness, and shared responsibility. The principal acts as a facilitator who encourages the involvement of teachers, staff, parents, and curriculum development. Prominent strategies include role sharing, deliberation, professional coaching, and external collaboration. The main obstacles are individualistic work culture, limited leadership capacity, and lack of policy support. The success of collaborative leadership is not only determined by the principal's vision, but also by the ability to build a sustainable collaborative climate. These findings contribute to the educational leadership literature and practical implications for principals and policymakers. Further research is suggested to explore the impact of collaborative leadership on student learning outcomes and teacher professional development.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Tatanen extracurricular program at Bale Atikan (TdBA) in Purwakarta elementary schools using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The assessment examines program effectiveness, student impact, and resource efficiency through a mixed-method approach. A quantitative survey of 187 teachers from 12 schools was conducted alongside qualitative analysis via interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that the program aligns with the Merdeka Curriculum and Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) and is supported by local regulations. The input aspect scored 4.78 (95.50%), highlighting strong curriculum design, student readiness, and instructor availability, though improvements in teaching materials and infrastructure are needed. The process evaluation yielded a 4.81 (96.11%) score, demonstrating effective project-based learning, though challenges in time management and teacher mentoring persist. In terms of product, TdBA significantly enhances ecological awareness (4.83 or 96.67%), fosters innovation (4.75 or 95.00%), and contributes to environmental preservation (4.88 or 97.50%), averaging 4.82 (96.39%). This study provides a framework for evaluating local wisdom-based programs and offers insights for policymakers to support environmental education and expand similar initiatives in other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of art-based learning management in supporting the development of creativity in Early Childhood Education. Creativity is an important aspect of children's development that needs to be stimulated through meaningful learning experiences. This study uses a literature study method by analyzing 20 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar, ERIC, and Scopus databases. The search process was carried out using the keywords arts-based learning, learning environment, creativity, early childhood education, and learning management. The results show that art-based learning contributes significantly to increasing children's creativity, especially if supported by effective learning management, a conducive learning environment, and innovative approaches. The integration of art in learning also has an impact on children's cognitive, social-emotional, and self-expression development. This study concludes that art-based learning needs to be managed systematically and integrated in Early Childhood Education to optimize children's creative potential. Further research is suggested to test its effectiveness through empirical studies in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the innovation of art learning management in increasing early childhood imagination in Aisyiyah 1 Kendari Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal and three deliberately selected classroom teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the management of fine arts learning is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Learning activities include drawing, coloring using watercolors, collages, and mosaics using natural materials and waste materials. Although the use of media is quite varied, the learning process still tends to be teacher-centered so that children imitate many of the examples given. Learning evaluation emphasizes more on the results of the work than on the child's creative process. The conclusion of the study shows that innovation in the management of fine arts learning is needed to provide a wider space for the development of children's imagination through more flexible and process-oriented learning.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the quality of education in Early Childhood Education by providing technical guidance to educators and education staff. The main focus of this activity is to provide an in-depth understanding of the accreditation process, improve practical skills in preparing accreditation documents, and design management improvements that positively impact the overall evaluation process. The implementation of community service activities is carried out through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. With this collaboration, it is hoped that educators and education personnel can face and undergo the accreditation process better, positively contribute to the quality of education, and create sustainable changes in the ECCE environment. Hopefully, this effort will assist educators and education staff and increase understanding of accreditation preparation instruments so institutions can achieve superior accreditation scores in every accreditation assessment implementation.

Abstract

Pembelajaran membaca permulaan bagi anak usia dini menuntut pendekatan yang inovatif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi inovasi pembelajaran membaca permulaan melalui media kartu kata bergambar di TKIT Al Qalam Kendari. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menilai efektivitas media, penelitian ini menekankan eksplorasi kualitatif terhadap proses implementasi dan respon anak secara mendalam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru merancang pembelajaran secara sistematis dan kontekstual, serta mengembangkan media bergambar yang tematik dan menarik. Anak-anak memberikan respon positif berupa antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, dan minat belajar yang tinggi. Dukungan kepala sekolah, tim kurikulum, dan keterlibatan orang tua juga berkontribusi dalam mengatasi keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan kartu kata bergambar terbukti efektif menciptakan pengalaman membaca permulaan yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi anak usia dini.
