Abstract

This article examines collaboration as a core value in Islamic education, focusing on the partnership between two funeral organizations: the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership Muslim Corpse Association (RKM PCM Palangkaraya) and the Shalahuddin Muslim Family Association (KKM Shalahuddin), which is affiliated with the University of Palangkaraya. The study utilizes a qualitative multi-case research approach to analyze the nature of cooperation, motivations, benefits, obstacles, and challenges in the kifayah process between the two families. Data collection methods included interviews with organizational administrators, observations of the kifayah process, and analysis of organizational charter documents and membership fees. The findings revealed a clear division of responsibilities: RKM PCM Palangkaraya oversees the rituals of washing and praying for the deceased, while KKM Shalahuddin provides equipment and coordinates the burial. This collaboration is vital for ensuring that the burial aligns with Islamic law, despite facing challenges such as communication barriers and funding limitations. The partnership enhances service delivery and nurtures mutual respect between the organizations. However, the lack of prior discussions regarding tahlil practices may create confusion about roles and responsibilities. The study underscores the importance of incorporating effective communication and mutual understanding into educational curricula, allowing students to grasp the values of cooperation and the principles of corpse management in Islam. This knowledge ultimately fosters character development and community skills, highlighting education's role in addressing societal needs within an Islamic framework. Future research is recommended to further investigate tahlil practices in this collaborative context to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each organization.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan aspek yang sangat penting bagi setiap individu termasuk remaja. Tingkat kemajuan suatu negara ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya sehingga pendidikan para remaja saat ini akan menentukan kemajuan negara kedepannya. Namun, banyak kalangan remaja yang tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Hal ini tentu saja menjadi perhatian bagi berbagai lintas sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat remaja di Kecamatan Togo Binongko, Kabupaten Wakatobi dalam melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Sampel pada panelitian ini yakni para remaja, orang tua, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang memengaruhi rendahnya minat remaja untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi adalah kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang kurang mendukung, kurangnya motivasi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan tinggi, serta keterbatasan akses informasi mengenai perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, budaya lokal yang lebih menekankan pada pekerjaan praktis setelah lulus sekolah menengah juga berperan besar dalam mengurangi minat remaja untuk melanjutkan studi.

Abstract

The basic teachings of Islam are the pillars of Islam. As Muslims, we are all obliged to obey God's teachings, especially the teachings of Islam. Reciting the shahada, performing the five daily prayers, paying zakat, fasting during Ramadan and performing the Hajj are the five pillars of Islam. The aim of this research is to find out how group A at PAUD Lakasombu uses print media to learn the basic principles of Islam. Descriptive qualitative research is the method of choice for examining existing problems and practical work practices. The purpose of this qualitative descriptive research is to provide an overview of the research process. This research uses group A environment in PAUD Lakasombu as the unit of analysis. Research findings show that the use of printed materials to introduce Islamic teachings has succeeded in positively influencing children's development. The pillars of Islam will of course be introduced to children from an early age, equipping them with basic knowledge and encouragement to develop skills, independence and Islamic discipline.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada dasarnya adalah usaha manusia untuk dapat membantu, melatih dan mengarahkan anak-anak melalui transmisi informasi, pengalaman, pikiran dan keragaman sesuai dengan naluri manusia sehingga mereka dapat menciptakan tujuan yang ideal, yaitu keberadaan yang ideal dengan pengembangan sifat-sifat baik yang tegak dan ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi subyektif partisipatif dengan tipe eksplorasi yang jelas. Strategi subjektif adalah “sebagai sistem eksplorasi yang menghasilkan informasi grafis, sebagai kata-kata yang disusun atau diungkapkan dari individu dan cara berperilaku yang dapat dideteksi”. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem penanaman di PAUD Lakasombu kebajikan melalui strategi penceritaan adalah penataan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan hasil. Dasar untuk latihan narasi sebelum membuat rencana gerakan harian dan rencana aksi minggu demi minggu. Pengerjaan alat narasi yang digunakan adalah buku cerita 25 nabi dan rekaman. Instruktur menggunakan alat-alat komposisi seperti spidol untuk melukis di papan tulis. Jenis cerita yang digunakan pendidik di PAUD Lakasombu adalah cerita nabi tentang keteladanan dan empati.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the purpose of Islamic education contained in the Qur'an. The research method used is the maudu’i tafsir method, with a descriptive qualitative approach and type of library study research. Thus, the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The prophecy of Allah is that the people of the world and of the Hereafter should be worshippers of all things. The Qur'an repeats many verses about those who are given knowledge with faith and worship. He who has knowledge and faith gives birth to a man who fears him, and he will be exalted in the rank of his Lord.

Abstract

The disruption of learning ecosystems in the digital era has fundamentally restructured interaction patterns, organizational structures, and pedagogical practices within educational institutions, including Islamic education. Rapid digital transformation has required leadership models that are adaptive while remaining grounded in Islamic values. This study aimed to construct a conceptual framework of agile Islamic educational leadership in responding to the dynamics of digital learning disruption. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review of scientific publications from 2016 to 2025 retrieved from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta databases. Data were collected through systematic digital documentation and analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicated that agile Islamic educational leadership was developed through the integration of organizational adaptability, data-driven decision making, digital collaboration, teacher capacity development, and a digital vision grounded in the principles of amanah, shura, and justice. This construction expanded the paradigm of educational leadership by integrating agility theory with Islamic values and provided practical guidance for sustainable digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions.
